Great place to stay. This hotel is our goto now every time we’re in Mineralwells. We like the clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and nice room options. We didn’t like the vagrants hanging about at times (a common issue in the area), but the hotel staff did a great job handling every situation, and we never had reason to worry for our safety. It’s great to have a Cracker Barrel just across the parking lot!

Outdated, older building. Very loud all night. Was told there would be a partial refund that never happened. Do not recommend.

Great location and the staff are top notch!! Front desk manager Heather and the lady training with her (I'm sorry I did not get her name) the evening I checked in went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

The stay was great. Room was nice. Buffet was really good. Staff was on point with everything so nice and friendly. Only down fall was not enough towels in our room for showers with such a big family but not their fault.

Rooms are getting a little warn. Staff was fantastic and the room was very clean.

Upon checking in we were informed that the pool and jacuzzi were under repair and not available. We requested a room that we normally stay in, and it was not clean. There was food and trash left on the floor. Also one of the beds had dirty linens that we had to change. The drink machine at breakfast was broke and there were two slices of bread and one bagel available in the bins. The washing machine on our floor was out of order. The elevator smelled terrible and the walls and floor were filthy inside. We were also told that no pets stay on the third floor, thats why request that floor because we are allergic. Yet we were woke up to a very large dog on our floor. The hotel had only about 8 cars in the parking lot, so they were not totally booked. We stay at this hotel at least once a month while in town visiting family and this is the worst I have seen it. I refuse to pay these rates for a one-star condition hotel that this one has become. I will be looking at staying somewhere else while in town.

Unfortunately the pool and hottub were out of service. They did announce at check-in- however because I booked and paid in full I could not cancel and they couldnt even give me a discount which they also offered. Otherwise 5 star rating

One night stay. Will use this hotel again. Very friendly staff. Only change would be not to stay in same room on ground floor - the smoke/fire monitor was cycling on and off all night - made a high pitch buzzing in the room as if we had tinnitus. Wasnt enough for us to change room though; but we didnt realize what it was until morning! Breakfast was good.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. I loved the hot tub. The breakfast was delicious and you can never go wrong with biscuits and gravy. It was convenient to everywhere we needed to go. Would stay her again!

Hotel is good for a quick stop on a road trip. It’s nothing special and the rooms could use a refresh and deep clean.

Nice room and very friendly staff. Right by the freeway but not too noisy. The breakfast was good and had a big selection of hot and cold food. One restaurant close enough to walk but others within 3-4 miles. Room and bathroom clean, big room tv and good AC.

It was great wish we could have stayed longer, loved everything about this hotel ,will be staying here again in the future

The hotel itself is a nice hotel. It is clean, staff is mostly friendly and they have a nice breakfast. Our problem was they put us in room #124, right next to the lobby/breakfast area/elevator and ice machine. It was noisy inside until after 11 PM. At 1:15 AM a group of boys who were there for a baseball tournament decided to play football right outside our room. They were so loud that they woke us up. We attempted to call the desk and got no answer. After a half hour we went to the desk and asked them to ask the kids to quiet down. We did not get much sleep that night. That room should not be a guest room!

I liked the option of using a handicapped room, very helpful for my father, the staff was very attentive and the breakfast also was very good, the only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that breakfast closed a little too early, maybe should’ve been 10/10:30.
