This hotel was amazing!!! It was so quaint and pleasing to the eye. It makes you feel like you are at home even though you are away. The staff makes you feel like you are visiting family! It was wonderful!!

Our junior suite was perfect for my sister and I. Very comfortable and cozy after a long day of sightseeing. Had a beautiful view of the castle. The restaurant was also excellent!
4.0
Unbeatable location at the base of the Old Bridge, adjacent to Old Town and the University of Heidelberg. It would be 5-star with a larger room and individual temperature control. Staff went out of the way to be helpful.

Fantastic, we will save this one to our favorites! Location was perfect to walk to all attractions or plan to rent an ebike from the front desk and explore further. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet despite being in a central location ( that saying a lot because I am a very light sleeper). Wish were there for a longer trip but we will definitely book again at this hotel.

Centrally located to everything in Heidelberg. Very clean. Great accommodations for three people. Beautiful room with views of the castle and the Old Bridge. Staff was very helpful.

Great hotel in tremendous location in old town

Great location close to everything. A bit noisy when cars pass by on cobblestone street. Renovated rooms .

Loved our stay. Really great location, cute property and really friendly staff.

If you are driving, parking options are extremely limited, but a great hotel in the old city. No AC, so in Jul/Aug might be too hot. Was nice in mid June.

Perfect location to walk all Heidelberg. Wonderful staff. Restaurant served the best food we had in Germany!!!

We love this hotel. The location is perfect, the breakfast is a delicious joy. Their restaurant also makes great dinner and we love the courtyard.

Historical hotel in a great location in the Altstadt. Staff very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant has great regional offerings. Please note, some of the rooms only have a window to an indoor hallway and not the outdoors. I apparently unknowingly signed up for such a room. When I raised it with hotel staff, they quickly gave me a different room with windows to the outdoors. However, I was lucky they had such a room available as the hotel is very popular.

Great location in Heideberg. The bridge is just next to the hotel entrance!
The breakfast is superb!! Must add breakfast!
However, the walls are quite thin, be prepared to hear about what people are doing in next door 😂

Couldn’t be a better location if you’re coming to Heidelberg. You’re literally in the heart of this becity yet tucked away from the noise of passing tourists and locals.

Fantastic location, staff very helpful, kind and friendly! Right in front of old bridge and beneath the castle. Surrounded by many food and drink options. Room was large modern and comfortable. Will love to stay again.

Great little hotel for one night.

Great location to the city center, and walking bridge, just a little difficult to find.

Great location to walk around town. Across from Neckar River. Beautiful view.

Room was very nice and clean, stayed in the off-property building. Manager very nice. Great view of the river but it's on the corner of a very busy street so not very quiet. The parking garage that the hotel has a discount agreement with was full so had to pay 18 euros for overnight instead of 10.

Very nice hotel and restaurant in the heart of Heidelberg. Great location, easy to walk everywhere. We stayed in the annex which was down the street from the main hotel but easy walk and we were able to pull our car up to load and unload bags. Very clean room and decent size. Only complaint was that it was a little noisy since our room faced a Main Street but we adjusted to it.

We stayed in the apartment rather than the hotel. Nice to have lots of with space with views of the river.

Gorgeous spot in Heidelberg’s Altstadt. The studios with loft were a perfect option for a couple traveling with a teenager. The add-on breakfast was wonderful, and the hosts were lovely and personable.

The hotel was wonderful in every way except for the lack of air conditioning. Otherwise, the hotel exceeded all expectations.

Very comfortable room with tv, 2 armchairs and sofa and desk. Bathroom pristine clean with large bath and shower. Situated immediately opposite the historic old bridge behind its own outdoor restaurant next to the Thai one. Plenty of restaurants and bars around. The parking concession is at P12. See the Heidelberg parking app for availability and location. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

It was a very cute hotel in a great location. Good breakfast! They told us they had a deal with the parking lot near the hotel. They may have, but they had no spots and the girl who checked us in offered no help. We were on our own, despite me emailing them prior to our trip about this. Also, it was hotter than Hades. The hotel advertises air conditioning but they don’t turn it on until 10 pm!! I asked one man about it our first night and he just basically said too bad we don’t turn it on until 10 and he wouldn’t even give us a fan. Then it took until 2 am to cool the room down. So we got no sleep the first night. They had ONE job…give me a comfortable place to sleep! However, the second night, they redeemed themselves. (Which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 1). At breakfast the next day, I begged this very nice man to give us some air (a different man from the night before). He asked my room number and turned on the air and left it on the rest of the time we were there. From then on, it was perfect!!

This has to be one of the worst hotel rooms I have ever stayed in.
The room was completely airless and excessively hot.
Although the photo of the room shows windows these only open to an internal corridor to access other rooms.
The room, in summer, is not suitable for guests in my opinion, and should only be used as a sauna!
At 1 am until 3am I had to sit outside to cool off.
Beware I was told, on check out, that there are several rooms that are ‘landlocked’ and the receptionist confirmed this was not stated on the website!!!

Great stay!! We booked the room with the balcony - it was absolutely adorable. It is on a busier street but with the windows closed you can’t hear anything. Great service, very friendly, and felt very safe! Definitely our favorite hotel on our week-long Germany vacation. HIGHLY recommend, we will be staying here when we come back!

Great hotel in the heart of Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location! I was in an apartment separate from the main hotel with a view of the river. Clean room but the location in a separate apartment building down a dark side street was unexpected. The road noise is also pretty significant day and night as the room overlooks a busy intersection and the Main Street that runs along the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
