i had a terrible experience the bed was hard and uncomfortable. the employee at the front desk when I checked in was very hard to understand due to her accent. I'm sure she can't help it but how many other guests have a hard time to understand what she says.

The hotel inside and casino were wonderful and we enjoyed our limited stay. However, the area around the casino is still under construction and alternative restaurants and other amenities are about 10 minute away from the area. The staff was wonderful and check in/check out was fast and appropriate. However, we found that our room was not cleaned properly - ie shower had long strands of blond hair on the wall and dirty towels were found shoved into one of the cupboards. This leaves us to wonder if the rest of the room was cleaned. When bringing this to the attention of the staff, they only offered to change room vs any other compensation for the inconvenience. Saying all of the above, we would still likely stay here again if we are traveling this way again.

Hotel was priced very well, bed and pillows extremely comfortable, rooms was impeccably clean, the property was in good condition. It was only a couple of minutes to Lost Island Amusement park and convenient to expressway. Casino was also well kept, food at the bar was good. I will stay here again.

I was extremely disappointed about the options for eating sunday night. Pizza place sign says closed with the hours Thursday thru Sunday 5 to 9, but it was closed. Come to find out, they are only open friday and Saturday. 2nd issue, no breakfast options monday morning? Everything closed, including snack bar! Love the rooms and large bathrooms and really love the big shower room!

This stay was a disaster. Started with checking in and the staff member had absolutely no customer service tact and absolutely no knowledge of the property. She didn’t know what EV charging was let alone if there was any in the property. We weren’t made aware that our room wouldn’t be cleaned and receive clean towels and plastic cups after first night stay. When we called to inquire after being gone all day we were talked down to and treated as if we were being a pain. We travel a lot and have never experienced this level of low class treatment. The room was dirty and the bathtub was filthy. We had a high pitched motor sound coming from the air conditioning unit that was extremely annoying. There wasn’t any bottled water to be found. No coffee pots in room. The man working in the coffee shop was very unfriendly and the fact that there were absolutely zero gluten free options and no milk alternatives was another big disappointment. Our room for 2 nights was charged to my card in the amount of $525 and that was a lot more than what I booked it for. We will never be back to this property. We are completely sick that we wasted over $500 on a poor experience.

The room was nice, clean, comfortable. Very large. The bathroom was extremely large. Almost too large for one person. I have to say that I thought things would be open more hours in a casino. They closed things up pretty early at night and the coffee bar was not yet open in the morning when I had to leave.

The Isle Hotel was great. The room was very spacious and bed very comfortable. The only suggestion would be replace the shower heads. We had 3 rooms and they were all the same. Could not change the head and it was like just a mist coming out. Pressure was fine but there was no way to change it.

Check in was fast and easy. The room has been newly remodel and it was beautiful. Bathroom was very clean and big! I also like the idea that you need to use your room key to access the elevators. Great security measure. Bed and pillows were great. And view was awesome too.

King room on the 5th floor, Must not have been a remodeled room. No coffee makers in the rooms? Had to wait till 8:00 to get a cup of coffee. For an early riser, not a good situation.No microwave in the room. No facial bar soap in bathroom. Found a sharp piece of plastic on the carpet. Maybe they don't vaccuum every room cleaning.Wasn't horrible, but we expected better. Did not use the pool, so no review on that. Looked nice, though.
