A bit worn, but with old world character and charm.

Excellent location excellent staff, outdated, but still has charm. Breakfast was very good.

We loved everything about it from the warm, welcome to our cozy room and the delicious breakfast
Hotel location decoration are recognized. Highly recommended. We will be back.

One night, good central location, pigeon nest with pigeon ! On windowsill of bedroom, woke us up very early ! Noisy cobbles but expected in old city.
But on the whole a pleasant medium quality hotel. Large very clean room, comfortable bed, kettle for tea making in room, nice touch. Bath makes a change to showers. Did not take breakfast so no comment. Unexpected that the parking was in a public car park, 10 mins walk. They own hotel next door which looked better quality.

Nice location, room okay, bathroom too small and not clean

Very old typical French hotel. Staff very helpful in finding a restaurant. Easy walking distance to the lovely town. Room pretty basic but fine for overnight stay. Breakfast good. Would recommend

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was nice. Front desk was very helpful.
Two things for feedback. 1) The hotel management's policy of allowing guests to use the courtyard only if they have purchased a drink from the bar seems unreasonable and is unusual from my experience. 2) The alternative location for social activity at night was the breakfast area. Unfortunately, some of the lighting in the room automatically turns off after 2-3 minutes. An override on the lighting control or alternate light source would eliminate frequent trips to the light switch to keep the room lit while trying to enjoy a friendly card game in the evening.

Absolute gem of a place. Tucked away on a quiet street. Easy parking. Stunning hotel. Great breakfast. Short walk into the centre for amazing restaurants. Will definitely use again.

Small charming hotel in the middle of Beaune with easy access to restaurants and major sightseeing locations. Very friendly staff and a basic but delicious breakfast.

All in all, this is a good place to stay if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Beaune and are just staying for a day or two. Accomodations are average but the owners and staff go out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is in a good location and you can walk anywhere in Beaune from there. We opted for the breakfast, which was fine but nothing special.

Very friendly reception. Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the heart of town and restaurants.

Perfect location for a stay in Beaune. Just a block from the main avenue that encircles the walled historical city so easy to get to/leave from. We happened to park on the boulevard which turned out to be free! Easy walk to the hotel with luggage. Our room #41 was comfortable and blissfully warm mid-December, with a pretty view into the courtyard. We loved walking the ramparts, or strolling through the historical centre of this beautiful town. Bar which is shared between this and Les Remparts was cozy. Breakfast (low season) was served in Les Remparts and was outstanding. Best on our trip. Staff was welcoming.

Historic boutique hotel in a great location. Beautiful courtyard. Good quality breakfast. Comfortable and clean room with air-con. We enjoyed our short stay.

The hotel was quite cosy and had a good central location.
The service was unique - not bad as such, but somehow I felt like I was in the way of the staff.

Location was excellent for the busy square where the restaurants are we only stayed one night so it was fine but should of booked into the 4star sister hotel next door for that little extra but would recommend this hotel for the one night stay. The town is beautiful but maybe an idea to get restaurant booked up before you get there as the town was very busy

Warm welcome on arrival - our family triple room was spacious and comfortable as well as quiet at night. Perfect location in the Centre and easy parking on the street outside. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very pleased with the overall experience and it was good value for money which is what we were looking for as we weren’t intending to spend a lot of time in our hotel as we wanted to explore Beaune. The staff are very attentive and go out of their way to be helpful. Our room was a very good size although it would benefit from a little updating. The beds were comfortable and very clean. The WiFi worked well too.

Lovely old hotel with charming staff and characterful rooms. Quiet with on street parking outside, in a central location near everything you could want. Really a delight!

Fabulous location within 3 blocks of just about everything! The staff are super nice. The building is quite old but in good condition and the room was large and the beds super comfortable.
2.0
A very enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great - a little bit down a side street so it was quiet, but only a few meters from amenities and a few hundred from some key sites. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. It was nice to stay in a place with some old world charm. Good value for money.

Good stop over and the way back from the south of France to the UK. Well placed for tours in the Burgundy area and the town.

Lovely courtyard terrace with overhanging trees within the courtyard. Beautiful.

Great location and wonderful if you like old historical buildings. great walks everywhere and so close to the train station. People are very friendly and helpful.

Quiet but convenient neighborhood. Winding narrow stairwell to get to rooms with some loose boards was pretty sketchy to get up and down with minimal luggage. Also, breakfast was very over priced for what you got. Rooms were quiet and bedding was soft and comfortable.

WiFi could have been better, seemed very weak. Apart from that, I always enjoy this hotel - and they always seem pleased to see me, which is even better!

Comfortable Room , with view onto street , Very central, quiet . Room was spacious and shower/bathroom was clean & modern. WC is need of revamp /upgrade however, but overall good value , pleasant stay , helpful staff and I would return .

Location was excellent for walking into town and it was a genuine old Beaune townhouse with a central courtyard (with good WiFi).
Lots of stairs but no help offered to carry bags. Given good recommendation for brasseries (le Gaillard was great).
Curtains slipping off the poles, thin towels and sachets for toiletries gave the room a basic feel but it didn’t detract from the charm of the old furnishings, beams and wooden (albeit squeaky) floor boards.

The hotel was fantastic. Clean, quiet and full of character and history. Arnaud went above and beyond in his customer service every step of the way, and is by far the best thing about this hotel, providing recommendations for parking, eating and exploring the city of Beaune. Thank you!
5.0
Historic house backing onto ramparts.
Breakfast is all cold food. Not great. Wifi very weak in the room.
Family run, very friendly and helpful.
