Cancelled my stay before arriving but was not able to get any form of reimbursement. I had significant mental health issues that prohibited me from coming to Milan from the states. It seems like this company does not take mental health seriously.

The hotel and room were spotlessly clean. The hotel was ten minutes walk from the ferry stop. Como was about a 10 minute ferry ride from Cernobbio.

Staff is exceptionally friendly and accomodating. Two bedroom suites are spacious. Breakfast always excellent, making it a hard decision to wander out for breakfast or brunch.

Nice friendly hotel, good quality staff and excellent self-service breakfast. Well places a short walk up from the ferry which is a 2.50euro ride from Como, although buy your tickets ahead of time on line. Room and bathroom are OK comfortable bed, reasonable shower, plenty of places to eat, post office a short walk away and post cards can be obtained from local newsagent, a couple of doors way. I wasn't disturbed at night by any noised the AC in the room works very well.

The overall stay was very good. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast was great. The only issue was that the A/C was controlled by the hotel. We couldn’t lower the temperature (August) and it automatically turned off during the night…it became hot in the room and we were sweating. I turned it back in the middle of the night, only to see that it had been shut down again when we woke up.

It was a good 4* hotel. The reception staff were really helpful, the staff serving the breakfast worked hard to keep the place clean and tidy. Parking was easy enough. The hotel is within walking distance to the lake front and have a few good restaurants nearby. As there were no lifts in the hotel, their staff also offered to carry our luggages up the stairs when we checked in. Not sure if Covid has made people forgot about eco friendliness. We didn’t want to change our towels everyday but they seem too keen to change them each day!

Really good location in Cernobbio, close to restaurants, ferry and the lake. Cernobbio is also a nice little town, not to crowded and hectic. Nice and clean rooms, very good breakfast and really good service from their friendly staff.

On-site parking is really a huge advantage in Cernobbio. The hotel itself is as the name says right in the middle of the village. Very convenient. Breakfast is quite disappointing though. Room is larger than comparable in Cernobbio but soundproofing is horrible. Feel a bit overpriced for what it delivers overall. Though again, it’s Cernobbio.

The parking was great with lots of spaces. People were friendly so the stay was overall great. But there were a lot of noise from outside even though the door was shut. Too loud sound when the door is opened with a card key making it impossible to be quite. Location of the hotel is great very close to the lake but I do have doubts coming here again at this price.

The hotel has large rooms with a bed on the ground floor and a bed in the loft space for a large family.It is located in a nice and walkable neighbourhood, five minutes away from the ferry to the city centre. The area around a ferry terminal has a nice car-free promenade that is great for kids to roam around and play.Breakfast was good as well.
