Our hotel was a great location to the thermal baths and town centre. Perfect for the Christmas market.
Our room was spacious and had a cosy temperature and the breakfast was delicious.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Just outside of the main street but easy walking distance, making it quiet. Very close to both of the spas. Our room was very large and comfortable. Staff at the front desk were well-informed and always helpful. Sadly, the weather was cold and rainy, but in nice weather, it would have been nice to sit outside on the patio.

Exceptional!
The room was large ,very clean and beautifully decorated.
We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the restaurant was an excellent choice for dinner .
The access to the thermal bath was very convenient and we appreciated the robes and extra towels .
The staff was delightful especially G at the front desk !

I chose this hotel based on king size bed and airconditioning. Bed wasn’t super comfortable and air conditioning didn’t cool. We did get a fan but it was uncomfortable sleeping. Suits was huge but useless as we had to keep bedroom door closed to try and keep in the cool. Housekeeping didn’t do a great job never cleaned the living room aewa the 3 days we were there. Breakfast was not good for the price we skipped it.
Pro’s the staff are amazing every one of them reception and restaurant. The terrace is lovely location is fantastic
I would stay again if it wasn’t hot out.

Really enjoyed our stay! Will come back again and often.

Friendly, competent staff. Good location for town. Great breakfast which you can also enjoy on the terrace overlooking the gardens towards the Caracalla Spa. The hotel is immaculately clean.
We had garden room 106, which was very nice and spacious. This room has 3 quite high steps between the sleeping area and the entrance where the bathroom is. You can’t see the steps at night unless you put the lights on.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Loved the spacious rooms, location and service
Parking is available under the hotel, a bit tight for an SUV, but doable

Couldn't have enjoyed my stay more! I had just arrived after 30 hours of traveling. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating to a tired, non-German speaking guest. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and every amenity, including a complimentary minibar. It is very convenient to the Old Town (5-10 minute walk) with so many restaurants and shops. I also enjoyed time at the Caracalla spa. There is convenient access from the hotel, and they stowed my luggage and allowed me to use my robe and towel for the spa even though I'd already checked out. Would highly recommend!

Loved the spacious rooms and proximity to Caracalla baths. Easy walking distance to the center and park.
Right parking though, especially with an SUV.
Nice staff at reception and restaurant.

The room was very spacious and luxurious, could not fault anything except for the fact I booked a room with a street view. The street is a major access route into Baden Baden and noisy early in the morning and up until about 10.30pm. There are are other room options. The young man on the afternoon shift Pascale was very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel entrance was lovely..the walk to the room was concerning.. the hallway had DIRTY SHAG CARPET THAT WAS PEE STAINED FROM DOGS !!! .. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.. but lots of damage on the floors ( suitcases, dogs ? … it could have been cleaned up ? ) … Our room faced the road that all the deliveries were received very noisy early in the morning on the weekdays.
The beds were comfortable and room was well equipped.

The Aqua Aurelia was a perfect place to stay for our first trip to Baden Baden. The staff was both friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. We arrived befor our room was ready, but the young lady at the desk gave us some suggestions for exploring the town and provide robes and slippers to we could head over to the spa. The hotel slippers are fabric though, so I’d recommend bringing your own shower shoes. Our room was newly renovated and clean with lovely amenities. The street was a bit noisy, but the noise was dampened by the roll down blinds. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we hope to return.

This is the cleaniest hotel I have stayed throughout my thousands of hotel rooms. The feeling is just incredible. From floor to bed the feeling is just 100% comfortable.

This was an unexpected delight! The hotel was well located near the thermalbads - actually has an access to the Caracalla through the garage below. Easy walk to the Faberge Museum, shops and restaurants.
The staff was absolutely wonderful, the restaurant was amazing - great service, great cuisine, great prices. We'd dined in for lunch, then ordered room service later. Compared to our last hotel stay elsewhere there was double the amount of food at half the cost.
Our room was quite large, the bathroom spacious and CLEAN. I cannot tell you how I appreciate not seeing someone else's hair on the floor or shower and I'm afraid it's rare. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Spotlessly clean hotel with excellent rooms

Everything was perect except of the fact that during the morning hours it was noisy as room windows are looking towards street. I had an impression that some window was openned, which wasn't the case. All the rest was simply ideal.

If you want a quiet get away in aresort town, Baden Baden is great. Lots of history, great spas, shopping, and restaurants. The Aqua Aurelia is modern and charming with a great staff and near the heart of the city. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Great location if you plan to go to Carcalla spa.

This is a great value. The room was huge, daily housekeeping, a super hot shower with good water pressure, air conditioning, black out automated blinds, in-room coffee & tea, a nice breakfast (both buffet & cook-to-order), and a friendly & helpful staff. The location is right next to Caracalla Therme spa, and a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and Central Park. It was affordable without feeling like it was cheap in any way. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
