We loved this place, everyone was amazing, the location couldnt be better! Really the best place to stay

It was a great stay! The staff was very friendly and offered outstanding service. The two rooms were comfortable and nice. Very well recommended and in future trips will book here !

Great location, unique hotel. Very friendly staff. The architecture was beautiful.
Was always greeted with a smile.
Great shower, bed and food!

Staff seemed friendly and was helpful but worth noting communication is in Spanish only (no English for tourists like us). Good value and great area but worth noting there is no AC and we didn’t notice a heater either (we stayed in September and still felt a bit warm with the window open and fan on). Could be an issue travelling in the summer or winter.

Unique experience to visit Querétaro and enjoy La Grupa with a great view of the city and live music.

The hotel is close to everything, beds are comfortable, the terrace has an amazing view, food is very good, the included breakfast is delicious, but the best of all is the people there, they are helpful, friendly and welcoming. I strongly recommend this Hotel.

Lovely, small hotel with an amazing breakfast. Rooftop for dining with great views, made it special.

The staff was exceptional, very helpful and gracious. The rooftop restaurant was a pleasant surprise.

This was my first time staying here and I will be returning. The staff is professional and extremely customer service oriented. Any problem you might have they address in a way that lets you know your comfort is their goal. The Terrace restaurant has noit only fabulous views of the surrounding area but the food is great as well. I tried out the Spa and ended up getting another longer massage the following day.

The staff at Aspeytia is top notch. Friendly and gracious. Loved the noise cancelling doors in the hotel rooms. The aromatherapy diffusers were a wonderful touch. The hotel was really clean and the beds were super comfy. It's in the heart of downtown, but off the busy street, so noise was not a problem. Rooftop view is a can't miss, and the food is pretty good. Hot showers and coffee in room. All the amenities you could want.
Beautiful and peaceful stay. We will stay here next time.

Staff were professional and very responsive. We had an issue that was unforeseen and staff were all over it.
Thank you staff!!
I have checked into hundreds (maybe thousands) of hotels around the world and this may have been the easiest and quickest checkin ever.
Staff greeted you professionally, politely and with a smile every time you entered and left the property. We even bumped into one on the street and again was greeted with a smile!!
Breakfast was great - there was a selection and was prepared fresh. Waiter was very friendly and professional.
They also provided 2 free bottles of water every day.
Room had a safe.
Shower was great with nice pressure and hot water.
Place had lots of character, was extremely clean, great condition, quiet, and airy.

This place was great, they bend over backwards for their guest. My family and I had a great stay here and would definitely come back.

Everything was excellent. The only thing that I would suggest is communication between the staff regarding hours for their roof top bar. I was told that it closed at 10:30 pm, everyday. However, when I showed up in Sunday with a group of 20 people, they told us that they were closed already. ( this was at 7:45pm) Needless to say, I was embarrassed for suggesting that place. Other that that, food, room, staff, surroundings were wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Aspeytia. The property was clean and well maintained. The room itself was small and there were some issues with the shower drainage, however, the rooftop restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The food was excellent, the prices were reasonable, the view was spectacular, and the staff of friendly. I would stay at Casa Aspeytia again just for the restaurant, but I would request a 2nd floor room to be away from the street.

This a very nice place We enjoy our stay very much. The staff was great and the food was excellent at the restaurant on the roof with an amazing view to old town Querétaro. The only thing I would suggest is having AC in the rooms for a more comfortable stay.

center of town, very friendly people
High price compared to other similar hotels where we have stayed in same area. Difficult restaurant access for older people (3 floors of stairs)

The hotel is very nice, antique and very clean, rooms are a little smaller than it looks on the photo but OK.
Breakfast was very good but slow, not ready at 8am as we were informed and delayed us on our activity. No coffee to go one day that we had early plans.
The parking is 4 blocks away and I had to pay extra 70 pesos to stay the night, this is not described on the hotel services available

Didn’t sleep the 4 nights I was there due to loud music from the restaurant upstairs which went on past 1:30 am on weekends, then loud guests till later. One morning the phone in the room next door began ringing non-stop at 5:00 am and I was finally able to contact the front desk at 6 am who told me that they asked for a wake up call at 5 and were going to keep calling till they picked up. I begged them to stop saying the next door guests were either dead or gone. Stained sheets and towels- total fiasco with the masseuse they arranged for in - room service- she arrived late, we had to walk several blocks to the spa, and after 5 minutes I realized she wasn’t a pro. Mediocre food. Glad to be out of there. Buckets everywhere, bicycle blocking the stairs, presumably decor. Dirty. Location is good, that’s about it, though. Extraordinarily slow service.

This is a charming little hotel in the old colonial city. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had to leave very early in the morning so we’re not able to try the breakfast.

Very nice location, in the center of town. The neighborhood can be slightly noisy in the evening as the music from the cafe and bars around are easy to hear :-)
The hotel is nice, though it does not have A/C or heaters: The temperature is quite nice even during the night.

This is a wonderful place in town, very close to the center (walking distance) and to the interesting places around. I highly recommend it. It is like home away from home.
