Average stay at a very average hotel. The beds are hard and the extras whilst staying are constant. It’s incredibly noisy with slamming doors all night that echo and disturb your sleep. The bathroom was plagued with an army of ants, though staff provided spray to try and combat the little blighters. The standards have slipped at Ritual and having stayed many, many times I’ve sadly seen it actively go down hill. It’s like they don’t care about it anymore. The outdoor spaces, in particular the rooftop pool, are shabby and uncared for and the steam room in the Spa has been broken since my last visit in March. They’ll continue to attract the LGBT Crowd due to the unique offering which is exclusive to the area. Whilst decorated, the rooms are tired and the closed in, inaccessible microwave / kitchen area looks absolutely awful. This place is not worth more than €50 a night however. Anything more than that would leave you feeling robbed. The Ritual is a gamble. If it’s an adults only weekend you’re looking for, you might do okay. Anything longer than a few nights is pretty depressing. Staff were nice and the room was clean. Parking was also plentiful and free on the street outside. I’d stay again, but not for any longer than a weekend.

Beautiful and stylish hotel, with amazing views, excellent facilities and great staff. I think it was the first hotel in this chain of gay friendly hotels, and it is still the best. It is soo much nicer and classier than their hotel in gran canaria, that it's hard to believe it's the same chain. We have been here before and will definitely come back. It's a great hotel.

Nicely presented gay hotel, with spacious well equipt apartment rooms, comfortable inside and outside spaces, and friendly staff throughout. The outdoor areas are well kept and include a direct route down to the beach, plus large poolside and top floor sunbathing areas. Things to consider: The route down to the beach is steps and slopes heavy. The outdoor swimming pool and bubble pool are not heated. The gym is very basic with very limited kit. The unlimited breakfast does not have any dedicated gluten free and dairy free options. Otherwise we enjoyed our short stay here, made friends with other guests easily, and found it is located in a good accessibile location to go most places.

Have stayed in this property previously and was ok. This time not ok, unless you find ants acceptable in bathroom and fridge. Then reception wont offer you another room just give you some ant spray. Unforunately ant killed wont fill cracks in the bathroom where they get in. Terrible cleanliness and customer service.

Good location but that’s about it. Intermediate service, sometimes rude. The worse beds we’ve encountered in years! Very nice cleaning staff. Not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests. The glory days of the hotel is definitely over.

Spent a relaxed week at Hotel Ritual. Lovely staff, nice vibe around the pool apart apart from struggling to find a Sunbed one day. Good breakfast, probably wouldn’t go full board as it’s mainly buffet but the desserts were very tasty and perfectly located for the bars and the beach.

Clean but rooms are small, with smoking allowed on balconies since I am a nonsmoker I couldn’t enjoy my balcony due to all the smokers on their balconies. Small shower, very limited drawer space to unpack into. Good thing I was traveling solo as otherwise would have been very cramped. Mattress terrible.

Stuff were super rude. They checked me in to a dirty room. I had to sleep there. It’s horrible. Hotels operators weren’t helpful at all. They just spent my money with 28 minutes international call with empty conversation how sorry they are

This place is very clean! It has a nice view of the sea and it is walkable to the beach (via stairs), a very short 5 minutes walk to the bars and clubs! I would come back and recommend!

Rooms are outdated, shower leaks towards the toilet area, lot of water on floor, every time you shower. Room overall dirty everywhere especially under bed and kitchen area.

A good gay hotel with a nice pool area and easy to get to know new people. The checking in process was quite stressful though. At 2 pm we were supposed to be able check in. But when we came at 3 pm after being waiting in the line for 20 minutes the room was still not ready. Then they told us that the room could be ready any time after 2 pm but they couldn’t tell us more precisely which is very strange. And when we wanted to leave our bags because of that the stuff became rude. But except from that we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Ritual. The pool and parties were great. The rooms were clean and well appointed but it did lack extras like towel replacements if needed. We were advised that only one set of towels per room per day. No exceptions. Also rooms lacked irons which required a cash deposit as did pool towels. Cash only in euros. No credit cards. Also although staff tried to help, it seemed to be an inconvenience to them.

Great hotel in a great convenient location, particularly loved the sea view from the room as hotel on a height so great views. Breakfast very good and until 11am which is convenient. Staff very warm and Friendly. Lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Some rooms Which are ‘sea view’ only have one sideways when out on the small balcony and get no sun. There are nowhere enough umbrellas for the number of sunbeds so you have to sit in direct sun. The smaller roof infinity pool area gets full up very quickly. The music played around the pool can sometimes be extremely loud if you just want to relax a bit more And can be clearly heard inside the rooms. And At the weekends there are very noisy very busy pool parties for non guests too so the pool area is full. The room service is basic.

This hotel is well located in Torremolinos, near many bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is very gay friendly, and has a decent pool. It is close to beaches. The rooms itself are a bit basic, but spacious and have AC. Staff are very friendly. Overall, I would say it's good value for money.
