Why would i want 1 king size bed and a pullout couch for 1 adult 3 kids. 3 of us ended up sleeping in the bed and 1 on pullout. Super annoying. Also, no one spoke one word of english and not very polite.

Good size rooms for a larger family. Overall a decent option if you’re in the area, no complaints.

It was a great place very clean and staff were very friendly.

Weird washrooms

I was offered a room in the basement apon my arrival but after seeing it smelled of humidity. They then accommodated me with a room upstairs in the main building which was better but unfortunately the bathroom had a issue with the toilet which wouldn't flush completely. They sent someone to try to fix it but they said it was too late and would come back tomorrow to solve the issue ..Fortunately i only stayed 1 night

A wonderful stop on our drive to visit friends in Ontario. Pet-friendly, nice pool and spacious and clean room. Highly recommended.

Amazing Hotel!! Stopped on our way back to Ontario and was given great service at check-in. The room was clean and inviting. Only downfall were the pillows, all were too thick to actually sleep on them. 10/10 hotel !!

It was great! The only thing is the pool closing hours. Having them extended would be perfect!

Did not like the division of the rooms. The one I had was far from the front of the hotel and on a lower level. It felt like a maze with many hallways to walk. People were walking beside our window on the outside. No privacy at all.

Good location not far off the highway. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. All walkable. Location has pool, bistro and Starbucks

I found it annoying to find the door to enter your room area. It didn’t seem to suit with the ambiance of the hotel.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, water pressure in the shower was excellent. Temperature control in the room was good but the air was very dry. The fridge was not cold enough to use for food storage or freezing cooler packs. We used ice from the machine in the basement.

It took 35 minutes to get luggage from my car to my room due to distance, narrow hallways cluttered with maids carts, green garbage bags and the many doors one had to go through to find an elevator. Maids did not understand English or French and I don't speak Quebecois or Franglais. The front desk did not know where the ice machine was located! If you found a cart few entrances were flat enough to get the wheels over them. It was a true comedy of errors and evidently they don't want you to bring in more than you can carry. I truly had to work to get my luggage in and out of this hotel and will never stay there again. It is pretty nice inside but this luggage fiasco just doesn't make it worth staying there. I was never asked as a senior citizen if I needed help with my luggage and I guess this is because it was raining outside. This meant I pushed a cart all over the hotel to doors that went out to the parking lot via stairs or simply did not open...fire hazard. This is the only time I have had this happen in 50 years of travelling. This hotel has to educate its staff to know and understand English or know whom to get to deal with English and French speaking clientele. Not everyone is going to speak or understand Quebecois or Franglais. In the end the only ice machine was down one floor from reception and did not work with a sign indicating such. Guess you have to go to the bar to get a cold drink...sneaky management here.

The hotel is good. A bit dated but good if you need a place in town. Bathrooms are very small! The hotel restaurant isn't open most evenings, but there is a variety of restaurants close by.

Lovely property a nice 30 minute walk to the centre of Drummondville which has an excellent selection restaurants. Property is very clean and well maintained and managed. We had a wonderful room (149) on the first floor of the hotel with parking adjacent to the room (accessible from both inside and outside). We even had a private patio. Hotel is pet friendly (staff brought our dog a bed, dishes and treats!) and our hotel of choice when we are in Drummondville.

Quiet! Sorry the restaurant was closed.

Great place to stay with pets!

Stopover on an Ontario-NS trip. Close to highway. Clean, comfortable, nice onsite restaurant. Accommodated our need for pet friendly room. Downside - pillows too thick. Should provide a selection.

So, I did search on orbitz with “ FREE BREAKFAST INCLUDING “ and this property showed up ! When I reach the lady was rude who said it was breakfast available option not included but, I have been using Orbitz for 15 years and this is first time I have seen this ! I had to look around for breakfast for both days which was totally inconvenient and expensive ! NOT A GOOD STAY AT ALL
