Worst experience ever. Place was completely dirty and disgusting. Spiders and bugs everywhere inside. Spiderwebs, dust and uncleaned conditions. Totally not Corona-proof. Booked two nights but left immediately after the first night. They refused a refund while they did not keep their property clean and safe. Stay away!!!

The room had an ant infestation, there was no shower curtain and the bed pillows and cover was stained.

Arrived at 7.05PM, check-in closes at 7.00. They had called us earlier and said they'd leave the key in a locked mailbox. When I arrived, two people were inside and the door was locked. No key in the box. Knocked on the door and they did give me the key, but said they were too busy to collect the area tax and have me fill in the forms.
The "room" was a small semi-detached apparment that was designed by someone on their first day in architect school - once you opened the outer door, you faced a 1m by 1m "corridor" that had a door on each side. One opened to a tiny bathroom, one to a tiny bedroom and the last one into a tiny living room, which had a "sofa bed" from the 1960's - one where you pull out a drawer that has a mattress in it. That pretty much ate up all the floor space available.
In addition to this, everything was dated and worn out, and cheap. But the worst part was the dampness. Apparently the room had been unoccupied for some time, and hadn't had any heating on. Everything was damp and the temperature was too cool for my comfort, and I usually sleep without a blanket.
The pool closes at seven and opens at 11, so no experience on that front, but the hours are terrible, that's for sure.

Site was well run and well kept. and quiet . Flat needed sprucing up: pillows and sofa cover were old and stained, needing replacing, and last client had given lip service to sweeping out before leaving but understand complex was due to close almost as soon as we left for a major overhaul over the winter to bring interior to usual excellent MMV standard weve experienced elsewhere. The large covered patio with table & chairs was private from each side neighbour. Well equiped kitchenette. Excellent shower, always hot water. Swimming pool popular.Only problem was there didnt seem to be any policy restricting ball games and even small body boards being used in the pool unlike other MMV pools where signs at entrance state swimming only is allowed. Quite a walk to beach even in evening cool. Small supermarket @ 15 mon walk but closed Sun. Needed car to get to other shops. Carrefour Market in Ondres with very good baker across main road opposite.

Lovely apartment with everything you could want. Reception desk had restricted hours so had to wait until 4 pm to check in. A 25 minute walk to the ocean.

We stayed here for 10 days in October, so out of the holiday season. At this time of year it was very reasonably priced. Complex was well maintained and our chalet was very nice, spatious and well equipped. Location was good with Biarritz & Hossegor both about 20 mins by car. Free WiFi available at the reception. A well stocked mini market and lovely boulangerie are available in Ondres which is about 2 mins away by car. A smaller convenience store is a few hundred meters away.

We used this facility when visiting to watch the surfing championships, and although a 15 minute drive away from the competition area, its not too far away and its hidden gem is ondres beach which is fairly decent for surf too and is very quiet! We have the house which takes 8 people and features 3 bedrooms, of which 1 double bed, 2 singles, 1 bunkbeds and 1 sofa pull out double. Everything is pretty basic although dishwasher was provided which was a nice bonus, the park is very very quiet which is great and also tennis courts and swimming pool onsite, both of a good standard! Beware if you dont bring your own sheets you will have to rent them from this hotel!

It was end of season, so the hotel was very quiet. However I would imagine in high season a very thriving, fun place to stay! Very clean with lovely surroundings within the hotel.

Really enjoyed it, needed car, very clean site, bit noisy on occasions, big mix up with the keys when arriving after hours which was not easy to resolve when reception was shut, we believe it's further away from beach than stated but adequate free parking however not handy when you've had a drink on an evening & just fancy a stroll. More of a route march!

Nice quiet area, the apartments are in very good conditions as well as the appliances. Close to the beach although it could be too rough for swimming. 10 minutes form hosseggor. close to supermarkets.

There is nothing at all for teenagers .not even a games room .The surrounding gardens around apartments need a lot of tidying up ,The beach as a sign up NO SWIMMING the sea is so rough .only for very experienced surfers .Overall its only suitable if you enjoy walking & cycling .Which by the way requires a 200 euro deposit per bike plus 12 euros to rent .Wont be visiting again ...

Needed accommodation in Pyrenees Atlantique, and this fitted the bill extremely well. The apartment is perfectly adequate for touring the area, offering clean, well maintained rooms, with kitchenette, dining area and sofa. There's no tv or linen, but I think it offers very attractive apartment accommodation, only 2 minutes from a wonderful beach, 15 minutes from Biarritz, and within an hour of the Pyrenees.
I would recommend as it provides very good value, and the location is excellent - in a wooded area by the coast. There is even tennis and a swimming pool for the energeitc!
The staff - when you do see them, are very welcoming and helpful.

Really lovely location. We went mis September so it was much quieter than I expect it would be in the summer holidays. The beach was a 10-15 minute walk away and there was a good restaurant there to get moules in the evening. There were plenty of supermarkets a short drive away so most of the time we made our own meals and sat on our balcony evjoying the sun sets - which were amazing every night.
Would definitely recommend to those who like their own freedom. It is very much self catering, but has everything you could need.
Would be great for kids and they let you take pets as well.

Nice place, make sure you take everything you need ie linen, tea towels, washing up liquid etc. Excellent base for getting around to other areas. Was quiet when we were there in April/May so pool was closed and the place was deserted but that was nice.
