They had a hot tub in the past. Obviously it had problems. Rather than fixing the hot tub, they filled it in and tiles over it. Very disappointed. Won't be staying here again

We had a great stay! Breakfast was great and the gentleman working the breakfast area was very kind and friendly. There were some dirty socks and trash under the bed when we got there and the beds were very uncomfortable.

This hotel blew me away! From the moment you walk thru the front door, you can feel the luxury of it. For the price we paid, I was definitely not expecting it to be so nice. The lobby is very inviting and so clean and well maintained. The front desk assistant was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very big! We had two bikes with us and they fit perfectly into a corner. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, with plenty of hot water and water pressure! We will for sure stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They remembered each guest by name when ever they saw us. The only problem was a shower head that spewed water and was fixed as soon as they found out. We would stay there again.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Front desk staff is always amazing. This trip was not as amazing as usual. I feel like being a hotel so close to a major music venue they should take into consideration that a large amount of people on major concert nights Are staying at the hotel for sold out concerts right down the road and I was not thrilled to wake up at 7 AM to housekeeping, vacuuming and cleaning the room next-door when we did not get out of the venue parking lot until midnight the previous night. We had every intention of sleeping in before driving five hours back home but instead we were out of the hotel by 7:30. Headed back home to our unfortunate housekeeping wake up call.

We were called Thursday so see if we couod change our room due to not having enough of that type. No biggie. When we arrived Friday we called down and asked for a couple extra blankets and pillows. They daid they'd have to call the manger. Odd, but we got what we needed. Saturday my family went down to breakfast, I went to meet them and couldn't find them. They were stuck in the elevator. Luckiky my husband took his phone as the emergency call button didn't work, no front desk line, so he called the 800 number/reservations and they transferred him. The gal had no sense of urgency and told him, yeah, thats been happening and when he said he'd talk to the manager about it, she said, oh he knows. Do better.

Stayed at this property a few time in the last many years and never had any big complaints. Good breakfast, great staff interactions, and nice location near the amphitheater and shopping with dining. Our room this time had loose wires hanging out from the HVAC and a bit of a smell like food when we came in after check in. The rest was fine.

Great location near to a shopping center with several big name stores, restaurants and movie theater! We felt safe, it was quiet and a short drive to the amphitheater if you are going to a concert! Driving to the SLC airport from the hotel was a breeze! Only thing I didn’t love was the pillows, way too soft.

Love staying at this hotel when visiting Salt Lake. Staff is always very friendly, rooms are always clean, and we really enjoy the breakfast options. The only "negative" would be the pillows. Not very comfortable, but that can be easily fixed by bringing my own.

Great place to stay, it's located directly across from a huge outdoor shoping center. Breakfast was great, had a variety for items to choose from and even had almond milk for lactose intolerance people. Would have gave it 5 stars but the beds were terrible, super squeaky, and uncomfortable. The pillows were nice though.

There was a loud vibration noise going on and off all night. Called the front desk, someone came and checked, thought it could be the air conditioner. They need that looked at ASAP. this wasn't the air conditioning
