We had a good stay before catching Le Shuttle. It’s very much budget end, but fine for a one night stay. Everything worked, although the plastic toilet flush operating button was cracked and ready to disintegrate. The shower was fine and had a good amount of hot water pressure. The bed was rather hard for my liking, but that seems quite common in France. The sheets and towels were clean and in good condition. The building is fine but a facelift would be nice before too long. The staff were helpful.

My experience was awful, the room was damp, dirty, full of mosquitoes, no light working, when i complained they said there was nothing they could do ( not even change the light bulb ).

For the cost of the room it was exactly what we got. A decent bed shower facilities and a coffee in the morning and free parking. No complaints.

The hotel is very tired a d dated. The staff were not very receptive or friendly, not unfriendly but not pleasant. The hotel was average priced but below general standards.

This is a true budget hotel, you get what you pay for. Our double room was so small we couldn't even put our suitcase on the floor or open the bathroom door-you have to go in sideways. The walls are super thin and you hear everything. Mattresses were comforable though. Our door was so creaky it was like something out of a horror movie. If you want a private room at reasonable price, this is it, just know what to expect.

Better than expected. Parking is very tight but i did get the last spot. No problem checking in after 9 after a ferry. Very clean room.

You get what you pay for. I would not give them a bad review because of that. The staff was friendly and served us well. If you are wanting a nice place to relax at, this is not the place. Just go to sleep, wake up and move on.

Basic, simple but ok for an overnight stop.

Stayed many times before. Cheap and cheerful. Can be a bit noisy with people chatting in the corridors very late at night.
Well priced continental breakfast.
Remember to ask for your discount voucher for food in the Campanile next door.

Hotel clean, tidy, reception staff excellent. Parking tight but we got the last space.
Maybe need to stop the guys smoking at the front door, this was my complaint the last time we stayed here.
However, the room next to us had the window wide open and loud chat continued late into the night. In addition, once the chatting stopped the music started. At 03.00 it all finally stopped.
Not a great nights sleep after travelling all day followed by another full day of driving ahead.

I never complain but to be honest with you they the location with really good but the hotel smelly of smoke and weed the the reception guy I asked him for a salt he told me I don’t have any salt then how come he not have and he have the The restaurant to be honest I find that very rude from him
Also no coffee or tea or even cartel in the room no shower gill . Is not worth the price I would never come back to that hotel any more.

If you want a cheap room, close to the port, this is the best option. But this is the only Pro.
Room is very small, bathroom the same. All walls were cold, and i think the black spots on the wall near bathroom was mould.

Great budget hotel. Ideal for late/early ferry crossing. Check in was fast, efficient and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was good. Bathroom although tiny was functional and water was hot

You get what you pay for, so really no complaints other than no access for little dog except to bedroom. That really hurts. This comment also applies to the Camponile next door.

Unfortunately the coffee machine was out of service, their was no milk and we were not allowed to take our little dog in a cept to the room. Apart from that everything was fine

Low cost so low quaility and small rooms. The sheets were clean. Supermarket & discount petrol station next door. Campanile restaurant available.

Good location not far from a 16 road
Carrefour shop round the corner and village only 5 mins away
Room was spacious but it only had ONE plug socket! as a minimum
Usually two are put in a room
Couldn't charge be my phone
The company could invest in small room fridges as well. Useful for very hot days like this week
Receptionist was very kind

The room was okay, small and simple, but I had everything I needed. It was clean, just the bathroom did not smell good (from the sink?) Breakfast was okay either.

We stayed here 4 yrs ago nothing has changed infact its worse. I thought it had a refurb when we saw the pictures but the room was tiny, ,you can hardly get around the bed to get to the bathroom. Doors open and hole in the wall where it hits everytime. Furniture is very tired. Smells musty and damp

Arrived late at night. Check in went well.

Didn't like it, was a lot of people outside the front of the building smoking shouting and playing music.

You get what you pay for. Dog friendly, yes. Breakfast a joke, we basically paid for going without. The kettle was broken, so to have a coffee, pay for it at a machine. Fortunately the Camponile next door for refreshments was more inviting.

Basic stay, but adequate for a stop over after a late ferry. Limited facilities at the hotel or the hotel next door, so pick up some supplies for the evening before you check in!
1.0
Plus : hotel is very close to ferry. Friendly staff.
Minuses: bathroom air conditioner not working ( I been there 3 times, different floors, different rooms, the same problem), it is extremely budget hotel, needs urgent renovation, just for sleeping and forgot.
Before COVID-19 was additional plus , very good, buffet style breakfast. Now is packing only

This time I got the short end of the straw.
Room 210 is to the back where a very loud unit, maybe heating is running. In addition the window can't be shut properly, small damage.
So poor sleep. Das experience.
