My wife has allergies, we asked for an allergy friendly room, we were told they don’t have them. It worked out okay, while I support pet friendly accommodations they need to remember there are those who have allergies.

It was my daughter’s 16th birthday and she wanted to stay at a nice hotel with indoor pool. Well me and my older son got to the pool before my wife and my daughter and her 2 other friends. We had rented 2 rooms. My son was already in the pool against the deep in and the girls just got in when he moved away from the wall and the pool light fell out and was floating in the pool with the wires. I told them all to get out ASAP and called the front desk. To me it sounded like this has happened before. They shut the pool down. Then later that night I went to ask what time breakfast started and why they only was doing continental. I was told that the oven went out and the are expensive and they had to find one. So not to happy with this trip.

Good: The hotel staff were nice and professional. Bad 1. The room keys never worked! The front desk made them over again, with no improvement. Hotel staff had to let us in every time. 2. The accessible room was not accessible. The bed was too high and the toilet was too low. 3. The breakfast was terrible. The hot offerings were few and not very good. There was no warm bread, and the toaster didn't even work. Overall We generally like Hampton Inn, but the issues with our stay will likely make us skip this location in the future.

The king bed was extremely comfortable and made for a great night sleep!

Super clean and spacious room and bathroom. The location is convenient with every fast food and retail store within minutes and it’s just off the highway. The indoor pool was a bit too chilly even for mid-summer but it was very clean.

Room was beautiful kept. I would love to have the bath room in my house. Only problem Ivan short so mirror was too high. But what woman wouldn’t like a mirror with lighting on all four side when putting on makeup. I hope I can come back some day. I was there for seven nights.

Our room was so nice! Look like it had been remodeled recently or this is a new hotel. The room itself seemed bigger than others we’ve stayed in with the same beds. Breakfast here had lots of great choices (the kids loved the waffle bar)

The property was nice and clean. Service was great.

This was a quick overnight stay for a family member’s graduation. I searched all hotels a settled on this one. What a great choice!! Beautiful, clean, comfortable. I would stay a week! Good price! We had an accessible room because of my mom who was with me. Raised toilet, grab bars all over the bathroom. The only thing they didn’t have was a step in shower. I was told at the desk only king rooms have them. Disappointed. The other thing that bothered me was housekeeping was beating on our door by 10:30 and check out was at 12. I really appreciate a later check out. We were a few minutes early but they greeted us with open arms and let us check in. Looking for another reason to stay there soon!

The hotel was extremely clean and smelled good. When I walked into my room I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was and how fresh it smelled. There were no stains on the carpet and no marks on the walls.

I was really pleased with the new work they have done on the room. They are beautiful decorated and clean. They are currently working on the floor we stayed on. We had a problem with the toilet not wanting to flush and looking like it may overflow. But I biggest problem was when my son and I left the room and came back, we saw one of the workers come out of our room and he left the door opened. That did not make me feel safe and made me feel like just anyone could have walked in our room with our things in there since he left the door opened. It was a very scary thought. Although I appreciate the work they are doing I got really freaked out by what happened.

Very large room with comfortable beds. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great!

We were very pleased with the room, staff, breakfast, cleanliness. But considering cost and our expectations of a fine hotel there were several disappointments. On arrival we were not given any information about the hotel like pool and breakfast hours, TV operation and housekeeping (even after asking for it). We had to ask as each need arose. We were staying 5 days, learning after 4 that there was infor we should have been given and that housekeeping only comes in after 5 days to change linens, empty trash etc. This is not adequate, we had to ask for toilet paper, Kleenex, trash disposal, and additional towels. The new automatic shades did not work properly. Maintenance did their best to help us and instruct us on how to reprogram etc. to let the light in. On day 4 we were told that carpeting was going to be replaced in the hall on our floor and recommended we move to another floor. I'm told this was a planned renovation and wonder why we were put on that floor for a 5 day stay. We appreciated not dealing with the noise/ dust but it was difficult for us to pack up and move after 4 days when we were leaving the next day. When we received our statement I saw that the pet fee was $75. When I was making reservations I saw that it was $50 for the entire stay and based my choice of this hotel on that more reasonable fee. I had also called the hotel directly to clarify that this $50 covered the entire length of our stay. $75 is fee I now have to pay.

Front desk was amazing!

Recently renovated, and the rooms are beautifully appointed. Bathrooms are very bright and attractive; beds are comfortable and the large screen TV is very nice. Although the property is convenient to the interstate highway, it is quiet. Several dining options are almost within walking distance.

Katie was so helpful as my Hotels.com reservation was for the wrong day. Her patience was exceptional.

Usually stay at another hotel a street over, and with prices competitive chose to try Hampton Inn. Have stayed at couple others before and was happy with my stay. Can add this Hampton Inn to the others was satisfied with. Free Breakfast definitely a plus. Will plan on staying here again on my next trip.

We picked this hotel again because we enjoyed our stay there in May 2021. This time we traveled with our kittens & the room was very accommodating with having them with us. Enjoyed breakfast!

It was nice and clean. Slept like a baby.

The only thing we didn't like was the quality of the remodeling job. There was paint on ceiling fan, the bathtub tile job was awful, the bathroom door didn't close, and they kept the old yellowed switch plates in a white bathroom. We appreciated that they had a ceiling fan, the staff was great, and the breakfast was good.
