Terrible.front desk. Asked.for help obtaining ride next day to airport...they informed us that there is a marathon and all streets shutdown. Needed to walk across the river 15 mins to get a taxi...they didnt even tell us which way to go...just sent us on our way with no help. Never staying here again. Rude and uncaring...room was uncofortably warm...tried to lower the temp but thermostat didnt work. Lobby was plenty cold but room temp awful for.sleeping

Excellent hotel - modern, clean and central. Bathroom modern with a huge bathtub. Had some minor issues in the room, couldn’t get the bath tap to work and then the iron plug was bust. Reception swiftly sorted the problems out. No parking was an expensive affair but central quiet location close to Dublin castle was a bonus

Air Condition unfortunately with timer function. 1-2 hours of operation until it automaticly turned off. Woke up several times at night to turn AC on again.

We had a wonderful stay!!! We especially enjoyed the great breakfast with made to order eggs! Everyone must check out the spa. We got a massage and facial package then enjoyed the pool and sauna. The price was so reasonable and the experience was great!!! Batuhan and Elfi were so kind and professional. We want to come back!

When we arrived our room was not available and we had to wait over 3 hours. Next I paid in advance for both WiFi and breakfast. Upon arrival I learned that WiFi was free, and they had no record of the breakfast purchase.

Loved staying here! We liked starting the day with a proper Irish breakfast and coming back to our clean room. The hotel is near Grafton street making it easy to walk to almost all the historic places we wanted to see.

Absolutely amazing service from the reception staff who gave great recommendations where to go and what to do in the city. The receptionist asked why we were visiting and we mentioned it was a birthday trip- we returned to the hotel room with cake. The bar and restaurant was amazing with a fab Sunday lunch and great service over drinks. Amazing will
Definitely return.

The hotel was great. The location was stellar! The room was clean and had plenty of room for the four of us. We enjoyed the breakfasts and dinner there. The staff were very nice. The neighborhood was fairly quiet at night and near a nice park. The only issue we had was that, at their request for a time, I had asked for our room to be ready at 15:00 as we had come from an overnight flight and been traveling for about 13 hours. It wasn't ready until about 17:00 and it was hard for our kids who really wanted to lie down. All in all, that's not a deal breaker and the rest of the stay there was really great. In fact, we will most likely stay there again when we visit Dublin.

We have traveled to Ireland multiple times and never left a bad review ever; however, this hotel made our stay unpleasant. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. It was warm and the rooms we were in did not have opening windows. When you placed the fan setting on, it would only last for 45 minutes before clicking off— the rooms were hot. We called for assistance and the man came up, pushed the button for the fan and left. We explained we did that and he said it would work, but it cut off after 45 minutes. We asked the desk to check the rooms since they were much hotter than the temperature that appeared. The temp setting was frozen so you were not allowed to lower it. They came up and left us a fan for each room. When we left the parking garage, the person on front could t get out and had to keep intercom calling the front desk. After 10 minutes they were able to get out. We got out fine but then ran into a similar problem when trying to return. When we left for the airport we were trapped in the parking garage. I had had them validate our parking ticket and paid. Instead of handing me the ticket to get out, the woman stated that the machine wasn’t working and to just intercom them. I did but the intercom wasn’t working so we had to call them. They told us maintenance would be on their way. 15 minutes later I called back and they told me maintenance was on the way. I was polite and started to mention we had a flight to make and she hung up on me.Maintenance was great and got us out.

Our room was not cleaned well. There was still food crumbs on the carpet. I booked room through Expedia and booked a balcony room… this place didn’t seem to have any 😕. We paid via Expedia but was charge another 21 USD for a water and 2 coffee that was in the room. No sign anywhere to let us know that it cost anything. We assumed it came with the junior suite that we paid for. Beware of this!
