Friendly and helpful staff, large parking lot, nice lobby with a bar and restaurant. Gym is lackluster and indoor pool is ok however rooms are nice,clean and beds are comfortable,would definitely recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff was courteous and polite. Hotel was clean both in the common areas and the room. Bottled water upon arrival was great. Bed was comfy and room was a good size. Absolutely no complaints and will definitely stay again.

Good indoor pool and outdoor patio for cocktails, very service oriented staff, lovely large room with sofa, desk and desk chair two tables for working or eating, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, good dinner and breakfast selections, and bar. plentiful parking. Close to I95

1. Room was clean and quiet, 2. Would have preferred a toilet seat with a cover; so items do not fall into the toilet bowl, 3. Poor policing of room noise; children were yelling late at night in hallway;

We checked in...staff was very friendly...room was great. However....the toilet didn't work/flush so we had to be moved to another room. I felt the hotel should have at least offered an upgrade, free dinner or at least something off the night's stay..since we had already checked in, unpacked and had to then move all our belongings to another room. Other than that..the stay was great.

Good location but the room had a moldy and musty smell. I couldn’t sleep because the smell was so bad.

Overall the property is kind a new and clean. But i Requested to check on the parking dog next-door who wasn’t letting me sleep. The front desk said they cannot do anything about it.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Rocky Mount Friday, August 2 until Sunday, August 4th. My key cards did not work during my stay. On Friday, I took all of my stuff to my room (608) and my key card did not work. It was flashing red and green. Then I had to go back to the lobby and tell them what happend. They gave me 2 more key cards. I go back up stairs and the key cards still do not work. I go back down to the lobby and tell them the key cards are not working. One of the front desk people (very nice lady) goes with me back up to the door. She tried my keys to make sure the keys were not working. They were not working. She used her master key and was able to get me in. She stated that the deadbolt was having an issue and to push it in and out several times and it will unlock the door.. It did open the door immediately after doing the deadbolt several times and then going directly into the the room. Jiggling the deadbolt and then leaving will not work. I had to get another person to let me in my room later that night. Saturday morning I had a bike ride so I was taking my stuff out to my car. I had to be there at the start at a certain time so I was pressed for time. I jiggle the deadbolt 5 times and then take some stuff down to my car. I come back to get my bike and the door will not unlock. I had to go back downstairs to get a person to open my room door. I was very irritated because of the back and forth. The lady stated she would put in a work order for the door, but that did

We were traveling and just needed a place for the night. Hotel was very nice. Everyone was very friendly, hotel was modern and clean, and felt very safe. Definitely recommend.

It was not a pleasant stay. Only redeeming quality is that they were no bedbugs. Cramped room that was poorly designed & lacking in amenities that belonged in hotel of that caliber. Mostly rude staff except the gal who checked us in & the lovely gentleman with whom I spoke after our room wasn't cleaned. Fridge was funky, ac loud, always loud in halls & above us, plus uncomfortable beds, so no one in our party slept well. Also, somehow the hand lotion is more water than lotion

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant associated with hotel was poor. Food served cold and tasteless. Service was less than par.

The hotel seems new. It’s in great shape. The room is so clean and nice! So is the lobby, and it has free ice-cold cucumber-flavored water and hot coffee. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and checked us in quickly. She even asked us what floor we wanted to be on. :) Thank you! :)
