Very scammy, has all types of regulations that they do not share when booking. Then they constantly are trying to get you to buy in on timeshares. I would avoid.

Could not get early check-in. Nice area and just across to the beach. Friendly stuffs and clean room. Everything is great except after checking-in. We were told to go to another desk where we got our bracelet key card who also tried to schedule us for what I believe is for timeshare sales. If the lady wasn’t nice I would have left right away. We lost a good 15 minutes or so from that talk. Seems like it’s a timeshare place and not a hotel with the feel of a hotel. I still would recommend the place. I just hope they give an option of skipping going to the next desk for sales.

5 times. Thats how many times they called and wanted me to do their 90 min "tour' to sell timeshares. No means no. I've been going for 12 years now and the place is starting to get dated.

We loved that we could walk across the street to the Oceanside Pier, so much dining and night life options. The family loved the crafts, kids enjoyed making candy sushi. All around the 2 bedroom room was fully stocked, the hotel and property was great!! Would def recommend and stay again.

Loved the size of the rooms, views and staff. The key bands are innovative. There was no maid service, that's an issue to me. I am on vacation and want to return to a clean room. Need a Keuig or individual cup coffee maker.

Overall great stay, close to beach, close walk to shopping and markets and restaurants. Oceanside a great little town. Complained about heavy marijuana smell coming from room directly across the previous evening( aug 24) , the man at front desk the next morning did not seem to care. Only said we should of complained the previous evening, however we were concerned for our safety if we made a complaint. We never had a follow up from hotel management.

Hotel is great. Super close to the beach. Staff are very friendly. My only complaint is that last year parking was free. This year it was $40 a night. So that was an unexpected expense. Otherwise everything was great!

Club Wyndham hotel canceled my room hours before check in. I had arrived to the hotel area when I received an email that they canceled my room and didn’t give me an explanation on to why. I went to the front deck and they didn’t want to give me an explanation on to why they canceled when my room was payed for weeks in advance to my arrival. Horrible experience having to find another hotel to stay at that would fit us.

I rated my stay terrible because I didn't even get to stay there. My reservation was not found upon arrival. I showed my receipt, my confirmation email and they were not able to find my reservation. The lady who was looking for the reservation told me that the only thing for me to do is figure it out with hotels.com. A rep from hotels.com spoke to the manager about my reservation and they said sorry for the mishap but they're overbooked and unable to get a room for me. The hotels.com rep was so helpful in finding another place with similar accommodation, I was on the phone for over an hour while they looked for and booked me a room elsewhere.

The staff was the friendliest staff that I have ever encountered traveling. All were just a joy, the valet, front desk, housekeepers and maintenance were kind and genuine. I was amazed with the service. Thank you to this great team to make our stay memorable.

The staff that worked at the hotel were wonderful.. The 2nd part of the check-in was terrible. I do not want to go to a breakfast for 3 hours to be pressured to buy a time share. It took 10 minutes before they would stop talking and give us our room keys. It is very annoying and makes the hotel less appealing

Great location. Polite staff, but there was some pressure to attend lecture on the time share. They even tried to run a credit check on me which I assume was associated with the time share without my knowledge. It might have been in the fine print somewhere.

Property was nice with the experience that since is a resort it was a little pressure to attend to 90 minute meeting and parking was the worst they wanted to charge additional $40.00 per day for parking and it was a public parking that was only $5.00 but you have to renew the parking at 12:00 midnight very inconvenience

Convenient to shopping restaurants the pier and beach. Room was clean and having the kitchenette is nice. We've stayed here multiple times now and thid is the first time we've had some issues. They now charge for parking $20 a day for general or 40 a day for valet. We arrived at 3:45, told our room wasnt ready thats fine since check in isnt until 4pm, well our room didnt end up being ready until 5:35pm, wouldnt have been bad if they didnt keep telling us soon, if they said 90min we wouldve went for a walk, shopping something instead we sat in the busy lobby with our kids waiting. Then you HAVE to go over to the timeshare area to receive your keys, we politely asked if we can talk to them later after we get the family into our room since we had been waiting, they said to just give them our CC to put on file and we can talk latter, NO, we just want our keys to the room and we will talk later, ended up another 30min to get our keys. Very nice hotel, room and location but the hassle of waiting for our room and then the pushy rude BS of the timeshare isnt ok, we may have to stay elsewhere next time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Pier Oceanside. The king bed room was huge, practical, and well furnished. We loved the kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit, the balcony with chairs, table, and a view in the ocean and sunset. The access to the pool, sauna, and spa is very nice as well. We hoped that kids under 14 were not allowed in the spa as it makes it difficult to access for adults. The staff was wonderful, fun, smiling, and generous every day. The rooms are super quiet, and the spa in the room was a MAJOR plus. Bed extremely comfortable, and everything is clean at all times Pleased: the 333 Pacific restaurant is pricey but amazing and in the hotel. The access to the beach cannot be beaten. We surfed everyday and had a blast. We will definitely be back!

I LOVE THAT THIS RESORT WAS PEACEFUL AND TRANQUIL....PACIFIC333 WAS THE HIGHLIGHT!!! MAKE SURE YOU TRY THE SALMON,IT WAS PERFECTLY COOKED. ALSO,THE CLEANLINESS OF THIS RESORT IS TOP TIER AT IT'S BEST!!!...I CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN...I APPROVE,I RECOMMEND,AND IF YOU DO NOT BOOK A STAY AT OCEANSIDE PIER CLUB WYNDHAM...I WILL,AND I WILL WRITE ANOTHER EXCITING AN TRUTHFUL REVIEW SO THAT YOU ARE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE MISSING!!!
