Convenient to Logan Express. Furniture was broken and dirty. Stained carpet, looked like blood. I don’t mind a local, family motel but this had no upkeep or charm.

It was a mistake to stay here, despite the great price and location. When I first arrived at my room and tried the key card, the doorknob came off in my hand. The desk clerk seemed unsurprised and calmly gave me a key to a different room. In the new room, the fridge (which I had counted on having) was so noisy I had to unplug it to sleep. The entire freezer compartment was a solid block of ice and unusable. There were (empty) mouse traps in the corner of the room. There were odd-looking stains on the walls. The A/C filter was totally clotted with dust. There were not enough outlets to plug in the fridge, the microwave and the desk lamp at the same time. I didn't see a smoke alarm. It was reasonably quiet, and the plumbing all worked.

The property was filthy. The exterior walls had plaster crumbling off, and the grounds were covered with trash and cigarette butts. My room smelled moldy and with this whiff I can’t describe, like sweat and must and faint rot, surface cleaned only. The entire property looked sketchy and unsafe. I didn’t stay at all, left and called Expedia. The property manager wouldn’t refund a dime. Do NOT book anything at this filthy facility.

Fire alarm woke us up in the middle of the night. Poor kid running the desk just seemed confused and couldn't understood what was happening. We just left at 3:30 am to drive back home (out of state) so we wouldnt hear the alarm going on and off all night. Bathroom looked very old, rusty and gross. Never again.

It was a decent stay as long as you bring a can of febreeze and dont look around too much… you get what you pay for. Could’ve been better but I have seen worse.

Hotels.com recommended a motel to me that was so ASTOUNDINGLY FILTHY, litter everywhere, poorly maintained (if at all) with broken fridges (plural), awful wi-fi, and inoperable phones. I found long hairs everywhere, and a poorly patched hole in the wall next to a fixture with open wiring. In the dozens of times I tried to call them on my cell phone, I got no answer. DOZENS. You probably don’t wanna hear about the super-wet squishy carpet around the refrigerators in two of the rooms they expected me to sleep in. The proprietor said a lot of useful things, like: don’t worry it’ll be fine, it’s OK, I’m sorry, and these are all I have. They moved me to a total of three different rooms, with each one worse than the last. I SLEPT IN MY CAR instead of waiting to find cockroaches on my pillow and rats on my bed when I woke up. I was on a chat with a hotels.com “customer service” representative to complain. I got a couple of ‘sorry about that’s’ and an offer to take a tiny bit off of my NEXT reservation. (As if I’ll trust their judgement ever again) DO NOT TAKE THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU'LL BE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR. they wouldn’t consider giving me a refund. Homeless folk, people who need shelters, and felons just getting out of prison absolutely do need a cheap place to live. However, if that is the case, you CANNOT call it a two star hotel.

Worst place ever. All the pictures showed are from another era. Don't go there. We found a show under a desk. Hair everywhere. Very, very ugly. Smell bad. We will ask for a full refund.

Well. Two good things were the tv channel selection, and the fridge was cold. All furnishings/ bathroom is from early 90's tag sale. Slept in my clothes and did not shower- no thank you. Never again.

The location is good for activities in the area, though a little confusing to find as it is off the main road. All the roads are separated by a cement median, so if you miss it, you must travel down the road, make a U-turn, pass it by to make another U-turn. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The room hadn't been vacuumed or thoroughly cleaned which is not ok. There were bugs and dirt on the bathroom floor and and the bedroom floor was similarly dirty. Worse, the mini blinds were broken in the bedroom and sections were missing in the bedroom, violating basic privacy. For the cost, this is unacceptable.

Subpar property.

Way over priced for what it was. And it was disgusting . I’ve stayed in hostels in south america that were better than this place. Rust all over bathroom. Broken blinds. Punched holes in doors. Strange splatter stains on the walls. Bugs in the ceiling light. Hair on the towels. Carpet was all coming up and has a spot where felt like it would fall through. The key cards kept needing to be replaced. Looked like mold. Lucky saw no signs of bed bugs which was only reason we stayed the night. If you have no other option and very low standards maybe consider it but otherwise run for the hills.

The rooms are in very bad condition, it was a bad experience. The staff tried to help but what could they do, the problem is the place itself. I wouldn’t stay there for free.

Shower did not work. The door knob fell off, so I had trouble getting out sat on the bed went to the floor as all hell.

It was ok just for one night easy walk to bus station to get back to Airport.

I do not recommend staying here! The first room I was given was super unclean and even had blood stains on the walls and on the carpet. Not to mention the area just had a bad vibe and lots of creepy people. The staff was okay but seemed to not care about the blood stains. The bed and towel were also super dirty

It was nice to have many TV channels, the bed was good, and I liked the floor. I liked the shower as well. I think the quality of the bathrooms can improve. The seats seems dirty. But overall it is a good place to stay in Framingham. Thank you

A place to swing by for a night.

Property need a major update both inside and out. You could drive by the property without noticing it. It was very dark and the property was not illuminated safely.

The TV had no signal and worse, the heating system kept going on and off what seemed like every 5 minutes and significantly interrupted my sleep so much so that I was exhausted by sunrise. Could not wait to get out of room 127. I do not recommend this hotel - spend more and get meaningful rest.

Staff was awful and very rude. Our room was so dirty, like it hadn’t been cleaned ever. Burn holes in the bedding and stains all over the carpet. The man was rude when I checked in. Told me I had to pay upfront and then did not give me a receipt when I paid in cash until I asked him to. We did not stay we cancelled our reservation and the girl up front said we could look at another room but we declined because it just was so gross there and she was very rude and not apologetic at all. They denied us a refund even though we were there for maybe 30 minutes. Ridiculous

Is good for motel nothing fancy

I haven’t looked up “roach motel” in the dictionary, but this place would meet the definition in my mind. Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) is outdated. If we were staying more than one night and/or the general neighborhood wasn’t built up and safe feeling, we would not have stayed. Specifically, mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable, bathroom was tiny and cramped, heater was loud (but effective), and the towels were white sandpaper. Check-in was easy except for waiting some 15 minutes for a staff member to actually come to the front desk. This property makes booking through Orbitz embarrassing and risky.

The price paid is definitely not worth it

A good place to catch some sleep before heading home after a concert in Boston.
