When we arrived the front door of the property does not open hardly at all so getting your suitcase inside…. Good luck. Arrived at check in. They asked us what brought us to the area. I made it bery clear i was there for business and to have virtual meetings. Get to our room yep you guessed it they put us right next to the construction. Im talking room right next to where the plastic is up blocking off the other half of the hallway. Sat my stuff down and just heard the blaring music and power tools. With a meeting in less than 30 minutes i rushed down to ask to change rooms. Staff gave me a new room and promised it is on the opposite side of the hotel away from the construction. Nope you guessed it same side of the hotel just 2 floors up where they are also doing construction. I had no time to ask to move yet again. It was getting late and just traveled 10 hours will not stay again

The hotel was going through remodeling and they put us in a room right next to where they were working. The a/c only ran on full blast because the thermostat didnt work so we had to unplug the unit. In the early morning the fire alarm went off for a couple of minutes, then the workers who were remodeling started running their saw and drills in the room next to us. They also had their radio blasting loud. Very disappointed especially when i complained to the front desk and all she could say was sorry

Not so good no body wash or soap in shower available. Soda was super dirty, room phone was sticky dirty and not working, no extra covers available for sofa, had to walk downstairs to get them myself, not only once, but twice because although I was clear it was a queen sofa I got twin covers and bc the phone didn’t work I had to take them down and get the right size o my to see they were not in best clean condition, and lastly the ice machines none not one in any of the floors had ice. I will never stay there again.

Lady at the front desk acted lile we were bothering her. No kind of personality and had to ask questions cuz she wasn't telling me anything. Got in the room, dog hair all over the carpet..tons of it! Then go to the bathroom, no soap and no soap holder. Those are my complaints right now and i just checked in.

The mattress was terrible the tub in the shower was damaged and the furniture in general looked a bit old. The location is very good, the room was big but needs remodeling, the bar looked nice although we didn’t use it

There was no shuttle service from the airport after 6, which was not indicated on the site. Also, there was only decaf coffee and tea in our room. After a long day of travel, it was disappointing

It is a good clean place to rest. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was not really loud with kids running around. The parking lot was lit up very nicely at night. On my return trip I stayed there again and it was just as good a stay. The ice machine on the third floor was not working, but the first floor one was just fine. I did notice some light fixtures in the hallways were cracked or missing, but that comes with age. I likely would stay here again.

Very dirty carpet and bathtub, we found the room with no water or coffee even though it is advertised and we asked for it while checking in. Even the halls were dirty and had some light fixtures broken. Hotel could use a good cleaning renovation.

We stayed on a Sunday nite. Staff was polite. Sewer smell in the lobby. We had a problem with the TV that was promptly corrected. Only eatery in the are was Taco cabana which was walkable right across the parking lot. Food was hot and fresh. No one messed with our motorcycle trailer.

Receptionist 1st gave us a room where there was someone in there. We walked in and the person was sleeping. This is very dangerous as 2hat if it was a woman and we were some sort of creeps. When we wen to tell her she never apologized. She gave us another room and when we went upstairs the key card didn't open. When through this 3 times. None of the time she apologized or said anything beside OH. She seem to be in a hurry to get to the back room. She was not paying attention to anything she was doing at all. Never staying there again.
