Good stay, hotel and room were clean and quiet. I would stay again.

We often spend our mini anniversary staycation at Sterling Inn & Spa.
The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable.
Being a boutique hotel, it has an upscale feel and it's quiet.

Enjoyed our stay. The property is well-kept. The room was nice - it had some excellent features like a nice shower and jacuzzi tub. The fireplace was electric and didn't give any heat. The bed was pretty hard.
Some parts of the room didn't feel very luxurious, like plastic cups—this is wine country, not even a wine glass in a hotel room specializing in couple's getaways. The decor is a bit tacky with all the crystal and silver everywhere, but I guess that's the theme.
One thing I did not appreciate is the stress of our arrival day. Our credit card had been replaced due to fraud between when we booked the room and our arrival date. So, on the day of our arrival, they weren't able to authorize the card when they tried early in the morning. They sent a threatening email at 9am saying if we didn't call them by 1pm our reservation (for that day!) would be cancelled. I travel a lot, I always pay all my bills... I understand they need to ensure they will get paid, but threatening to cancel the booking? I didn't appreciate the tone of their email nor giving us 4 hours to respond before they would cancel our reservation. What if I hadn't seen the email in time? They should have either sent a gentler first email, or simply phoned us.
Dinner at the on site restaurant was good. The service was fast, courteous, and the food delicious. Probably the best restaurant in Niagara Falls. The lighting was a bit harsh with a spotlight over our table but overall we would return for dinner.

Amazing hotel with personable and attentive stuff. Warm and cozy environment; espresso machine and fireplace welcome guests in the lobby. Spacious rooms with a lot of charm, fireplace, beamed ceiling, a steam shower (so useful in a cold weather) and breakfast in bed. These little touches of luxury stand Sterling hotel apart of other “brand name” hotels.

This was a first time visit to the Sterling Inn and Spa. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and were pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade. The hotel staff were pleasant, professional and well-informed. We look forward to another return soon!

This was one of our favorite hotels to stay at. The service was amazing and I’ve never seen breakfast in bed offered like that before or since.

Large, well appointed rooms. Love the steam shower and breakfast tray delivered to room in the morning.

We stayed in Sterling many times for the past 5 years. It’s sad to see the changes. Sterling increasingly becomes run down property. check in was disappointing as the receptionist was chatting personal stuff on the phone and ignored us for quite some time. The room (203) was poorly maintained with walls stained and scratched, bathroom tile dirty and molded grout in the shower. Didn’t take picture of night tables, but they deserve to be in the landfills - surface is horribly scratched.Hotel still has nice perks such as bath robe and slippers and continental breakfast in the room. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable and so was the mattress. Even though our stay wasn’t horribly expensive - just $200, it wasn’t worth the money. Hotel doesn’t have any views at all, and view of Niagara is what most of people are looking for. The most important reason for us to return was steam room, cleanliness and comfortable beds. Unfortunately that time is gone. Pictures are attached.

Quiet, comfortable, clean, spacious, and the best breakfast ever - delivered right to your room. With-in walking distance to all the attractions. I would definitely stay there again.

One of the most comfortable stays in all our trips to the Niagara region. Rooms were spacious and the hotel was spread out and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here every time we get opportunity to visit the Niagara region.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location , walking distance to the falls and restaurants. We got upgraded to a bigger room with jacuzzi. We loved our room. It was very cozy and also has a fire place. They offer breakfast in the room which I really like it!

We had the best time. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. And the steam shower was a wonderful bonus. And the breakfast was amazing Usually when you get a breakfast included it’s very basic, but our breakfast that they brought to our room had a a lot of variety of things. Everything was delicious and fresh and very, very tasty.
It’s very close to the main strip and all the amusement park theme stores on Clifton Hill. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really had a wonderful and romantic weekend.

We are repeat visitors to the Sterling Inn and Spa, and have always enjoyed our experience. The entire staff is exceptional.

This hotel has very cozy large room with a touch of modern design. The shower is unique and has three faucets to accomodate different needs. The hotel restaurant is very good, there is live singing of very meaning songs. The breakfast is very good, yet I made a suggestion to the hotel, hoping there is an option of having farm green, pear, oatmeal, egg, fresh juice and yogurt to start the day, for customers who need this kind of support for health reason. I will choose this hotel again when I visit the Niagara Fall next time.

It was ok. Could have stayed at ramada at a much lower price point . Clean and freindly staff. Coffe bar at reception was nice. Good breakfast first day. Disappointed second day.
No microwave in room. Only basic cable tv available.
Would not stay there again.

Went to Niagara Falls for our 30th Wedding Anniversary! Had choices to overlook the falls, but those were the typical hotel chains. Came across Sterling Inn & Spa and it had some great reviews. It did not disappoint. Very spacious, clean, and the tall ceilings made it even bigger! The room service gave it an extra nice touch! The staff were happy and helpful! Walking distance to everything! Very pleased with our stay!

Felt like we were deceived by the newness / clean vibes the photographs gave off. The service was great but felt icky and uncomfortable throughout the entire stay.

Pros: This hotel is a perfect location and the ambiance is super. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Including free water, coffee and tea. WiFi was strong in the room. The bed was very comfortable and I didn’t feel I was sleeping in old used linens. The room could use a few more lamps. Bathroom could use a few hooks for towels but no big deal. I only have one con for this hotel: the room is heavily perfumed. I know scented rooms can be nice and I would not have minded, but it was too much and I was sneezing a lot and had to air out the room for a while. I just think that could easily be remedied. I will 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Really lovely stay. The room was spacious. The breakfast in bed was great and included in the stay. Loved the fireplace after a day out in the rain. My husband also quite enjoyed the steam shower. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very Nice. I like everything about it including the steam shower. Only one thing, even though it was romantic, it needed a little more light so we can read. I would stay there again if I'm in the area.

My husband and I have stayed at numerous luxury hotels and the Sterling Inn has become our absolute favorite hotel. From the trendy, sleek decor to the excellent custom service, we can not wait to come back. You can truly tell they take great pride in the hospitality and details of their hotel. What we liked most was that our room felt more like you were staying at a wealthy cousins city apartment rather than a hotel. There was a nice living room area, a wet bar and the bathroom was top notch with a steam shower equipped with jets on the walls and jacuzzi tub. They even give you a bath bomb to use which was a cute touch. Everything was spacious and clean and our housekeeper (I believe her name was Anna) was so friendly and greeted us every morning in the hallway. The breakfast in bed is what really sold us. It was nice to wake up to a delicious spread to get the day started, I’m still dreaming of their fresh made croissants! From the outstanding customer service to the robes and slippers waiting for you in your room, Stearling Inn and Spa exceeded all our expectations. We can’t wait to visit again!
