Short walk to Piazza Grande, the centre of Modena. Generous buffet breakfast, ask for fried eggs if you like them. They took a photo copy of my credit card on arrival.i was uncomfortable about that and got it back on departure. Staff very friendly and obliging.

Vincent at the front desk was super friendly and helpful to provide guidance from logistics to areas of interest. My wife and I were traveling through Modena as part of our 20-yr anniversary trip and we found this hotel to be comfortable.

I had the best 3 days in Modena! I traveled alone and I was worried I wouldn’t feel safe. staying at the Central Park hotel was the best decision I made. Staff was very welcoming and helpful . Starting with Costantino at the front desk was always helpful from the day I did my check in. Very helpful and always welcoming with a nice smile! Everyday I came back from my day out he would ask me how my day went We always had a little chit chat. Vincenzo was also super helpful in showing me the way on how the train system works. Very nice man, funny and professional always happy to help ! And the waiter at breakfast always so welcoming from day one. I forget him name ! Really nice man had nice chit chats with him too😊 Location was also great! Not far from the train station. Close to the city center. Neighborhood seamed safe and perfect for solo traveler. Room was spacious and very clean. Next time I’m in Modena I definitely will go back to this hotel!

Safe, quiet and friendly hotel. My room is clean and comfortable. Parking is on the street but free with a hotel pass. The nearest restaurant is either in the city center, which is 15 minutes walk or the one the hotel recommends is an 8 minute walk. And that is definitely recommended with delicious food and great service.

While the facility was clean and staff was courteous, our stay was not as pleasant as expected due to the faulty air conditioning in the hotel room. It was 100 degrees outside and the room temperature never went below 86 degrees due to only the fan working. More of an FYI if you are looking for a hotel with functioning AC.

Well positioned hotel situated 10-15 minutes walk from the historic centre of Modena. Despite arriving quite early we were given a room by the helpful reception staff member who also provided useful information for our visit. Our room was comfortable and clean - we had a good nights sleep. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Free street parking immediately outside the hotel with a permit obtained from reception.

Rated a bit lower on condition because the elevator was a little scary and the door to the room often didn’t open on the first try. The best thing about this hotel was the parking price included. We were able to park our car in the pay parking spots just outside the entrance to the hotel, and the front desk gave us a ticket to display on our dashboard so we didn’t have to pay. The hotel was walkable to all of the places we were trying to go, including excellent restaurants.

Staff is truly amazing and very willing to help. The gentleman at the breakfast buffet is a great asset to your company. The food itself at the breakfast buffet is totally amazing and I’ve eaten just about everywhere. I’ll be back next year.

Cute hotel, not much in terms of offerings. Bed is stiff. Shower feels like a cruise ship shower. Not a bad hotel, just no frills.

Very nice hotel; reasonably close to Modenas attractions. Room was larger than average, nice bathroom, lots of choices for the included breakfast. This is a fancier and more expensive hotel however, so it should be in better condition with better rooms and an above average breakfast. I originally booked just one night and then added a second night after checking in. The only negative I have about this hotel is the additional room charge was higher than what I was quoted when inquiring about the second night. I dont think it is too much to ask a business to be honest in dealing with their customers and live up to their commitment.

Very clean. 24 hour English speaking front desk is helpful. They will call taxis for you which was especially helpful. Walking distance to Osteria Francesca and bus station for direct bus from Bologna Airport. Very Solid hotel and would stay there again.

Surprisingly comfortable and suitable for our one night stop traveling past Modena. Brfeafast was not of the standard we had in other hotels in Pienza and Verona.

A great central location in Modena with easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made our weekend break most enjoyable. A short walk also to the Ferrari Museum makes this a perfect location.

Terrible , avoid this hotel, they turn off the AC at night and when its on you can not control the temperature from you room, you have to go down stairs and talk to who is there, why go down stairs why not call? well they don't answer the phone at night! Then they don't wan't to lower (adjust) the temperature because of hotel policy. And then the scream at you, the employees think louder is better. again never again. I was there 2 years ago and it was a great stay but this time "Terrible"
