Loved this hotel. Just lovely views, big rooms, great value for money. Dinner setting beautiful. Staff very friendly. Pool lovy and warm during a not to warm stay in Italy. Perfect.

Location convenient to wedding I was attending. Local town of San Casciano had some good dining options, and convenient grocery store. Resort within 1-2 hour drive to historic towns/wineries. Morning breakfasts were delicious. Pool was peaceful!

Accommodation and surroundings of the hotel very nice. Everything very clean. Best massage in the world. Except the coffee they could improve a bit. A professional machine would be appropriate for an Italian establishment. But all over all, we would love to come back

Nice and quiet place. Very clean and the staff is very nice. The breakfast is plentiful. Only the coffee could be a bit better.

Beautiful villa. The food was wonderful at the restaurant.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was relaxing with a beautiful view. Massage was incredible. Breakfast was amazing. Wish we would have planned a few more days here.
My only issue was we did not realize you needed a car as there is nothing close by. We were lucky in that a winery was able to come pick us up for a wine tour.

Nice visit. Beautiful scenery and pool. Great staff. Rooms could be renovated.

location is fantastic but service and cleaning not so good. the room was extra small and the bathroom clearly needed a renovation. I reported the molded condition of the shower and nothing happened...

Mixed feeling. Hotel has great property, view and pool area. The rooms are nothing fancy - plaster white walls with very dated and soggy mattresses, We ordered $100 Florentine steak at the restaurant - it was the most terrible stake - could not cut it with steak knife. Good breakfast. The stay is worth it only if you plan to use sauna and the pool.

Excellent hotel. We absolutely loved the location, views, the things the hotel offered, the vibe, and overall stay. It rounded out our travel through Tuscany beautifully.

Very nice Hotel, we were there for two nights: first one in a tree house and second one in a suite. Both rooms were very good in my opinion. Pool area is very nice. Also, restaurant serves very good food and breakfast was really ok.

The Villa I Barronci is a beautiful resort. The views, pool and rooms are lovely. We travelled here with our two pre teen kids as a break from the hustle of visiting some of the major Italian cities.
Depending on how long you stay here, you may want to consider having a car. We did not and travel outside the resort is restricted to walking to the nearby village (roughly 2.5km away). Not the end of the world for us but we were stuck eating at the resort restaurant both nights.
The resort restaurant was good but the menu was somewhat limited.

This mini resort is a must stay. The experience you receive from the second you step on the resort to the end is more than worth its price. Felt extremely welcomed by the staff from start to finish. Stunning views. Nice clean rooms. Great included breakfast. Very good restaurant with drinks and snacks available for purchase throughout the day. Only downside could be kids being allowed or not much to walk to off the resort.

Make sure your booking is at the hotel because there are also apartment rooms downtown which I had no idea about. The woman who checked us in was very helpful and got us a ground floor unit with an outside patio near the restaurant which we dined at for dinner. Comfortable bed and loved having the hot pot in the room for tea. Breakfast in the morning was excellent! Beautiful presentation.

Hotel is very well situated on top of the hill. You can enjoy the tuscany view while having breakfast, or even having a drink over the restaurant’s terrace. Staffs are very nice, polite, and helpful.

Beautiful property with gorgeous view of the tuscan countryside, the heated pool overlooking the view and the sauna makes it a special relaxing stay.
The breakfast in the morning is one of the best one we had in Italy with scrumptious homemade bake tarts and desserts.
The staff are all very nice and the room are spacious

Very kind staffs and nice hotel and surroundings. Breakfast was great with homemade cakes and dinner at the hotel restaurant was also delicious. Only one thing can be improved: overall reservation for a spa and restaurant. It was not possible to book spa and restaurant spontaneous.

Limited transportation and the taxis were extremely expensive they will charge 165 euros one way for 30 minute drive. If you plan to go to Tuscany you need a car btw most cars are manual I don’t know how to drive it so I was stuck in the hotel for few days. To use public transportation you need to walk 39 minutes and is a lil dangerous because they don’t have side walk in the 15minutes from your trip.

Truly a 5 star experience from arrival to the comfortable room and situated in the hills of beautiful Tuscany. The only issue was the restaurant which is not owned by the hotel unfortunately. There are plenty of restaurant and dining options around the town (try Nello) so get out and explore. I would definitely come back and stay at this resort.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed in the treehouse which had such an incredible view and was very private and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Idyllic setting in the midst of working vineyards. Staff was friendly and helpful. Large rooms and wonderful vistas! Ideal for day trips to several Tuscan towns.

This place was Heaven on Earth. We loved every minute of our short stay, and wish we could have stayed longer. Any future trips to Italy will include a stay with Villa I Barronci. From the gorgeous pool to the stunning and perfectly executed restaurant to the wonderful views of Tuscany, complete with hot air balloons rising from the mist in the morning, our expectations were exceeded at every turn. Thank you for a wonderful stay, our favorite of the weeks we spent traveling Italy.

Lovely hotel. Just needed some drawers in our room to store some clothes/items as top shelf in wardrobe was too high.

Receptionist (blonde hair) most unhelpful. We were attending a wedding and needed an iron only to be told there were none available as all 2!! were let out. I asked if a request to return could be made but she said NO. One eventually found but I was asked to bring down to reception with the ironing board!! I left it outside the room!!There were 3 hangers in our bedroom and they were too big to hang unless at an angle. (One receptionist did bring more, lady with long dark hair) Food totally unimaginative given its Tuscany. Despite promo on web, piazza not available at lunch. Salad was served in great hunks. Ditto fruit salad at breakfast which had to be cut at the table. Very disappointing given location...and cost!
Housekeeping was excellent

Restaurant was terrible.

The resort and spa itself was clean, well maintained, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The air conditioning in both the rooms we stayed in was poor and the rooms remained uncomfortably hot. The attached restaurant was terrible to deal with (and the only restaurant onsite). The staff was slow and forgetful. On two occasions, the waiter forgot our bottle of wine. On one occasion they brought the bottle out halfway through our meal after we asked a second time for the wine. On the other occasion we ordered a bottle, the food came, we asked another waiter for the wine, we finished the food and still no wine. When we went to pay for the meal we had to tell the hostess to remove the wine from our bill as we never received it. Overall, not a welcoming experience and would not return to this resort.
