We always use this hotel when we have to fly out of Malaga airport. It is close to the airport, lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the beach. Our flights are super early in the morning so we can’t have breakfast before we leave, but the hotel arranged for us to have a go away meal which was much appreciated!

It wasnt worth the money we paid.
Almost no service during lunch and dinner time.. we didnt got even water
We asked for late check out - it was possible but we had to pay 20Euros Per one hour
There were not enough sunbeds at swimming pole for all guests
Horribly loud music started at 10 am and finished after mignight
Inma was the only waiter who took care of us in the restaurant
We had to buy bottled water to our room, because it wasnt possible to get one for free, even we had all inclusive.
The receptionist christine was very helpful when we complaint about no service during lunch and dinner time, the boss of waiters in restaurant did nothing when we complaint.
Only 3 lifts were working we had to wait for long time to get upstairs.
It was one of the worst stay in the hotels.

The fitness center is poor with machines that does not work.
Check in on-line and still used 15 minutes to get checked in at reception at arrival. And one of our rooms were late getting ready as previous customer had extended their stay with a few hours. How can they extend the stay if the room is to be ready for us...
At reception Laura was fantastic :-)

Very nice room and breakfast buffet. Would go there again.

This is a cheap hotel that provides all the amenities advertised, without any frills: basic breakfast, basic pool area, basic customer service. The walls are very thin. If this is what you want, it’s fine and the price was good. We liked the area as it is quiet and still within reach of all you need. But it isn’t right in the centre of things.

decaying facility (at least the room we were given)

Everything was great. We stayed only one night but were perfectly satisfied. Took the breakfast, was delicious. If ever in Malaga we will stay here.

We got an upgrade as it was my wife’s birthday, which was appreciated. The Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was ok, but a bit like a canteen, as it was a large hotel. Large amounts of food but not top quality.

- extra bed in junior suite is useless for sleeping
- elevators seems shaky and unsafe
- only 3 outlets in suite. All in the bedroom
- understaffed reception so always long waiting time.
- dispensers for shampoo etc. was not working

What a hotel....
Everything was simply amazing. From the minute we arrived at reception to the time we left all the staff had been respectful and pleasant.
George the barman was brilliant.
Food was excellent , plenty of choice and hot.
Would definitely return.

Good for the price but expected more service, the room wasn't stocked well we didn't have toilet paper and then they will charge if you check in early even though the room was already ready (25 euros). Going as a couple it felt more like a family type resort. It is nicely situated but surprised to find that the sauna and indoor pool is an additional 10 euros cost per person. I've been to other hotels where it is all inclusive.
I would say the massage on site is quite good and a good deal if you use the sauna and pool after it is included in price.
We were hoping for a more romantic getaway and the best bit was the situated next to the beach.
The room itself even though it was only the two of us they gave us a room with 3 beds! 1 double and two single. As feedback, I am surprised they did not just offer us a double bedroom as most of the rooms were unfilled as it was off peak season.
The other nice part was the breakfast included on site. I'm not sure I would want to book the same hotel again unless on a budget.

Just a short getaway to get some sun, fully enjoyed Ibersol hotel friendly staff, comfy beds and very good breakfast

Enjoyed my short break. Property is right on the beach so excellent location. Had a room facing a disused building that got NO sunshine at all. A receptionist told me impossible to change as hotel full that was a downright lie. However another receptionist offered to change the room on the third day but was rather pointless given I was leaving early the next morning.

The staff at this hotel were very good, always a pleasure to deal with.
The balacony was fantastic as was the view, the shower was awesome and the bed really comfy. The TV had UK channels which was also a nice surprise.
The breakfast choice was great and there were plenty of places to sit. The room was kept very tidy and the tables quickly cleaned.
For a four star hotel we were surprised at the tea and coffee options in the room, no cups, 2 teabags (camomile and green), along with two sachets of basic coffee. The bathroom had no “nice” toiletries, just a dispenser on the wall of the shower and two tablets of soap.
Overall a great night at this hotel by the beach that was met let down in a couple areas.

Our overall experience at this hotel was quite satisfactory. The meals, both breakfast and dinner, offered a generous selection, ensuring we never felt limited in our choices. The staff consistently impressed us with their readiness to assist and their pleasant demeanor. A notable advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the beach, coupled with the abundance of parking spaces in the vicinity. However, our stay was slightly marred by the room's size, which appeared more spacious in the photographs, and the thin walls that inadequately insulated sound, making conversations from adjacent rooms disturbingly audible.

This is meant to be a 4 star hotel but then there’s no basics like ironing boards or anything in the room. The phones don’t work and neither did the safe which I told reception and was told someone will fix it the same day but that never happened.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear the other rooms, the noisy housekeeping staff shouting in the hallways, and not to mention the lifts that sound like they’re about to snap.
The bed is comfy, but the sofa bed was full of stains. I got given a £7.50 mini ironing board that didn’t stand up straight and had to pay 20 euros for the pleasure.
The entrance and lobby is beautiful, really well decorated and looks gorgeous, but as soon as you hit the rooms it just goes downhill.

We had a short stay a Ibersol. Everything within the hotel was really nice but the neighbor hotel had a really noisy party and we couldn’t sleep until past midnight.
The hotel itself is really nice though.

Only got a halfway acceptable room after refusing 2 times, even though asked for and booked (‘with sea view’ well in advance. Pool closed from 6pm to 11 am, why no late or early bird swimming in the pool?

Área to improve will be
Elevator too tight ( 2 people face to face)
No extractor in bathroom
Lunch / dinner Buffet charge you 25 per person plus 3 euros per water , cheaper and better quality food by the beach , breakfast excellent

There was no fan in the bathroom, which is very unhygenic and the smell and humidity in the bathroom has nowhere to go but to the kiving room. Have never seen this in any hotel, and this hotel was not cheap at $225 per night. Also there were no tissues in the room or bathroom. Are we supposed to use toilet paper in place of tissues? Ridiculous.

Had a few issues checkin in but they have been solved by Natalia if I remember well her name, decent food a bit boring after 2-3 days, found it quite repetitive, good wifi, decent location, in my humble opinion it is not a 4* more likely a 3*, old furniture in the room, no remote for the ac and proper oldschool one, no iron and ironboard either. Outside pool area gives you the early 2000's vibes. If you plan on sleeping midday forget about it, housekeeping ladies are gossipin bare loud on the corridors. We let her in one day( day 3) and she didnt even bother to change the bed, no dust been done, no hoovering none of that. The only good looking area in that room was the bathroom.
Restaurant staff very friendly always smiling and always polite with a good attitude.
The manager Natalia very proffesional how she handled the situation and how involved was in my case and while waiting I've noticed her helping other customers too.
Would I go again or reccomend?
Most likely not.

Overall it was good. My girlfriend was sick for 4 days after eating fish there. The doctor they called for her was telling us something about alcohol...
Yeah right, four days sick, because of alcohol

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. We absolutely loved the hotel and the area. The hotel is super clean. Breakfast is amazing. Had dinner one night for 25euros each. That was brilliant too. Area is fab. Train stop at the top of the street. Very handy. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back. Thank you.
