Took 15 mins before anyone showed up at the front desk so I could check in. The room smelled bad, tub shower was dirty. I checked back out that day I couldn’t sleep there.

My hotel room was terrible the towels were dirty and there were no tissues to be found and no trash can in my room. It was the worst place l have ever stayed. I expect a total refund.

I am very sorry to say that I was not at all pleased with my stay at this particular Red Roof Inn. The front desk agent had zero customer service skills and almost seemed annoyed that she actually had to do some work for my check-in. And then, there was the room. It was convenient to go to our car from it, since we were able to park right outside our door. But, the room itself was disgraceful. First, there was mold everywhere. The worst being outside and above the bathroom door. Inside the bathroom, there was peeling paint and more mold. But, that wasn't even the worst of it. The worst was all the cockroaches running around the room. They were EVERYWHERE! And, I do mean everywhere. Along the walls, on the bathroom sink, all along the floor. I even had several running along the desk while I was trying to do some computer work. It was disgusting! Honestly, if I wasn't so exhausted after such a long drive and had another option of a place to stay, I would have checked out right there and then. The only place they didn't seem to be was on top of the bed. I had to shake out my clothes and sneakers and check my luggage to make sure we weren't taking any uninvited guests with us when we left. Thankfully, we planned on only being there for that one night. Needless to say, we are never going back there ever again. I would rather sleep in my car then to go through that ordeal again. The only good thing I can say about the property, was that it was quiet. Sad, really!

Killed two roaches. I didn't unpack anything and kept suitcase zipped. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Mold on walls in bathroom, chunks of paint falling off ceiling. Phone did not work, no WiFi. Dirty towels, no wash cloths. Dirt and dust on every flat surface. Pillows hard and this was the second room we were given after checking in at 5:00. At least we didn’t have the cockroaches like another guest had. The most disgusting place and unresponsive to addressing our needs.

They cancelled my reservation through Hotels.com, so I hope I was not charged. They charged me $50.00 more to stay here. The bathtub was disgusting, the shower curtain had mold. Only one bath towel and one wash cloth in the room, this was for two people. I will never stay here again!

When we first arrived to our room it was like there was still someone staying there. Both beds were all messed up pizza boxes and trash on counters and floor it was horrendous. Then went to tell front staff and never got any kind of apology but he did get us a clean room. Then upon check out the woman comes out at 10 am after I rang the bell like she was sleeping in the back and said to just leave the key. So I left and immediately went back in and asked to make sure I was checked out so I won't be charged another night. She just waved me away and said yes yes you will be checked out while rubbing her eyes and yawning like I was disturbing her. Will never ever stay here with my husband and 2 kids again. Also there is all sorts of furniture out on the decks making it impossible to carry suitcases and children to your room beer cans in the bushes and all over the place outside.

The rooms are infested with cockroaches. Do not stay here.
