Great location for the student conference held annually. Just beside. I was here last year for the same event and as always. The hotel and staff didn’t disappoint. Excellent service and modern hotel. And the breakfast is even better this year. Best choice in this area of Nice.

Great stay and nice hotel. The coffee at breakfat was great, however, would have been nice if we who paid for breakfast could access coffee during the day.

It was very comfortable. A little outdated but otherwise good. A lot of traffic noise even on the 3rd floor. Staff was excellent and rooftop restaurant and pool were fantastic!!

The first night, we did not get the room we ordered. They gave us a room with three beds instead of a room with a queen-sized bed and a baby bed.However, they fixed it the next day after I complained.Otherwise, the internet is really slow, not up to 2024 standards.The service and staff are good. We enjoyed our stay.

The property needs a bit of updating, The pool is good, and the location is fine. In the room, the bathroom and toilet doors creaked loudly and called out for WD40 on the hinges. The main doors to the roome need updating so that they cannot be let to slam noisily by inconsiderate guests. The food was quite OK.

Some of the staff are very rude like Edi Carlos. Edi Carlos needs to be fired. His attitude stinks. He doesn’t let the the guests finish their sentence and tries to argue. He had seemed have a problem with guest saying the room made her sick and showed no empathy at all despite it was the hotel faults. They lied about cleaning the room and did not and I got ill on the second night. It was horrible. I have stayed at other NH hotels and this is the worst one. The staff and service are terrible. I do not recommend

Same as all the other nh hotels we stay, staff service ranks number 1. The staff at reception is extremely helpful in helping us with all sorts of enquiry. The restaurant service is equally good. We stay in the family suite. It's spacious. However, it's pretty dark as there isn't any ceiling lights. Besides there's no air conditioning outlet in the master bedroom so it's pretty hot

this was my first time in lease and this property. It was absolutely awesome! The stuff was pretty friendly for French people. There were plenty of amenities and the location was very convenient and about a 15 minute walk from the port.

It was just a place to sleep overnight until we left. Walking in, the lobby was depressing, the reception staff seemed confused, and we could not get anything to eat other than the price fixed dinner or breakfast buffet. When I asked for just a cup of coffee early morning before our departure, I was charged for this! I have never traveled where a hotel didn't provide a cup of coffee for free and the coffee machines and selection in the rooms was awful. I would NEVER recommend this hotel and the area it is in is also depressing.

Really great stay. Our room was spacious and clean. Location is really nice as tram stop is only across the street. Train station and bus stops are also within walking distace so it was convenient to do day trips to Cannes, Monte Carlo and Eze. They also provide a great selection for breakfast. We dined in their rooftop restaurant twice during our 5-night stay and food was decent. Overall, just a great experience and will definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay here. The beds are extremely comfortable, rooms are spacious, and staff were very helpful. The gym was small and one of the three machines was out of service, which sucked but isn't uncommon in hotel gyms. The roof bar and pool were a huge highlight. Very close to the tram, which is easy to get around all of Nice.

The location was ideal since it is right next to the Acropolis. I was attending a conference for a week, so walking a couple of blocks was ideal. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This made travelling with a 1 year-old much easier! We really appreciate the entire staff for making our week spent in Nice a wonderful experience.

Clean and spacious but the service could be better. I asked for a chair for the desk in the room as I needed to do work. They said tht they will deliver one but nothing. I reminded them several times and then gave up. I ended up working on my laptop standing up by the window ledge. The location is close to the tram line and convention centre.

A fab stay here, lovely staff, very clean and pool area is nice although you do need to queue up in the morning to get a lounger as it gets busy! great location with a tram stop just outside, a good fifteen/twenty minute walk to the old town and beach but lots of restaurants and supermarkets a much closer distance. A great hotel with great restaurant on site too. The most comfy bed I've ever slept in. Can be noisy with sirens and city traffic but didn't bother us. Would stay again.

This hotel is perfectly positioned for catching the tram to get to most places in Nice. The staff were very helpful. The rooftop restaurant / bar is superb with great views. There was a thunderstorm while I was there and the staff rushed around putting up umbrellas as quickly as possible to protect the customers from the rain.

We book a family room which was large and contained a double bed & sofa bed double bed size bathroom & separate WC The hotel was located approx 100m from the main tram line and there is a large public swimming pool approx 150m from the hotel There are many shop / cafe's / restaurant very close to the hotel We had no issues complaints during your stay at the hotel

Absolutely appalling. I have an autoimmune disease that means that I have pains in the joints and muscles when I sleep on bad mattresses. I usually go to hotels as they are generally better equipped to deal with people with health issues than other places. This hotel has no mattress toppers and no extra covers. They came with 2 thin blankets and I had to leave because they had no other mattress to offer. They are still refusing to refund as « they tried ». This is not good enough. People with disabilities have a right to be treated fairly: if you can’t accommodate them, refund them!!!!
