Beds were horrible! Pillows have a large hard plastic tag on them.
Staff was great and rooms were decent otherwise
2.0
Perfectly fine place to stay. Staff worked with us to extend our stay and keep the same room. Great location near the docks for the tours, a bit of a drive to 'downtown'.
5.0
Clean rooms, great location

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
4.0
Convenient to everything! Also, enjoyed the pub lounge.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Seward, and while its location right in front of the harbor was fantastic, that's about where the positives end. The room itself was dated and extremely basic, with a small double bed that wasn't very comfortable. While the WiFi worked well and there was free parking, these perks didn't make up for the overall lackluster experience. For the price, I expected a lot more in terms of comfort and quality. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel like it was worth what I paid. Wouldn't stay here again.

The Breeze is excellently located near the marina and the railway station. The staff were friendly and very helpful. My room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The reception area was delightful, looking like a lodge. Across from the main block is the Inn’s restaurant where I had several good meals and where staff were pleasant. I enjoyed my stay and if I visit Seward again, I will definitely book the Breeze Inn
4.0
Basic motel room, nothing stood out. luggage was picked up from train station and transported to hotel. Seward can be expensive and this is a reasonabley priced option.

Hotel is conveniently located to just about everything.
4.0
The property is conveniently located in downtown Seward. It has newer and older buildings. The older section's rooms are small and basic. They are serviceable spaces for those looking for essentials only.
4.0
We had bay view and second floor. Nice view and restaurant was reasonably priced. Great stay if taking the Kenai fords national park tour. Rays restaurant across the street was excellent!
3.0
Basis motel with friendly staff and a restaurant that stays open relatively later than surrounding businesses. Conveniently located across from chevron for any essentials and microwave in lobby.

Clean safe relaxing

Close to cruise port. Provided transportation and beds were comfortable. Good overnight stop.
5.0
The staff was wonderful. and the second-floor room was more than I expected. Thanks again
3.0
Terrible pillows and poor view of backside of another building and a dumpster farm.
5.0
Short stay but very nice and everyone was helpful for first visit to the area

Loved the view from the room

Location location location!
Everything - food, grocery, activity reporting- is within 5 mins of beautiful scenic walk.
Front desk staff is super good. Crystal and 2 other ladies helped me fix a “system charge”. Would stay here again if I travel.

For the price, we expected much more. Room, bedding, beds, cleanliness disappointing. Brown old bedspreads that did not look clean, worn thin sheets, lumpy old pillows! Small sink with no counter . No air controls so must open windows and it was VERY noisy--- cars and people walking by. Out-dated hotel overall. 2 hangers on a rack.... no place to put our clothes for 4 days. They did provide good transportation to the ship when we left. Over-priced for a run-down hotel right next to the main highway.

Hotel shuttle from train picked up our baggage and delivered to hotel. Took us to hotel as well.

This is an older property but location location location! It was very clean and the rooms were huge! I could walk to every activity and restaurants in the area.

Shuttle driver John was very nice and helpful

Room was clean but the carpet had a musky smell. Towel had a smell too

Very convenient if you are in Seward to take a boat tour the next morning. Beds were comfortable, and guest laundry on-site was helpful. Bring a roll of quarters!
4.0
The shuttle was great from the port and to the train! In walking distance to food and stores. Guest Laundry driers were AWFUL. It took 4 drying cycles to get our clothes mostly dry and the lady at the front desk yelled at me when I asked for more quarters for the dryer.

The front of the hotel is new looking but they stick you in the dated part. Very deceiving and a let down. That said the room appeared freshly painted furniture inside is dated. Staff friendly and accommodating ie baggage storage before and after stay

The highway is right by the hotel. We had a room facing the highway. Overall it was ok.
5.0
I used shuttle to railroad depot that saved my people walking in the rain.

Our room was in the old, original section of the hotel. Very dated. These rooms need updated badly. No A/C in room. Room had front and rear window, which we had to open for air flow. However, we were on the first floor and the front window had the noisy parking lot and people walking by and the rear window had the busy street traffic noise. Beds were old and not comfortable. For the price, expected a better experience.

We were in the part of the hotel that appeared to be old. It was clean and nice, just outdated.
5.0
Great location close to whale watch and fishing. Also close to restaurants.
2.0
Check in went smoothly. As they were unable to accommodate an early check-in (a summer policy), they offered secure luggage storage. That was really convenient. After we checked out, they again stored our luggage while we went on a 6 hr cruise. Easy walking distance from train station and to all the places on north end of town. They also offer complimentary shuttle to and from train station. Room had amazing view of harbor and mountains. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Towels were a bit course, but worked fine. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Arrived before checkin as we just got off train. Understood our room was not ready but they said they don't call. We must come back to check. They should work harder to o accommodaté. Good location. Room clean. Restaurant was next building over. Didn't eat there. Must request room cleanup.
