Nice place. Comfortable bed! Clean in room and throughout the facility. Breakfast was just “okay” … definitely could use a new toaster and add a waffle machine to get 5 stars.

Wasn't spectacular but it was acceptable. Good for a short stay. I think it's a bit over-priced for what is offered. The breakfast was horrible and they closed too early (9:30 AM). I thought powdered eggs is something that is served in motels not Hyatt hotels. At least that's how the eggs looked and tasted.

All service people were great. The hotel needs a major renovation. Closet door was missing one side. The other side didn’t work. Wallpaper in the bathroom was pealing.

Our room was good but you could tell that no matter how clean it was, it was in need of updating. There was paint peeling in the bathroom and the tub drain was off center. However, the room was very spacious and the location was within about a 5-7 minute walk to multiple restaurants (our favorite was Firebirds). The lobby staff was courteous and always eager to help. We were only there for a couple days until our flight, I think the hotel was sufficient. I would stay again.

We stayed 2 nights pre cruise and enjoyed walking to the various restaurants and stores in the area. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and available to help. Our room and the common area decor was updated and very nice. We’d stay here again when traveling in this area.

We were here to escape Hurricane Milton because of mandatory evacuation, but we only reserved for 2 days. Unfortunately the hurricane slowed down and we needed to stay another day. The staff was wonderful to get us in for another night and in the same room! We can’t convey how much we appreciate their diligence in getting us the extra night! Front desk staff are very sweet and kind and provide excellent customer service.

My partner and I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. We stayed for two nights. We had a late flight and was able to late check out at absolutely no cost. It also had multiple fast food restaurants close by. Definitely some where we would stay again if needs be.
