Overpriced. We were assigned a tiny room with no privacy. The curtains did not close all the way allowing a direct view of the bathroom and bed. Knees touched wall when using the toilet. For $150 USD definitely not worth it. This hotel should be $70 USD max.

A very nice property outside Valle de Bravo in the middle of a forest, quiet and perfect for a weekend relax. However the property has some maintenance issues, my daughter's room was a recently renewed one but in the morning there was no running water because there was a problem with the plumbing so they had to change her to an older room. The fixtures in the bathroom are old and the shower room is gloomy, also very poor amenities with no Kleenex and no glass to rinse your mouth. The gardens are beautiful and well kept, the pool is nice and warm but there are no waiters to take your orders of snacks or drinks. On Christmas there was a problem with the restaurant staff and even the owners had to take the orders and do the cleaning and mopping. Overall a nice experience with room for improvement.

Everything was very nice, the room was small but cozy. I little of noise from the outside when the hotel staff start early in the morning

Came to Valle de Bravo for a wedding and unfortunately only stayed here one night. Cozy boutique hotel feeling, this is a place where you should spend at least a couple of nights to take advantage of everything it’s got to offer (nature, spa, restaurants). Had a jacuzzi session, get to check amazing views of Valle de Bravo. Room was small but cozy, and our only negative comment is that the bathroom is too small. Definitely recommend checking this hotel out!

Loto Azul is a nice, quiet hotel green areas and gorgeous views to the surrounding forests and lake; be cautious though because there’s lots of stairs so it’s not suited for everyone!

Great restaurant, nice room, poor wifi

The hotel is really nice, it has beautiful views and great spa. People were nice and the room was clean. The only tiny problem is that it has thin walls and you could hear noises from outside

Awesome place surrounded by nature. Peaceful and with all the comfort you need

Un lugar muy tranquilo en donde te puedes relajar pero tiene inconvenientes. La atención al huesped deja particularmente que desear.

Wi-Fi that came and went. . Restaurant was great but only open on the weekend. On Monday we were stuck at this remote location with no food options. Had to call a taxi for anything and everything. Staff were nice and the hotel was clean but not worth the money for the reasons I gave. Although The room was nice it was full of mosquitos and we were left with our legs completely bitten and itchy and with poor sleep. Place is ok for a weekend if you don’t mind being bitten by mosquitoes and having no internet. The place is very remote so you need a taxi.

This is a really beautiful place. The rooms are in cabins perched on the side of a hill overlooking Valle de Bravo. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the grounds are immaculately kept. I had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant on the terrace, which has an amazing view as well. My only complain was that the bed was pretty stiff.

The hotel is very nice and quiet. It is about 15 min drive from the center of town.
The facilities are very nice, great pool, excellent SPA, a nice restaurant with a view to the lake.
The rooms however are very basic with very limited amenities, they look more like cabins, but they need an upgrade to make this property more enjoyable.

The staff was wonderful. The grounds beautiful. The atmosphere relaxing. The room was small but clean and cozy. The fireplace had a romantic appeal and enhanced the cabin like feel. The food at the restaurant was good with the 4 cheese artichoke to due for. I'd defiantly stay there again!

Great setting, very interesting concept. Excellent staff, setting, and food. Unfortunately there are many dogs around which bark all day and night. Desk staff were very kind to change our room to a a quieter room (too muchstreet and dog noise).Thanks.

Great place! Not as close to downtown so not as easy to find but a wonderful place overall!

The room was clean and really comfortable as well at the bathroom. I liked how the shower was like built into the stone wall. The pool did get really dirty one day, it looked like a white soapy film, when I asked what was wrong they said another guest had entered with sunblock and that they were taking care of it, it did get cleaned by the next afternoon. During the week it is very quite and the restaurant, store and spa are not really open so that was kind of a let down, although we were able to eat at the restaurant on Thursday morning and the food and menu were really good. A lot of place in Valle de Bravo seem to be closed during the week and only open on the weekends, with that said we brought a few beers back to the room to stay in and relax since there was no where else open and we were told we were not allowed to bring our own drinks and food back to the hotel when we walked passed the lobby with the beers, which was also a bit of a disappointment because everywhere was basically closed.
