I unfortunately am displaced from Hurricane Milton but don’t have FEMA assistance yet so needed a place to stay and had to pay for my lodging . Room rates are lower than I expected . The room was immaculate, housekeeping, especially Monica, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast is varied, fresh and delicious. I am waiting for FEMA lodging assistance and will absolutely go back to the Holiday Inn Express!

Very clean and smells good. The free breakfast was not just packaged muffins and such. Had a full hot breakfast with many options. Saved money on having to eat out every morning. Only thing that was a lil difficult was the small parking lot. Not a deal breaker though. Would definitely stay here again

Our a/c broke down. This hotel was very close to our home and centralized in Largo. We have 2 hotels close to the Seminole Blvd/E Bay area. When we called this hotel, they were very kind, sympathetic and could take us immediately. They are also pet-friendly. Very clean, wonderful and tasty breakfast, nice size area to eat and play games, pool, and good size rooms.

The room was never cleaned, from July 25-28. No towel refresh or any service whatsoever through the duration of the stay. I stay in different hotels a few times a year while traveling and have never experienced this lack of service.

Everything was excellent!! Kudos to the staff!! The only thing was the ice machine on my floor (3rd floor) was out of service and I had to get my room cards fixed more than 3 times during my stay.

The hotel location was excellent and the primary reason for selecting this hotel. But the cleanliness was sub par, with the shower being a major disappointment. The water accumulated as it drained really slow. The water pressure was weak and the faucet looked aged. I visit the area frequently and will not stay here again.

Overall Hotel wasn't as clean as was expecting, main entrance had a strong cigarette smell, elevators floors and wals not clean. One of our 3 rooms had small flies, front desk lady was ver nice and marked the room for additional cleaning.

We were a party of 5 booked in a room that can accommodate up to 6 people. When we got to our room we had to request additional bedding for the sofa bed since we had no intention of having 5 adults sleep on 2 queen beds. We also had 2 sets of towels so we had to request more towels. The front desk clerk told us that we had to go down ourselves to get the additional bedding, pillows and towels. Then we had to make the additional bed ourselves. Since we had made our reservation more than a month in advance you would think that on the day we checked in you would think that they would have prepared the room to accommodate the number of people on the reservation. It shouldn’t be difficult to let housekeeping know that for that day these rooms will have 1-4 guests (therefore prep the 2 beds only) while these rooms will have 5 or 6 guests so either prep the sofa bed too or supply extra bedding and towels. Also, our bathroom had an empty bottle of conditioner and almost no shampoo. Again, not too difficult to jiggle the containers to check if they need to be replenished.
