Very nice staff, big rooms.

The food was good, staff were friendly and the gardens were beautiful. It was possible to walk to some beaches. Transport links were good into the centre of Ayia Napa.
Hotel needs some updating particularly the rooms. Air conditioning unit was quite dilapidated although did just about work.
Room was not as clean as I would have liked on arrival. Quick cleaning was provided throughout the week.
The pool area was left with discarded cups and rubbish left around. Sun loungers were left scattered around including upside down - a little time tidying these at the end of the day would be advised.
Youngsters seemed to be allowed to sleep off hangovers on beds around the pool!
Life guard spent the day on his phone - he should be watching those in the pools.
Despite the above, we had a good stay although probably won't return.

Having booked this hotel in October 2021 for a stay begining 7th April 2022 it was somewhat of a shock to receive notification on the 6th April 2022 that we would no longer to be able to stay at this hotel as `there was a delay in the expected opening of the hotel`, we went to see this hotel why we were in Cyprus and it looked totally derelict, no sign that it would be opening anytime soon, which begs the question - why didn`t they notify us sooner that we would not be able to stay?, it was extremely stressful to try to sort this out the morning before we flew, not least because I also had to go to work on a late shift! We were offered an alternative at a sister hotel not far away (The Dome Beach), which to be honest we had no choice but to accept without any form of written confirmation, just a promise on the phone, luckily the hotel was pleasant and the staff were really nice.

At these days rooms could be better. Very old sofa. Food is good - can't say nothing bad. We where stayed on half board so breakfast and dinner were very good. Swimming pool very cold.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days, it is a nice and clean hotel, huge swimming pool, plenty of space, nice food and staff, few best beaches within walking distance, never get bored, few Supermarket close by, would definitely go back again

The food at Breakfast was not nice

Good hotel for people on budget, terrible food - just callories and no taste. We paid 90$ per night for 1 bedroom appartment breakfast+dinner. And if you have just 90$ and not more, than go for it. Very comfortable housing (no luxury - rather 3 star for European standards, but spacious and clean). Excellent pool area. MY DAUGHTER LOVED IT. She did not want to go to the beach because she loved the pools so much... Beach close. Taxis cheap in Cyprus, so the fact that center is 3km away does not matter. And it would be a very nice 3 start property if not for the food. FOOD IS A DISASTER!!! Best booking is without food at all. Than breakfast only. But expedia seems to sell only halfboard.... For us we will NOT return, unless we get a deal for housing only. Why? Because if you take 90$ and add 30$ that you anyway need to spend on dinner outside... plus it happened to us we also ate breakfast outside... than you talk about 120-130$ per night, and than I think there are better choices...

the facilities here were great, we arrived 12th april and the weather was fantastic, the staff were great the food was excellent, this village was family oriented so if your young and like the nightlife you are better off staying somewhere else. i have a 2 year old and felt very safe on this site
