All the staff was super friendly but Ambrose in particular went above and beyond helping me go downstairs with my sore foot and was super kind and helpful. The property is clean, convenient but one of the main reasons I keep coming back is the staff make me feel safe and comfortable whenever I stay here. Thank you team Greenwich for making me feel at home and Ambrose for going the extra mile ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice friendly staff the doors could do with a soft touch too noisy when closed and opened during the night corridor and toliet doors and shower doors too noisy the kitchen needs cleaning with Rentokil as I spotted two cockrocils insects not clean or wooden kitchen needs ripping out and replacing if water or holes.

The location allows for very good communications but the bar looks even better, in terms of the services. They clean every day but there are people who leave vomiting every day, even in a room or mixed service I have never felt a certain danger like here...
There is not much ventilation and the rooms are overused, housing bunk beds with uncomfortable beds at ground level, mattress sponges (I ended up with back pain) and the lockers are almost all broken in addition to a system that at first, for everyone who they were coming it is difficult to discover.
They give a towel, there is a hairdryer and soap, yes.

wouldn’t come back for sure. Paid dbl then PubLove hostel where i stayed right before hoping for a better experience. Well… it was the opposite. 1st morning intake she shower, someone stole my towel. Shower didn't drain water, so i had to jump from one to another trying to find one without leaking the shower head or with functional water drainage. Rooms are not well-ventilated and stink. Going to use bathroom- no paper towels, i a not joking. Thankfully someone left a small piece on the floor, which saved my day right then. Outdated everything. I wish i stayed somewhere else during those days. Would not come back for sure !

Hostel itself is good, clean beds and bathrooms, but what made it the best was the amazing staff that were there to always take care, and very friendly. Would definetely stay there again.

Great location and price, very clean.

My stay was very amazing. The place is neat and a comfortable bedroom to stay in.

Price represents extremely good value for money. Staff were very friendly, the location is exquisite (adjacent to the train station), and the cleanliness was good. The added common space was also a bonus. Would recommend 100%

Staying was good, but the service given was not good enough. There was 2 usb charging point, but no one was functional. It's like deceiving by showing false things.
3.6
it was good staying there in bunk beds. this is still perfect for solo travelers. but sometimes, snoring makes difficulties in sleeping 😉

Stay this hostel two nights for a weekend London marathon trip. Choose this place because it is closer to start area in Greenwich. It is a cheap place but prepare to pay many additional cost such as towel, shampoo, lock. People stay there are nice.

It was a hostel. Nothing special. Very noisy.

The most horrible thing was sleeping with men in the same Dom, i was told in the first place 🙃 just find out that they were men .i was like what? And since it was non refundable I just had to false myself in that condition. No privacy at all.
3.6
Great to have access to a Microwave, Cutlery and Utensils and Satellite TV, which is not the case in all facilities.
3.6
I liked the accomodation. It was safe and quiet. Plus had clean toilets and shower rooms

The price is what i liked but the efficiency of the staff during check in was way too slow. Everyone was waiting for at least 45 minutes before getting check in. Nevertheless, the key card does malfunction sometimes.

Ok for the price

Exceeded expectations- thank you!

Greatness in contemporary living conditions. The true heart of London really shows behind the worn beautiful shopping facades. A place you will always remember. Greenwich Rocks...

No access to washing machine,I had to go and pay for the laundry myself. Also dryer for clothes was broken.

Some of the people that they let stay the are extremely undesirable. I dont scare easily and I felt unsafe. Dodgy.

I have been there before saveral tmes but the property is been renovated so thats i think it was nt pleasant this time. Yes its great place i knew once its all done.

Great location. Good price. Rooms smelled. Needs more modern lockers. Some undesirable guests made it feel a little unsafe.

Not even a hose in the shower?!

My locker had a lot of issues as well as my card. The technology needs an update badly! But the staff was very accommodating and super friendly! Overall very nice and would stay again

I arrived after travelling to Woolwich as got off as bus stop outside hostel at at Christopher's to ask a friendly doorman how to get there after my night at the old gun pit I backtracked from swimming at Charlton lido coming back towards Greenwich an decided to give this hostel a go, I was in London for cocktail week rather month an stayed two nights.there was a Halloween do on in the bar when I got back night number two an the extremely capable girl organized a room was lovely as someone was in my bed space. I made my bed so it must've looked too tempting.the bedspace I went too was especially pleasant in contrast to the dorm. Showers roomy place to securely place possessions , with hairdryer mirror radiator an basin great get ready an go out . Clean outdoor smokers place. Staff ok genuine place an felt safe.

Very dirty and music till 2am. Not recommended

Most everything is ok except what a few others have mentioned, and seems the trend for another St. Christopher's I stayed at in Shepherd's Bush:
There is a night club type bar that will probably keep you up on weekends, and some weekdays. This could be a good or bad thing, but since I appreciate a good night's rest, for me it was a bit annoying.

Cool stag relaxed place. Good experience

The staff were excellent: very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was good for the price. Everything was clean. Very close to the train station. And Greenwich is a lovely area.

I didn't get to stay there in spite of paying in full upfront. The "Manager" informed me that as I had no Official picture ID (Passport/Driving Licence) I could not stop there. This was in spite of 3 different forms of Picture ID (one a Disabled Rail Card) AND having pre-paid AND only for 1 night. BTW I am a UK citizen and it is not compulsory (yet) to have a Passport or a Driving Licence. Although it does state in their Term & Conditions about the "Official" Photo ID I did think the guy was being very Jobsworth bearing in mind I had 3 separate other kinds of photo ID. He seemed to think it was easy to fake them, whereas we all know Passports & Driving Licences are fraud proof (Lol). There was I left to trying to search round London for another hostel at 10.30 WITHOUT a mobile phone, I do not possess one, after my concert had finished. St. Christopher is the Patron Saint of Travellers but not if you don't have "Official" photo id - how would Jesus have coped as the story goes back to when St Christopher carried the little guy on his shoulders. I really do think some flexibility should have been granted as London can be a very dangerous place at the moment and not just because I am diabetic. I am actually recommending that Boris Johnson uses St Christopher training course so our British Border Force remain firm in insisting on Official documentation, no empathy whatsoever.

Service was not good , i had booked it with breakfast , they charged me extra for breakfast they said i must prove that i paid for breakfast
