When reaching ages north of the fifties, finding a resort for “adults only” means A LOT! Peace and tranquility far from screaming kids is priceless. Sorry parents with babies: this in not the place for you.

Hotel staff are great, the food has lots of choice and is of good quality! The bed was a little flimsy but rooms kept clean. Fridge in the room which was really useful. No kettle, cups or anything but most people are all inclusive so don’t think that matters.

The most important reason people stay in a hotels is to get a room with a bed to sleep in. When you are given two single beds put together and they are worse than a cot in a hotel, with springs coming out and a 3 inch high mattress you know you have made a big mistake. We do a lot of travelling and this is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in If it wasn’t enough for customer service at the front desk made it even worse. When our room wasn’t made one day they refused to make it even though it was only 4 o’clock making us feel like it was our fault when we had done nothing not put anything on the door. From the poor customer service at the front desk to the absolutely horrible horrible room meaning the mattresses and all I cannot see more clearly how I would never ever ever ever recommend this hotel. Worst hotel ever

My first impression about the hotel was how well maintained it was. The place and our room are spotless. Very friendly staff, great location, nice beach view, the food are also good but they could do better with the soup. Overall we had a pleasant stay and especially our little one had so much fun
