The staff was very sweet and had great customer service. The room was the reason for not having 5 stars. The shower ran out of conditioner. The bathroom was not cleaned or semi attepted to be cleaned. The bed was very indented. The carpet had stainings. There was dryer sheets stuffed between seat cushions. The fridge was not working. The curtains were a little bit broken. Overall was not too bad for a 1 night business trip.

Room was worn down and had lots of water stains and damage on the ceiling. You could easily see them. Some of the kitchen cabinets were missing or falling off. Light fixtures were not working properly. Faucet in shower was not working properly. It was either super hot or super cold. Wouldn’t regulate when you showered.

AC is loud, even when shut off. Only scarce breakfast because employee did not show up in the morning. Took long to get replacement in. No information or apology from receptionist or manager also not on checking out.

The room carpets were filthy. They could not have been cleaned in a long time. It was true of both rooms, the first had cable tv issues. The tub faucet leaked continually and only shut off when the water was fully on hot. If running a bath, the shower leaked onto the faucet handle and splashed it out the tub. The curtains were also broken and could not be fully closed. Not too mention an old sandwich in the fridge. The front desk people were wonderful. All three we met during our stay.

Loved the breakfasts!! Check-in left me weary after an 11-hour drive when the two parties checking ahead of me spent a great deal of time--mostly regarding Hilton Honors. I had Hilton Honors for decades traveling on business, but I must have heard over and over with both persons "be sure I get my points." Other than that, I was extremely pleased with my choice of hotels.

The staff was Excellent and helped with anything needed. The rooms were a little outdated and some smelled of cigarette smoke for a non smoking room. Pretty clean for the most part, one of our rooms the AC leaked and flooded the floor. Notified Jordan about it the next morning and he was getting it taken care of.

I have stayed at many Hampton Inn’s across many states and I have never stayed at such a dirty hotel. The carpet was gross and torn, no microwave or fridge. The furniture needs to be replaced as it is all in bad shape. I wouldn’t recommend looking at the mattress as they are stained terribly. The only staff that was amazing was at check in, the rest were simply there.

Family of five booked a room with 2 beds and in description says we can get roll away cot, get there and are told no its a fire hazard so 3 people had to sleep in a double bed. Also bedding was stained and room was overall not clean.

Staff was hit or miss. Initially the lady was not engaging at all and on the rude side. Later the gentleman we dealt with was very friendly. Room was musty and not well maintained. We had to purchase a spray bottle of air freshener for the room. Carpet was well worn and other signs of wear were visible.

We stayed here for our son’s graduation from Ft Sill officer training. The location is excellent because it is just a few minutes to Ft Sill. The hotel was very quiet. The King bed was comfortable. There was not a fridge or microwave in our room though which was a little unusual for a Hampton Inn. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. The hotel could use some updating as the carpet is worn. Our shower door needed to be replaced. Other than that, it was a nice stay and I would recommend.
