The hotel was great. The only negative was the design of the bathroom door. Frosted glass so when your partner gets up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom the light shines right through onto the bed.

Great stay, this hotel was very comfortable and the service was exceptional. Harry’s on the River Restaurant was delicious, we had a great dinner and the breakfast offerings were well worth the price. It is well situated to get around Limerick without a car. We wanted to be location so we could easily travel and tour western Ireland.

Had a lovely one night stay here, could easily have stayed longer. Staff super friendly and attentive, place was spotless, dinner and breakfast very good. Staff very accommodating with an older person. Convenient for walking into town and views of river from hotel gorgeous. Cannot recommend this well-run place highly enough, thanks everyone!

Absolutely loved everything abd thank you Jean for the beautiful card, good wishes and chocolate. In fact all the hardworking staff and extra little touches make us feel so special. . Breakfasts and all meals excellent and our whole stay so relaxing and treated like VIPs. Especially in vanilla browns and our best to all the team, especially Áine. Our room was the best ever, we were on the 5th floor where I believe the largest rooms are located and we wanted a large room for our 6 night stay, but the amazing hotel did not end with a large clean room; the staff (Jessica and others, but we mainly dealt with Jessica at the front desk) was amazing and the restaurant was the best hotel restaurant we have ever experienced, great food and very reasonable prices; location was perfect for walking Limerick

During our 12 day journey around Ireland, I had madethis reservation and I have zero regret! The hotel was modern, extremely clean, in close proximity to everything and best part is it had air conditioning. The hotel restaurant/bar made amazing drinks, the beds were comfortable. We really liked this Hotel. We stayed two nights of our fourteen nights in Ireland. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was the only Hotel we stayed that had ice machines. The hotel is in walking distance to many sites in Limmerick including John's Castle, the treaty stone and the milk market. The rooms were nice with a modern feel.
