Family friendly place. I thought the hot tubs were in a strange place, but they were so enjoyed by guests and had such nice decor, so I enjoyed seeing everyone happy! Breakfast ok, parking good. Our door key didn't work because the door lock seemed to be old and inconsistent. Otherwise, a good stay in a pleasant place.

Hotel was cool. Was excited about all the hot tubs but they all filled up fast in the evenings. Also asked for a late check out which the front desk said was fine but housekeeping kept knocking on my door after 9am and then started complaining in the hallway about how I was still there and the couldn't finish. It was still an hour until regular check out time. I was relaxing with all the commotion so I just left early. Which was a bummer because I had 5 hours till the event I was there for started

My husband and I stayed for 1 night. The staff was very friendly, the rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Will definitely come back.

Our stay at this hotel was great and has always been like that when we have stayed there. It’s a really nice hotel. I would like to see them update the bathrooms for some of the tile trim is loosing its grout and showing a little mildew behind the bathroom door. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

Very friendly staff, fun place to stay with the indoor hot tubs and pools. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back if I’m ever in this area again.

Hot tubs were pretty neat, over all appearance of the hotel was impressive. The breakfast was god awful, however. Many families build into their travel budget a free breakfast at their lodging, DONT rely on doing that here. If you want to swim or relax in the indoor pool and hot tubs, this is your go to spot. Also, the room got really hot at night.

The interior of the hotel is beautiful, with a coy pond, waterfall, rustic wooden rails, and 4 hot tubs, not including the one by the pool (so 5 total). Breakfast included hot items--scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, and biscuits. The pancake maker makes very good pancakes, although it had a tendency to malfunction at times during our 2-day stay. The room was great, and we had a balcony overlooking the hotel interior. Good location near I-25. And all at a reasonable price. We were very satisfied.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel, we will definitely stay again. The interior common areas are unique and attractive. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We felt like we received high quality at a bargain price.

Great hotel with welcoming front desk workers. The hotel has 5 hot tubs and a pool where we relaxed. Unfortunately on a Saturday night the place was full of youth soccer players and their families so it was a bit crowded later in the evening. All quiet by 10 pm so that was good. No food available in the hotel but there are a few restaurants within an easy walk.

The staff was so helpful! After we checked out, we realized we had left our pillows. Sounds ridiculous, but those are not cheap pillows, and they save our aching spines! We called the front desk and they arranged to ship our pillows back to us. We just received them yesterday and are so grateful! Our spines thank you!

There is an abundance of good parking not mentioned in the online review. The breakfast was much better than what one normally receives. The facility is outstanding. We’re going to stop there again on the way home.

Very nice staff and fun hotel courtyard with pools and a fish pond. When we were going to sleep we saw that our sheets were dirty and stained, we called the front desk and they immediately came and changed the sheets - very great service. The breakfast was great and had lots of different options

We were so pleasantly surprised with this facility. It was so beautiful and interesting! The koi pond was delightful, the pool was a nice and large and the 5 hot tubs scattered through the atrium area were great (sound of the water fall, etc. was so soothing.) The balconies were nice and the rooms pretty normal--furnished like most hotels. The hot breakfast was pretty standard--the kids loved the pancake maker.

This was a good place to stay on our way through Wyoming, and I would stay here again. We did not try out the hot tubs, although there were multiple ones to try. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable and that is all we needed for one night. The coffee the next morning was not very attractive in this odd machine, but that wouldn’t deter me from staying there again. Conveniently located to a lot of good eateries nearby.

Beautiful property and building. The room not so much. Stayed 2 different times and both rooms were the same. Bedding was very sketchy and stained. Sheets were on backwards and left us with the feeling that they weren’t changed, but just flipped over. We felt it was a justified feeling because of the stains on the sheets and bedskirts. We did go to the desk and asked for different ones. So as guess we remade our beds….

Very nice hotel. Feels like great wolf lodge. They have 3-4 indoor spa and 1 big indoor pool. Very well maintained. We had the balcony room. We have view of the pond. Very quiet at night. Very convenient, most stores , gas and restaurant are nearby. Free breakfast, 4/5 rate. Overall very beautiful getaway hotel and suites

Stop over on a road trip. Looked amazing in the photos but the reality was the rooms had no windows to the outside. Sadly it smelt of the oil refinery. The pool was good and the breakfast did set us up for the day.

It was a comfortable room, clean, and log cabin charm in the lobby. It was very hard to find ice, the machine nearest to us did not work, and they did not have them in every vending area, took some wandering around onto different floors to find an operating ice machine. Heard front desk tell someone she wasn’t sure where they could find ice.

Excellent stopping point for a long trip. Just the looks of the hotel give you a welcoming feeling. Inside the hotel was spacious and well lit. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was awesome.

When we got to our room the room next to us was out of control. Kids were screaming fowl words jumping out of control. I went down to the front desk and the lady was super nice to move us. you have a great hotel we just got handed a mess for 30 minutes. Thank you to your staff. Rick Harris
