The property was extremely clean. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. The pillows were labeled firm and soft. We had plenty of linens as well.

The front staff & maids are great. Sleep is hard with slamming metal doors that shake the walls. No blow dryer in the bathroom, that I was counting on. No condiments with the coffee. The kitchenette is amazing. Fully stocked with all appliances. For just being fully renovated, they really should do something about the doors.

Newly renovated, finishing up small projects while we stayed. Everything is new and fresh. No covered entry for drop off. If it’s raining, you’re making a run for it with your luggage from your parked car. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a one bedroom suite that is handicap accessible. Couch pulled out to a bed, everything we needed to make up the bed was in the closet. Since the a/c unit was in the main room, the bedroom got a little warm at night because we shut the door to bedroom. There is a fan in the bedroom that helped. My biggest complaint for the bathroom is there is no counter or shelves. It is a sink on the wall and a toilet and a shower. No place for your dap kit.

I’m sure any other time it would have been quiet within the hallways of the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is currently under a remodel / construction transition. The carpet installers worked outside of my hotel until 9PM. You could hear consist banging from their knee kickers hitting the baseboard areas of the walls. Maybe it’s just me, but it might have nicer to stop 6pm.

I made our reservation over a week ago, I put into the notes we have a service dog. Upon arriving at the hotel I was told they would not accept our reservation because we had a dog, and all their pet rooms were booked.

My stay was quiet and comfortable. I would rate this one higher but they are in the middle of remodeling (about half way complete it seemed) and there was some typical construction debris but still as clean and tidy as they could keep it. But my room was complete and updated which was nice.

It’s under reconstruction and lobby and hallways were a mess it’s Gym equipment in lobby all dusted over. As I checked in a bowl of apples was at the front desk with swarms of gnats. I couldn’t believe it and second guessed my thoughts on staying there. On the other hand the rooms were very nice and roomy.

Booked this hotel to get relief from recent tornadoes. Hotels.com listed this hotel as pet friendly, but when i checked in, they told me they were out of pet rooms. The hotel was clearly being renovated with bare concrefe floors and missing drywall. They blamed hotels.com for not displaying their pet status correctly and then told me they couldnt refund me and i would have to deal with hotels.com directly.

Construction in lobby area set off smoke alarm two nights in a row at 1am. Was not walking distance to university (advertised as very close) and was situated in series of strip malls, along busy roadway. Room itself was clean.

I've stayed at this property in the past, and was very satisfied. Recently, this hotel has had complete refurbishment of all the rooms, including bedding, flooring, and fixtures. They are currently finishing the public areas, but this did not impact my stay at all. It was quiet, and kept clean for guest traffic. Very comfortable, and a great value.

I've stayed there many times and will again in 2 weeks. I like its location and the size of a King Suite. They're doing some renovations so there wasn't carpet in some spots but the room was clean and fresh.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Booked and prepaid for room through Expedia. Drove over 8 hours and upon arrival at 11:30pm, they did not have our reservation. Offered a room with a king bed for 3 people (but we would have to pay for the room). When asked how 2 adults and a teenager were going to fit in a king bed, was offered a rollaway for an additional $10 per night. We left.

This is a wonderful property! They have completely remodeled all the rooms! Floor 1 is still being finished but other than that the beds are super comfy, the kitchens are new and all flooring and bathroom remodeled! I highly recommend staying here! The staff was wonderful as well:)

The hotel was going through a renovation of the bottom floors so there was construction happening. Our room had been renovated and was very nice. I imagine that once the entire hotel is renovated it will be even nicer and won’t smell like fresh paint.
