Everithing was perfect, except for the soundproofing between the rooms. You can hear absolutely everything that happends in the adjoining rooms. Especially in the bathroom

Our whole stay was amazing. Only the food was a little bit boring, because it was everyday the same and less spanish or local food. All in all our stay was very well and we would come back to Portocolom again!!!

The stay was very average. I will start with the pros first: The location: it is in a very quiet area with the most amazing views of the sea. If you want to venture out, there are a few restaurants and bars near by and cala d'or is a 20 min taxi ride away if you want all the touristy stuff The staff: super friendly staff- they will go out of their way to assist. A lot of space and available sunbeds: there is a lot of space around the resort and the 6th floor. Lots of places to tan! Sauna and steam room: lovely little assets to the hotel Cons: Food and drinks: very repetitive and quite salty. Cocktails were quite sweet for our liking as were the juices. Air con: the air conditioning was not the best around the hotel especially in our room. Rooms: quite dated and the rooms occasionally had a smell Towels: as an all inclusive resort, I would have assumed that the towels would be all inclusive, but we had to put a deposit per person as well as €2.50 per day to use them. All in all, it was an average stay, however 2 out of the 4 days we were there we went out in the evening for dinner and went out once for lunch. If you like just chilling by the pool from morning till sunset this place is for you, however i think as a couple, we needed a little more adventure and things to do.

Absolutely amazing. I rented a car and drove all over Mallorca. This was by far my favorite location and hotel stay. Amazing property to stay at and enjoy the view, also many beautiful beaches nearby.

The best thing about the property were the staff, they were very helpful, friendly and had a good sense of humour. The property itself was nice, especially the bathing areas which were on different levels, therefore giving more privacy. The bedrooms were kept clean and were comfortable. My only complaint about the rooms were there were no nets on the window and as my room faced the front and was on the first floor I had to keep my curtains drawn during the day when I was in the room as there was no privacy. So they need to have nets on all the window. I have never stayed in an hotel without nets on the windows.

Loved the swimming pool with lanes, the staff really friendly and happy to help with directions plus the ease of check in and check out. We arrived in middle of lunch and they took our bags gave us bands so we didn’t miss lunch! Very thoughtful!

We have just arrived back after 6 days at this hotel and I just had to leave a review to say how good it was. It's located in between Portocolom, a little harbour with really nice restaurants all along the front, and Cala Marcal, a beautiful beach with a few more restaurants, bars and cafes dotted around. It's not a place with a lot of nightlife, but if you want stunning scenery and lots of good food and drink, it's perfect. The hotel itself has the most amazing views. You can see the lighthouse at Portocolom and then just the calm, blue ocean. The staff at Cape Colom are so friendly and helpful, they speak lots of languages, so all the guests can communicate with them easily. They can't do enough for you. The food was excellent, buffet style and there was always lots of choice. The breakfast in particular was amazing, with fresh omelettes, pancakes, fruit, pastries, meat, eggs, toast, bread etc. The grounds of the hotel are gorgeous. You can choose to sunbathe around the pools, on the rocks overlooking the sea, or under the shade of the beautiful trees. There's always lots of sunbeds and umbrellas available, and the place never feels busy. The rooms are quite basic, but they're spotless and the aircon was a welcome touch! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I loved everything about it, and would go back in a heartbeat.

The hotel was beautifully located. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Not lavish but rated as 3 star so exactly as one would expect. The staff, however, were delightful. Constantly smiling, extremely helpful and worked so hard. The food was plentiful and good quality and the all inclusive drinks flowed as fast as anybody could ask for. All in all, an excellent value for money stay and, as long as you're not expecting 5* accommodation in a 3* hotel, you should be delighted. 5*s to the staff, though.

We ended up having an amazing stay. On checking in we were informed our room was no longer availalble due to a leak and there were no more rooms. They put us in their sister hotel which was pretty bad, so we ended up getting to come back the next day. They upgraded our room to the BEST room possible - which really was stunning. Wow, the view! The hotel is really well located right on a cliff (where you can even dive from if you are brave!) with ocean access into the cove. Just stunning. They also upgraded us to all-inclusive which was super nice to have. They have some great activities at night if you want to participate. The gym is on the top floor overlooking the ocean, although it needs maintenance badly as many machines are broken - but, still nice to have. Sauna is great! The staff is SUPER friendly and nice. The food was also really good, which honestly is hard to do for all-inclusive pieces. We were very impressed. We did not purchase the wifi because it is 15 Euro and we heard the speed was poor. I think it should be free as this is common among almost all hotels now. We just used a HotSpot on our phone, but hey - if you are on a real holiday maybe you dont want internet anyway ;)

Situated on top of the rocks, for my taste great location. Best part, adults only hotel made our experience even better. They could keep the terrace floor a bit cleaner but not a big deal. All in all very pleased with the hotel, staff and food.

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was the worst hotel we stayed in. We got put in a room on the first floor just a flight of stairs around from the reception. As soon as the evening approached, we could hear very loud live music playing from the lobby, and when I asked the lobby when the show was going to stop as it's too loud that we couldn't sleep with the noise, the receptionist told us until midnight and shrugged his shoulders said nothing could be done about it. Totally not apologetic for the guests who need to put up with the noise, which lasted both nights during our stay. Awful! Breakfast otherwise was okay, enough variety but wouldn't say it was great.

Great place, I'd give it more than 3 stars, easily a 4 stars hotel standard. Evening entertainment was lovely, even for a young couple. Great music and wine. Good selection of food for breakfast, but dinners in my opinion were the best. Great quality for the little price, good selection, even for vegans. Very very pleased. One of the waiters, Dima, made our meals really pleasurable. He made sure we felt like home and represented the hotel with the best service. Great job. Special thanks also to Antonia who solved a little issue we had with the payment in a timely and pleasant manner.

Amazing quiet place, perfect for couples. Fantastic room with a terrace and great facilities. Food ok, but can get repetitive and menu not always reflective of what is on offer. Local area beautiful and unspoilt by noisy tourism. We never were disturbed and slept extremely well. Hotel is a little dated, but would require only small changes to bring it up to an exceptional standard. A rule or policy notice on the sauna and whether it is acceptable for nudity would be appropriate, as was rather a shock to be faced with naked bodies when it was not expected!

Rooms at front are small with a tiny balcony chair could only fit sideways .... bed and bed linen good as was the towels . Very clean . Could do with another pool and more staff at the bar . Use of a bedroom for changing due to late departure would be preferable to using shower room in main foyer. Hotel transport to and from airport would be ideal instead of coach transfer which are 2hrs plus

Good experience overall. Location of hotel is fantastic, it is in a quiet area with excellent views and bus stop directly outside. Super management and good services. We were upgraded to sea view rooms. Activity manager was lovely with regular activities throughout the day. Quality of food was okay with a range of food served. The hotel is a fantastic place to relax and unwind.

Amazing hotel clean and tidy stunning views staff are incredible and do everything they can to help you and very welcoming! we have stayed here a few times and the resteraunt manager recognised us and sent a bottle of champagne to our room. Bar staff also brilliant! Already making plans to stay again!
