Modern hotel near to shopping centre,restaurants and acquarium Did not particularly like bathroom door and bath plug was broken otherwise room was clean and a good size. Aircon worked well. Prepare to use transport to het into the old town or to visit the beach area Breakfast choice was good although can get busy

This is the perfect spot if you want to be near ciutat de artes y ciencias! It is super clean and easy to get to. It is on top of the mall so you also have quick food options and shopping right there. There are also amazing local spots within walking distance. We didn't even rent bikes. The city is super walkable.

Nice big disabled room, the shower had a disabled chair in it which was idea as when standing on the plastic floor it would sink a little and was slippery when you was using the shower. The views were amazing from room 505 overlooking the parks and museums. The hotels reception is built on the 4th floor of a shopping centre.but with only a stair access from the hotel to the shopping centre/supermarket/restaurants. The only way for a wheel chair user to access the shopping centre is to get a lift from outside reception to the ground floor and the go around the outside of the building. If you wish to visit a restaurant in the shopping centre then you have to get another lift back up the 3rd floor and do everything in reverse to get back to the hotel. I know this isn't the hotels fault but if I had known I would of booked else where and feel its important to other wheelchair users.

I would choose this hotel over again! Breakfast was phenomenal the hotel was clean conveniently located great for taxi pickup. We didn’t use city bus but there is a stop right outside as well! Friendliest & most helpful staff very beautiful property!!! We enjoyed our stay!!

The facility was very outdated. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We had 2 rooms one had the shower head that was broken and the other room window must have been cracked or broken because I heard a whistling sound all night every couple of seconds this has never happened to me so I had to record it, I couldn’t sleep until past 4 in the morning. The staff on the other hand was very nice and tried to help by switching my room. Unfortunately it’s a poor hotel so I would not recommend or stay in this hotel again. I would not rate it a 4 star hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel located very close to the Oceanographic, one of Valencia’s top attractions. It’s attached to a shopping centre where there is a Mercadona, a great supermarket similar to Sainsbury’s in quality/price. The shopping centre also has a decent bookstore, a Zara shop and a Lego shop where kids can play for free. Valencia is a city designed for walking. I’m in my 50s, so this was a great opportunity to do plenty of exercise just by walking around (it took us about 45 minutes to walk to the city centre from the hotel). I travelled with my partner and little one (2 years-old) and didn’t need to buy the Valencia card. The only issue with the hotel (not their fault apparently) is that the reservation was made for 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, and we’re given 3 single beds. If you’re a parent with a very young child, you know that this is impractical. We spoke to the person in reception who thought putting two beds together was the solution. Again, if you’ve ever tried to do this, then you know this is impractical because of the gap in the middle. In the end, we’re given the type of room I originally booked/paid for the next day, which was great. They could have offered a free breakfast that morning for the inconvenience, but perhaps that’s not their customer service mentality, so fair enough. Aside from this issue the first night, we had a great experience in this hotel.

Rooms need an upgrade for sure had to be moved twice and location for parking was terrible and the cost is way too expensive for what you get breakfast was fine but we arrived at 10.50om to be told bar and restaurant now closed my client was not happy at all and would like a call about this hotel as booked 5 rooms for 2 nights and not value at all for money

A very conveniently located hotel on top of a shopping mall, very close to the Cuitat de les ciencies et arts and the Turia Park. A bus can take you to the old city center. Breakfast was nice, from sweet to savoury options. The only thing I didn't like is that you had to be super fast if you wanted to enter an elevator, the doors closed way too fast hotel staff could have done more effort in locating our missing luggage when Iberia dropped them off at the wrong hotel and we were left in the dark.

Hotel ILUNION Aqua 4 The hotel was in a fantastic location, just steps away from [like the Palacio de las Artes Reina Sofía ]. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight. It offers a wide variety of from fast food to some traditional food along with the likes of Starbucks etc, to cater to different dietary needs. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, with minimal waiting time. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal in my twin room on the 4th floor was weak and unreliable. Having a strong internet connection is essential these days, so this did hinder my stay a bit. I did inform the reception desk about the issue on the first day, but unfortunately, there wasn't a resolution during my short visit. This is a great hotel with a lot to offer, but reliable Wi-Fi is a must-have for many travellers, including myself. If this aspect can be improved, it would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Staff were friendly, pleasant and efficient. Hotel location is perfect, between city centre and port. Breakfast is good value and of high standard. Room was perfect. Only small thing we disliked was the opaque glass bathroom door. Would certainly recommend and will stay there again it visiting Valencia.
