The staff are what make this hotel so special. They are attentive committed and a well functioning team!

The hotel was a bit dated in Ok condition. But the service was exceptional, particularly I want to mention Jose Mayta, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and take care of us. Just because of him I will give a 5 star instead of a 3 or 4.
Even though they assigned us to a room without the right number of beds, he moved a bed from another room to make things work for us. He also went beyond to provide us with many needed help as our kids were struggling with Altitude sickness. Great overall experience.

It was a very comfortable hotel!
Some of the rooms have windows that face the hallway and when people were leaving for expeditions in the early morning it tended to get loud.

Centrally located and close to major attractions. The hotel is basic, but has all necessary amenities required for short stay to see Lake Titicaca.

As soon as we arrive from Juliaca to the door of the hotel , they were helping us with the bags and from there they make me feel like they were always 3seconds ahead of me in terms of service . Resuming my 16 days stay in Peru , Casa Andina Standard was the best of all for the price I paid !!!

Super clean, great location, the staff is really friendly. They helped me to find a driver for the places we wanted to go. They also gave us an upgrade.

Good location, very close to Peru Rail station and market square where number of restaurants are situated. However, very noisy during the day and no ventilation in the rooms.

Staff is nice but the hotel is really basic. No table in the bathroom. We had to request more towels

Huge room and bed, very comfortable, warm, everything was new, excellent check-in/out, good breakfast from 5:30, so you can get it before the early morning tours. Just 350 meters from the train station, no need to deal with taxis. Very good Wi-Fi.

The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. Close to the main square. During my first night stay, I was assigned to room 201, which faced the street. Across the street, there is a DICSO party place which is very noisy. We thought it is only one night issue. The next day, we came back from our trip, the party started again. We told hotel staff, they helped us to move to the first floor in 10 mins. The issue was resolved very quickly.
Thank you.

This was a good hotel for our last two nights in Peru. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet was good. The location was okay, but a little far from Plaza de Armas.

There was a bit of noise since room was located close to staircase.
Hotel close enough to city centre but faraway from crowd

Good location along a traffic-free street, about a 5 minute walk from the main plaza and close to multiple restaurants and shopping. Hot water is plentiful, but the shower dumps the water onto the floor (which could pretty much be said of any hotel shower in Peru). Internet is slow, but they offer a paid option that's supposed to be faster. The breakfast is standard, with convenient hours. Service is efficient and friendly. We'll be back.

The room was cold as were most of the public rooms. Very noisy internally as my room opened out on to the public area.

staff was very helpful. Good location.

This hotel is a decent place to stay, but the rooms were plain/utilitarian and the staff was only moderately helpful. The shower water smelled like lake water and the bath products were sub-par. Breakfast was very light. Of all the hotels we experienced on our trip to Peru, this was our least favorite. The positives were a central location and a cozy fireplace in the lobby.

Clean and well maintained. Little bit noisy as there's construction right next to the hotel.

Excellent location (~on the main street), clean room and friendly staff. I think this is the best hotel in Puno within the $70 USD budget! The room here is bigger than the Casa Andina in Lima and it looks newer!

Unfortunately, there were electrical outages day of our stay. Room was cold and room heater could have been better. It is only 2 blocks from all the action. Nice place and very pretty.

Typical casa anduna hotel. Nice and clean but nithing to write home about.

There were only two things I found unpleasing;
1- They were a small construction inside the hotel, which made it dusty and a bit noisy during the day.
2- I needed to stay an extra night but they did not honor the price I had with you so I paid their standard rate.
The staff was helpful and attentive to the rest of my travel needs, in that sence they have great customer service.

October 26, 2012 - We were very please with our choice of hotel. Its is very centennial located and convent to every thing in Puno. The staff are very nice and helpful. My only complaint is there was no bottled water provided in the room. The room came with a very nice breakfast..

The hotel itself was very pleasant after a long journey from Lima. Only difficulty we had was actually finding the hotel. Staff and accomodation very good. Next morning the manager arranged a flight to Nasca Lines, the reason for our visit. Would recommend this hotel to anybody.
