The staff and the entire feeling of the hotel was really nice.

It's a lovely hotel with great views across the street to the city... Very good breakfast , dinner... Charming staff. Easy walk to the town centre.
4.4
excellent staff - especially the lady at breakfast, front desk and the cleaner
beautiful view
short walk to town
eggs cooked to order at breakfast
We would also like to thank the hotel staff for their swift action to inform us of, and help us collect, a valuable we left in our hotel room.

Nice clean hotel. Bit of a mix up with room and dinner times but staff were lovely

Excellent hotel only a short walk from the main square of Ostuni. Very good breakfast selection safely served by waiters.
Very attentive reception staff.
Would highly recommend.

Michele was exceptionally welcoming and responsive.

A nice hotel with good location for exploring this lovely city

Very nice hotel, with quirky decor on the ground floor and excellent service in the dining room / restaurant.

Great place to stay, within an easy walking distance to the centre of Ostuni. Clean and comfortable. Also great to have the parking available.

It's slightly unfair to judge this hotel at this moment, because of Covid measures they have been forced to instigate, however we visited at this time so can only judge from what we encountered.
Firstly, the hotel is attractive, well looked after and in a great location within a 5 to 10 minute walk to the centre of Ostuni's main areas.
On Hotels.com's website it stated rooms had a furnished patio but the room we were given didn't, after I complained to reception they did give us a room with a patio but apparently there are only a few like this. On the booking it also stated it was a 12 noon check out, again the hotel said this was wrong but did relent and extend it to 12 when I complained.(I don't like to complain but we had plans that morning)
Because of Covid you have to ore order on arrival what you want for breakfast for the duration of your stay plus what time you wanted it, we didn't like this and other hotels we stayed at didn't do this. Breakfast was okay, served outside only, Covid again presumably but they did tend to bring the food out and then the coffees some time later, again not something we liked.
We loved the free car parking, especially being right in the city centre.
Overall this is a lovely hotel in a great location and it's not their fault that the Hotels.com site has some misinformation on it and without Covid I'm sure we'd have enjoyed the stay more.
Staff were friendly throughout.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, good choics of continental breakfast

Very comfortable - excellent location - close to old town - great views from up top.

Hotel was a perfect location (5 mins level walk to Ostuni centre), with great service, secure parking and very nice rooms....

Was a really nice hotel. Easy to stay in - great staff too. Reception especially nice. We felt very looked after. Breakfast was more than adequate. Spa was nice - we had an hour of spa in the room rate. It was listed at €200 per hour for a couple which seemed high for the facilities on offer. Check it before you pay. Lift it the only anomaly - Slow and a bit useless! Great views from the 3rd floor Terrace

For a luxury 4 star hotel I was disappointed. Garaging was good, staff helpful, rooms clean, only a 15 minute walk to the town but pillows lumpy, we booked a basic room but I thought the room was adequate rather than pleasing, The hotel boasts a terrace but it was closed, the spa was tiny and even the use of the very small jaccusi .had to be paid for.

Great! Staff, food, rooms and location were the best! Will stay there again.

My husband and I traveled with friends to Ostuni and stayed at the Ostuni Palace Hotel. The location is not in town, but it is a 10 minute walk to everything. The junior suite was lovely, although we would have preferred a stall shower instead of a bath/shower combo. Sadly, the hotel does not have them in the junior suites. WiFi is free but an unsecured site, if that matters to you.
Breakfast was continental but quite enough for our group. There is a restaurant for dinner that looked interesting, but we went into town each night and had our dinner there.
I did have a massage at the spa, it was WONDERFUL!!!!!

Great hotel and great location. Had a corner room with fantastic views of old city. The only downside was the traffic noise on cobblestoned road. Staff very helpful with restaurant suggestions and other points of interest. We saw the Passion Opera performed on the main square and procession moved through the narrow alleyways. Very moving. Great stay

Hotel is stunning and service is excellent. Had to swap dates last minute and the hotel showed great flexibility in accommodating my needs

They call themselves a palace, the check-in process was quite an experience, in less than 40 seconds a was given the key to a room and told that was it essentially. The gentleman a the reception doing the check in had no interest to interact with me and let me know about the basic details of the hotel , breakfast hour , Wi-Fi coverage, parking etc. I clearly felt I was disturbing him. So I had to insist to have some additional info about the hotel letting him no as that it was the fist time in my life in Ostuni and thus in his hotel so I would appreciate some interaction towards the check in process ... not impress. The rooms are clean but outdated a bit, the HD TV craze has not it that hotel still , basitc computer screen. Breakfast is OK , but for an hotel with Palace in their it could be better and I have seen better in lesser standing hotel in Lecce and Monopoli so....

The Ostuni Palace is a newer hotel. It was well-designed and well-decorated. We arrived a bit early to check in and the concierge sat us down and treated us to a Cappuccino. Parking is very easy. We left our car right in front of the hotel. There is about a 300 meter walking down hill (kind of steep) to get to the center of town. There are some beautiful sights of the sea and older churches as you walk into town. Ostuni is a great two day town. There is the old historic area which is elevated and the lower newer section. Ostuni is much smaller than Lecce. The concierge recommended a restaurant to us, Caffe Cavour which was absolutely fabulous. It was located in an underground "once upon a time" olive oil production site. The decor and food were sublime. The rooms in the Ostuni Palace were functional and tasteful but not over the top.

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. We were staying in Italy on business, we arrived to check in just before 4pm, we we asked if we could buy an upgrade and told they were full. We were allocated our room, when we arrived in the room the cleaners had not finished cleaning it, we were tired but went to the hotel bar for a glass of wine while we waited for the room to be ready (the wine was not offered) that evening we asked for an extra pillow, it was not delivered that night.
One member of staff a girl was very lovely, generally we felt neglected and not valued as customers. It's a Shem because we are travelling on a monthly basis to Puglia and it could have been our chosen regular hotel.
Sometimes I suppose things just do go wrong. Ostuni is wonderful.

The room was comfortable and stylish with all the modern touches. Staff was helpful and were patient with my terrible Italian skills. They spoke and understood English. Though my stay was a quick overnite I would stay there more days if I return to Ostuni

Very nice , clean and comfortable hotel very near the town centre.

The hotel is lovely but the staff are what really make it special, nothing is too much trouble and they are attentive without being fawning

We enjoyed our stay and our room was pretty - we did pay more for a romantic room. Quite small, with nice bathroom. Smart reception area and dining room, where we had breakfast, which was good. The geography of Ostuni means that hotels of any size seem to be outside of teh old town and the Palace is about 12 mins from the main square and entranace to teh old town. Easy parking at hotel, whihc is very helpful .
Note that the hotel styles itself as hotel "and spa" - not important to me, but there is no spa of any kind.
