No one at front counter when trying to check in at 7:30pm, 3 more guests in line behind me. When help finally arrived she was very short, not informative, and seemed put out at having to help someone. We encountered several roaches in our room, mold starting in the shower. This place is not up to they way it looks on the outside. Booked a king bed but only got a queen. Too tired to argue about. Avoid this place.

The toilet was extremely low. Not your average commode. I found other peoples hair in the tub. It actually looked like Pet hair. When we were greeted at check-in, the young lady had zero personality. On a good note the woman who managed our breakfast was delightful, friendly and did her job extremely well.

We drove from Florida to this location and had 2 nights booked. We were ready to go to bed after driving 10 hours and arriving at 4 am for our first night. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and said she canceled our reservation because we didn’t arrive by 3 am and said we would have to pay for another night (3rd night) in between the two nights we bought. Makes absolutely no sense and she was extremely rude insisting we have to pay for a new night or won’t have a room even though we had a reservation. We waited for 30 minutes until 430 am for it to be resolved. The rest of the staff were very nice and the breakfast was good, but the rude front desk worker and our arrival to a canceled reservation ruined our stay. if you arrive after 3 am and before 11 am they will not reserve or give you a room without charging you again.. even though it is the same night…, bad service and nonsensible.

Monthly visit to Ricky Mount, NC visiting my in mother. Good location, good coffee the usual free breakfast. The hotel is older then most in the area, could use a facelift .

Great stay. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Over the top breakfast which included waffles, eggs, egg omelet, bacon, biscuits, sausage gravy, cereal, coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, bread, english muffins, pastries. Loved everything I ate. I decided to book my return stay at this same hotel. Staff even helped me with my cooler since my doctor's orders didn't allow my to lift it.

Friendly and courteous staff. This was business trip, only in room to sleep, but unfortunately room had large and small roaches.If I had been traveling with family/kids it would have been unacceptable and I would not have tolerated it.

My stay was good. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast was really good. It had eggs, bacon, biscuits, sausage gravy, cereal, bananas (looked a little too ripe for me), coffee, juice, tea, bread, English muffins, pastries and make yourself waffles. They even got someone to carry my cooler to and from my van. The only thing I didn’t like is having the smoking area so close to the front door.

Hotel was o.k. Room could have used a deeper cleaning. Lots of dust bunnies/dirt on the floor and in the bathroom. Bed was was not comfortable. Hard to work the volume control on the tv. Location of hotel was in a quiet area.

Worker was moving biscuits at breakfast from one tray to the serving line with her bare hands. No gloves or anything. Also told unable to do late check out (just needed an extra 30mins or so) despite another worker granting other team members the later check out. I was lied to and told the reason was they were full (online showed 5-10 rooms available in EACH room size) for that night so clearly she just didn’t care to accommodate me.

My wife and I stayed two nights. The hotel is in great shape, just the usual light wear and tear from guests. The room was quiet and cool, just the way we like it. I slept great! The only thing I took notice of was the front desk unoccupied when we arrived and every time I passed during our stay and when we checked out. Staff was not far, just around the corner. But I noticed that, just used to always seeing someone. All staff that we interacted with were very pleasant. We also used the hot tub and pool, very nice!

We stayed for one night and the service was great. Staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and the cook, Ms Mae Battle, was very sweet. I will be back.

We stayed one night September 16. The front desk was very efficient and when we got to our room, it was super clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning was very nice and the staff was excellent. They went above and beyond and helping you get what you needed And replenishing the food. I would definitely stay here again and the price was very good. Under $100.

I enjoyed my stay in the one bedroom suite(416). However, when I used the heat it was terrible. The fire alarm inadvertently went off. The AC was on 69 and I was freezing. The sheer cold activated my disability bad. I was asked to move at 4am in the morning. The room I was moved to had a door that was hard to close(134).

Customer service was fine. No welcome greetings, or undivided attention. The women with oversized earrings stating "Queen" was one the phone talking to someone through her ear piece, as she verified my personal information (credit card number) then asked if I was traveling with a pet, after stated no, she said then I'm changing your room. Then have me the key while she was still on the phone talking. I had to ask when was breakfast. All this let me know i would never be back here. Then my room had some kind of red substances in the tub and sink. I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies. The tv didn't work, I called the desk and no answer, the microwave was dirty and i found a dead roach in side. Then saw a small roach run out the microwave. I called again and still no answer, i called my friend and asked to stay at their place. No space due to family gathering and visiting. I had no choice. I will never stay again.

On our road trip home, we needed a hotel to stay at along the way. We chose this hotel because it was rated high on the Expedia. When we arrived, it took 15 minutes until someone greeted us at the front desk. Then on our way to our room, the elevator smelled like Marijuana, the carpets were all stained, the bed had a hair in it, the beds were damp, and my husband found a cockroach in the bathroom. I couldn’t wait to leave.

the receptionist was super friendly and sweet! walking in it looked beautiful. the room when we did go in smelled musty and the sheets felt a little damp as it felt muggy in there as well. we did get in at 1130 ish pm after a long drive on our way to wilmington it was a quick minute stay decision and just needed some sleep. the breakfast was good the next morning but the musty smell was still there and i did gather a headache from it but the staff when seen was super friendly and welcoming
