The room was clean. Wish the parking cost was on Hotels.com. I believe the standards are lacking in the parking lot. Trash overfilling the receptacles.

Did a one-nighter at this hotel on a quick getaway from phoenix. Very beautiful, mountain scenery is really nice, breakfast was good, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Also have a nice happy hour. Had an issue with a staff member but management was very professional and understanding, and quickly remedied the issue. I would book there again.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was such a nice room and enjoyable stay. The parking app was straight forward and easy to use.

Used to be our favorite hotel in Tucson. After our stay last night we will not come back. Tall shower head didn’t work. Breakfast was terrible. I asked for 2 fried eggs over medium. They were under cooked and swimming in a plate of oil. The cook poured the eggs onto a plate oil and all. The sausage links were soo over cooked they were like jerky. There wasn’t any juice. The potatoes were undercooked. Still crunchy. We will not return

The room was tiny. The towels we got would have made good sandpaper, and there weren’t enough for 2 people. The restaurant was understaffed. I got a piece of sausage that was so cold I couldn’t even eat it. On a Friday evening, they had one poor lady to run the bar, take orders, and serve the food. I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites for years. This one was poorly managed.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay in Embassy Suites. The staff was very friendly, always helpful and accommodating. The only issue was the room cleanliness. The floor was covered with hair. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay and come back in future.

Amazing stay

The room was spacious, however, it needed maintenance. The towel holder was falling out of the wall, the shower did not drain well and the ceiling was dirty with brown spots... not the most kept up room.

Stayed for 2 nights. This is the second time staying here because of the great breakfasts. The door to the room stuck so we had bam our hips into it to get it open and shut. This seems like a pretty easy fix. The 2 queen bed suite was very cramped with the 2 beds so you have to shimmy sideways to get around. Each of the 2 beds also had water bottle caps under the sheets?? Makes you wonder if sheets were cleaned prior to our arrival or just made up from the previous guest. The pool should have someone swing through it once an hour to make sure there are towels to use to avoid having to take them from our room. Went to the pool at 10am and the used towels from guests from the night before were over flowing. This too seems like an easy fix that wouldn’t cost much to repair. Perhaps management should stay in each room to see how it is. At more than 200 per night I expect more attention.

They have instituted a parking fee, in a location where there is no public transportation and plenty of space, an obvious hack to raise income without raising published rates. Tacky-greedy, well beneath what we had thought Embassy Suite standards. Locals, we used to come for date nights. Never again!

It was a great place Very convenience to everything that was around and breakfast area was great

We have stayed here many times & have always enjoyed our stay BUT now they are charging us $12 for parking! Also in the shower they do not refill the body wash & I just so happened I forgot mine.

Everything was exceptional! Thank you!

Overall it was a comfortable stay. It was clean enough and the staff was accommodating and helpful when asked for things. I had to ask when breakfast was, if they could bring more towels to the pool when they were out, when their evening reception was. The tables and areas around the pool were left dirty from the night before not cleaned up before opening again the next day.The room was clean and bed was clean. We had some rowdy neighbors which made it a little uncomfortable but we loved the space and vicinity to shopping. The breakfast however was really bad, we have stayed at other embassy’s that were fantastic so a little disappointing. It was like they were just trying to get rid of stuff nothing worth eating except the fresh omelets. Happy hour in the evening was good except for the stale chips they put out. But all of these things are things that are included not that we paid extra for so honestly I was still happy.

They charge for the parking so be aware of that, the rooms were clean but the floors had a permanent mark so they looked dirty.

I usually stay here when I work in Tucson. But the new parking policy, and the fact that I have to do this through a 3rd party vendor, is having me second guess where I stay. I do not like that I have to enter my card in with a different company. If you feel it is necessary to charge me for parking then I should be able to add that to my hotel bill. While I love this property, there are others out there I will try out going forward.

I really like the property and location of this Embassy Suites. I have stayed here before and was surprised they have recently (last 2 months) started charging for self-parking that you must pay via a 3rd party payment system with additional on-line payment fee. (missed it in the fine print). The hotel is in a suburban area where parking is generally free. Parking should be built into the rate, so guests are not irritated by additional junk fees and having to pay separately from room charges on your smart phone. Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet and the hotel offers a good breakfast and evening reception.

The hotel was in a good location and the property was kept up well, we will stay again.

This hotel is wonderful

You pay 15 dollars for parking here. This came as a surprise and it is very disappointing because this hidden fee was not communicated during booking

Amazing support
4.5
The only reason I rated this hotel so poorly is because we experienced an 1.5 hour power outage and we had zero communication from the hotel and we could not get ahold of the front desk or the Hilton rewards desk. This outage caused my husband c-pap machine to turn off in his sleep, the food in the fridge went bad and we had not AC or fans in the middle of summer. They can do better at communicating and checking in with the people.
Other than that, the hotel was great and I would recommend this place to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s a great location! The breakfast and happy hour were great! The people working were wonderful, but overworked as they didn’t have enough help. The only bad thing about the place was the pool. It was nasty. It was closed our first day there. The tiles around the top edge of the water are covered with black sludge. We were really looking forward to the pool, so that was a disappointment.

What a gorgeous location! Treat yourself to a stay at this beautiful hotel!! Delicious breakfast, too!

I always enjoy staying at this specific hotel and never had any issues. However, upon arriving for check in, I checked in with the Hilton app and selected my room ahead of time. I called before checkin to assure when the room will be ready and if the room chosen was guaranteed and the lady on the phone whomever i spoke to told me yes, ill get the room chosen. When i arrived at 4pm the front desk said the room still was not ready and assigned me to another room i was not satisfied with. Because i didnt select a pool view room, they didn't want to give me the room i selected through the app, which was a pool view. She guaranteed there was no pool view rooms at the moment but when i asked to speak to a manager she went ahead and assigned me to one anyways. I was thankful for the arrangement overall but i just dont understand why youre able to select your own room and when you arrive they expect you to pay more because of the view the room has.

The last two times I’ve stayed at this property, there have been problems with parking. Both times, 2/3 oh the spaces were blocked off without warning or explanation.
4.5
I love the embassy suites and I have stayed in several locations but never have I had to pay for Parking. In my room the ceiling fans had stopped working and the bath tub drain kept getting stuck so water would fill up. The cocktail hour menu is also very limited as well as the guest parking, also very limited.

The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The suite was very nice.
4.5
Love the food and pool area.

Staff was very friendly, professional and nice. I stayed for four nights and trash surrounding the entrance door from the back parking lot was never picked up. Take out containers, cups, etc. terrible look
4.5
Very close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay. Wish there was a little bit more food option to eat at the hotel but it was still good food.
