The property offers great value for the accomodations. However, we did not know that was not a bathroom on the main floor and we had someone with limited mobility.

Though many reviews shared noise complaints, we had zero issues and our room was situated next to the building undergoing construction. We were typically indoors between 7pm-9am. We visit AB annually for hiking and this is definitely one of our favourite places we’ve stayed so far! Love the outdoor hot tub. It was also great to have the option of cooking our own meals! The lower water pressure in the toilets simply requires you to hold down the flusher longer. Nice walking trails by the creek with the dogs loved. Will stay here again!

Fabulous condo resort! I booked a 2 story, 2 bedroom condo. On arrival, the check-in lady told us there were none, not just for rent, nowhere on the property. I showed her several after she became indignant. Later she admitted she had no Idea and had been there only three weeks. I did not get a two story, two bedroom! Good thing I wasn't traveling with family or friends!! The unit we got was sufficient, although not what we booked.

I will say that this property is well placed in a quiet are close to Canmore but away from the traffic which is great. However the condo we were in was a different story, the carpet nails were sticking out and scratched my mother’s foot. This was very dangerous since we have 2 toddlers walking around, I had to hit the nail down. The wall plugs upstairs didn’t work on our 3rd day which made it an awful sleep since my children use the sound machine and it stopped in the middle of the night. My father couldn’t use his CPAP machine due to that and we also checked the breaker and everything was on. This was very inconvenient but it also felt like they wanted us to leave.

No toilet paper-like none! Bath tub was dirty. No sheets on the second bed. One pillow case had obviously been used by a previous guest and not changed. Dirty towels in the room. Roll up blind on door did not roll up. Bed side lamp broken. We thought it was some kind of prank.

Our stay was lovely! We actually showed up right as something happened outside of the building's control, and left the building without electricity for the better part of the first day of our stay. Staff were quick to help get us settled in regardless, and helped with any questions we had, offering plenty of solutions and somehow were incredibly prepared for the situation.

The AC didn’t work 2 out of the four days. The air filter also needed replacement. No one came to look at the AC but it was a long weekend. The room was spacious and its only a 5 minute drive into Canmore, which we enjoyed more than Banff. Overall the area is very picturesque with mountains everywhere. We had two bedrooms with queen and king which worked out well for 2 adults and three small kids. Alberta’s Rocky Mountains are an amazing experience.

The property itself is pretty. The view where we were was suboptimal. Beds were hard. If you need extra bedding be sure to ask right away, because when we needed it, the had none. This also has a helicopter/plane rental nearby, so be warned the helicopters can be quite loud.

Clean, modern and spacious accommodation, the front desk rep was courteous and nice, instructions for operating the garage, lock etc were pretty detailed and clear. One of the hand rails in the hallway next to the level 2 elevators in building 4 were broken that need to be fixed but overall the place was nice. 5 stars from me and would recommend to anyone looking for stays in/around Canmore…

Front reception opening times could be better for bwtter communication, but that was also covered up by the detailed instruction email. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Overall, the experience was great, will come back to this location when visiting Banff again

Beautiful area and wonderful room but it was full of mosquitos. We were not made aware of the problem nor were we given any bug repellent. Hotel didn’t seem to be too concerned about the problem - didn’t offer any help with the issue

We had a late checkin and the staff called us to send an email with all the details we need to checkin ourselves such as entrance access code and all that. The rooms were comfy. We used the kitchen and living room for having breakfasts and dinner. The location is close to the highway but far enough to cut the noise.

We are repeat customers at Copperstone for a reason - the sites are clean and beautiful and have AC. Good parking. The front desk staff have always been great each year. We have always liked the other families we have met onsite. Staying just outside Canmore is convenient - we have to jump in our truck to get to trail heads anyways.

Nice location. The units are nice and clean, well equipped, although a bit dated. We enjoyed our stay. Parking is easy. We did not utilize the facilities. There is a husky diner across the street with a diner restaurant.

No one was available to answer questions, there was broken couch in leaving room when we checked in so I called them to inform and they did nothing during our stay. They didn’t even call back. The property was like a maze for us first timers. The lady at front desk was also not familiar with the property.

This is a place highly recommended if you are travelling to Banff area... we arrived to the place late and was given instructions by email and the place felt like home. Hope next time we can stay longer and enjoy the amenities they had to offer but had an itinerary Looking forward to come back with more family and friends

Good experience. The place was large enough for our whole family and had all the kitchen amenities. The outside fire place was not functioning, which was a disappointment but over all a good stay. The location is right off the highway . Unfortunately, there are no grocery stores or restaurants close by ( except for the gas station around the corner ), so we had to drive to Canmore for food and supplies.

We loved our stay at Copperstone Resort. The place was very clean and there was an indoor garage. The kitchen had nice & new appliances and had everything we needed - plates, utensils, pans, chopping boards, etc. We had a laundry room with washer & dryer, but no detergent so we just had to buy. There were 3 bedroooms, which was really perfect for our family of 5.
