I stayed at the hotel during my recent first visit of Emden. The hotel is just outside the inner city which is a 10 minutes walk away. In the direct neighboorhood of the hotel there are various restaurants and some shops. The hotel is well maintained with free parking spaces on the premise. The outside area is very green with many trees. Hotel staff at reception and at restaurant (breakfast) were very friendly and welcoming. My single room was very spacious.

Very nice hotel. Was there for two nights as Corona crisis started, but were well looked after by the staff. Top restaurant at a reasonable price if you are looking to eat in.

Great stay, booked at last minute due to work. Spacious room, friendly staff, nice sauna, and vouchers available to use a local gym (short drive away). Great food in the restaurant.

Friendly staff, impeccable cleanliness. About a 7 minute walk from the downtown. Onsite restaurant was quite good. In the future, I might stay in the downtown for a little more liveliness. Very quiet area. In-room WiFi was a little slow.

One of the 2 little elevators was not functioning. This meant I had to hump my luggage down 1/2 flight to stairs. Otherwise, very nice hotel.

A couple of improvements as follows that would better qualify this hotel as a 4 star establishment: Point 1 - The carpet in the room (#321) is very stained and needs to be replaced. Point 2 - We find it annoying that a table in the breakfast room can be reserved especially when we then have to wait for a table to be cleaned and made ready.

One arrival to this hotel I was greeted with very helpful reception staff, working quickly to get me to my room. This hotel is lovely inside and everything I could have asked for. I only ate breakfast here, but there was a wide selection buffet with everything from bacon to smoked salmon and scrambled eggs to toast. When sitting in the bar you were just sitting down and the bar staff were taking your order, asking if there was anything you needed. Overall a lovely place, and I would definately stay there again.
