Everything about this hotel was just wonderful. The only thing I was surprised about was that only paper cups were provided for the coffee maker and bathroom.

I honestly cannot recommend this hotel and I find the positive reviews to be inexplicable. I arrived late in the evening after a 12 hour train journey. My room had an overbearing smell of sewage and the level of cleanliness and overall condition was such that I couldn't stay there. I found the hotel management to be unsympathetic. After complaining, they did transfer me to another room for the first night. This room was far from ideal, but in better condition. However, they stated that I would have to move back to the original room for nights 2 and 3 because they didn't have any space. They were not prepared to refund me for those nights so I could make arrangements to go elsewhere. After a long, late evening conversion with hotels.com customer service, they eventually issued me with a refund for nights 2 and 3 by hotels.com. I was then able to book another property a few minutes walk away which turned out to be great. After this awful evening of arguing with the hotel and being on hold for nearly 2 hours with hotels.com, the breakfast the next morning was better than expected. The quality of the food was average for Italy, but there was a pretty extensive selection.

Upon our check out, we were told of a train and bus strike. We were heading from Napoli to Rome by train. Asked about alternatives, and was told to go to train station and grab a cab. We took a cab that was ordered to go to train station. He agreed to take us to Rome for 500.00 euros. We thought we had no choice. Hotel should have helped us since strikes are frequent they had no clue about private busses to go to Rome for about 60.00 euros. Very disappointed in lack of knowledge or trying to help us in anyway. The hotel in Rome couldn’t believe that this hotel could not provide us with alternatives. No initiative. Very disappointed. We over spent because hotel gave us no options. It would be nice if hotel offered us some compensation.

Very friendly staff & nice property. Unfortunately we were given a room with non-functional air conditioning (unit ran but didn't cool). The front desk sent maintenance up for a check but there was nothing that could be done and all other rooms were full. We were given a fan but it was a hot & stuffy night in the room. It was rainy/humid so couldn't sleep with the windows open. Our area on the 4th floor seemed much warmer than the hallways and common areas of the property so our stay was rather uncomfortable. Had the AC worked it would have been a pleasant stay.

We stayed for 1 night only & was upgraded to a deluxe suite. The room is spacious, clean, updated & in a great location for walking to restaurants & shopping. The breakfast buffet was included & excellent. The hotel staff were very nice. They held our luggage until the room was ready. I would highly recommend staying there!

This is a perfect stay if you’re flying in or out of Naples. The hotel is very safe and clean. We needed to be buzzed into the area after a certain time. The front desk if 24/7, they helped us get a taxi for a very early flight. They gave us a map of things to do in the area. Would completely stay here again.

My stay was unfortunately too short but everything was great and straightforward. Staff spoke good English which was helpful and they all had solid knowledge for tourists' questions. I like that they try to be eco friendly with their amenities. Breakfast was very good and the little courtyard was quite charming. Great location close to everything.

Hotel was in a great location for going out for food and drinks. Left luggage at hotel as we got there before check in time, our luggage was taken to our room whilst we were out, very much appreciated this being done. Elena at breakfast was so helpful as was the rest of the staff, good choice of breakfast. Great courtyard for having breakfast and sitting area

I chose this hotel because it was recommended on online travel forums. The location is pretty good, and the decor is trendy and appealing. A very nice breakfast was served, too. My room could have used some renovation- wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the room was a little dark and featureless, with only one small window. However, my sister stayed in another room, and hers was in better condition. Having the markets nearby was the biggest attraction.

I was very impressed with the property. The location is fantastic with many attractions walkable. The staff was very helpful. Daneilla was amazing. She saved my vacation by arranging mybtrip to Vesuvius after the tour company flaked. Breakfast was ample with lots to choose from. The beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water.

This hotel is superb! Excellent location and walking distance to a lot of attractions, heaps of restaurants and the start of our day tours. Staff were very friendly, attentive and quick to check in & out. Breakfast is really varied and you are able to sit outside in the courtyard which was stunning. Really comfortable boutique hotel with large clean rooms. Our son is 8 and suited all his needs. Would highly recomend!

Great overall; extremely clean hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful with suggestions about places to go, calling taxi's, etc. The room was small but was a good use of space, had everything i needed and the cleaning was absolutely perfect. The bed was quite comfortable. Not a lot of amenities in the room, but the things that mattered were there. It was very hot and the AC was not overly strong but did the job well enough. The breakfast was excellent with many choices, in a lovely courtyard, and the staff there were great. The courtyard felt like an oasis after being out in the crowded center. After reading about a lot of other hotels in the center being in not so nice areas, the hotel is in smaller but lively piazza, with several cafes and live music at night. Yes there is some trash and graffiti, but it's still a nice area and I felt quite safe there. There is not a lot of shopping right in the piazza, but it's not that far away from shopping areas. It was fairly easy to walk to most of the center as well. I would absolutely stay there again!

Superb breakfast and excellent service. We stayed in a duplex. Sleeping area and bathroom pristine and well kept. Couch in lower area covered with an old slip cover. Didn’t look clean or inviting. A shame really as other aspects of the hotel were very good.

Great location, rooms were fun with balcony and loft up top. Walking distance to so many things, young fun vibe right outside of hotel at night. Felt safe, liked the court yard that area that you can hang out in. Breakfast was perfect way to start the day, grab and go, friendly staff helping providing help.

It was a most fantastic place to stay in a fascinating city such as Naples. In the very heart of the city it was a haven and the ideal environment to relax from the charming Neapolitan chaos. The room was large and nice but the tiny shower was unuseable! A hinged shower door opens in to a tiny slippery space. This likely explains the emergency pull in the shower. Even on a monday night it was so loud after midnight from guests running all over shouting it wasnt great. The front desk staff were sort of helpful but mostly seemed annoyed. They told us there were no english channels and no superbowl on tv, but we found many and the game.Location is great! Walkable to the amazing and not to be missed MANN. Sad to see so much garbage and grafiti in the area. Breakfast was very good, they do a good job there as well.

Just back from a lovely stay at the Hotel Piazza Bellini and apartments. All staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is within easy reach of a metro line if you want to go into the centre or to the central station for trains to other parts of Italy. There are a lot of little cafe/bars around the hotel as well as restaurants nearby. Very near the old town with its narrow streets and historic sites. Also quite near the port for trips to the islands and Amalfi Coast. Definitely recommend this hotel.
