Better than expected for one of the cheapest hotels available.. good location into the city and easy for the airport.
I wasn't disappointed in what I got
Didn't rate the breakfast available at extra fee,but there's a nice cafe around the corner

Perfect value for money. View over the zoo from the balcony.

Great location.. 15 min walk from main station.
The hotel is old and outdated but was super clean and still comfortable.
Very good quality for the price
4.1
Dark and dingy. Poor selection at breakfast. Room only cleaned once in 6 nights. Limited bar service. Our shower was slow to drain and we had to complain twice before it was sorted.
4.1
The Hotel is situated opposite the Zoo in a good location. Outside street parking is available however it is charged from Monday to Saturday 8 am till 1800 pay at meter end of the street.
The room suppose to have airconditioning and there was none. No fridge in the room and no kettle in the room.
The bathroom had drainage issues and caused a smell and flooding. And the toilet cistern wasn’t working properly so it was continuing running water.
The restaurant was closed. Service was bare minimum.
The town however is amazing and plenty of good food outlets nearby.
4.1
Probably on of the best location in Poznan , nice view to the park , good size room.
The breakfast wasn't the best ( not very fresh I would say) and the flies in the restaurant was disgusting.

Great price and nice place

Simple clean room for a fair price! The faucet was weirdly loose and the mattress cover had some holes but otherwise no issues.
Super close to the main station

It was dreadful. The receptionist was very unpleasant. No acknowledgement of the customer service. Very disappointing experience and despite the good location there was nothing else good about this hotel. I do not recommend it.
4.1
No coffee making facilities in the room

I stayed at the Gaja hotel for two nights.
Nice room, but very uncomfortable bed. The mattress sagged inwards, which made getting in and out of bed very difficult.
In the bathroom there was only a container with hand washing gel next to the sink, and there was no container with shower gel or shampoo in the shower cabin.
I must admit that the room was clean and had a beautiful view.
The restaurant had a very tasty breakfast and dinner, the steak tartare was absolutely delicious.

I wanted to enjoy the terrace view in the morning but apparently they only open it after 1pm.
The flush was not working.
There was no ventilation except a window which won't close.

A very nice time,I will be back😁

Cute vintage hotel. Lots of art around. Outstanding breakfast in superb dining area.
On the low side: no fridge in the room. Furniture is old, almost antique, so are the curtains (kind of matching the overall hotel style, but some in a bad condition). Small retrofit would definitely upgrade my rating.
4.1
good and clean room close to main station and old town (ca. 15 min walking)... walls are like paperthin: I could here people shouting and arguing at 6 a.m. like they were in m room... good for one night or two when you wanna visit the city

I had to fill out a form with information on vaccination against COVID-19 while I was quartered, and I have not found information about such a form anywhere.
Also, when I was living in, I had to wait a long time for a room to be allocated due to "lots of exchanges". After receiving the first room, I was unable to enter it, and there was no one at the reception desk to resolve the matter. I had to wait a long time as there was no employee around the reception. After receiving the new room card, I was informed that if I could not open the room, the cleaning lady would do it. After changing rooms, upon entering the room I found slightly dirty towels and a large hole in the curtain. The bedding, room and bathroom were reasonably clean. Only a few programs of not too good quality were working on the TV. Also in one day, one of the two elevators was occupied twice by dirty sheets / towels and cleaning utensils, which meant that only one elevator was available for use. It was very dark in the corridors and around the elevator. The staircase is a bit narrow and the walls in the rooms are very thin. Also at night, the planes flying over and landing in Poznań were a bit disturbing.

Lovely place and fantastic hotel staff. :)

With that price my stay was ok.Room was clean.
I missed coffee/tea cooking facilities and there was no bin basket in my room. Pillows were really worn out

Very friendly people 🙏

It was a terrible experience as room 508 as I had stinked like cloak! I went to reception to ask for a refreshing fragrance,, the receptionist told, sorry I can't do anything, room cleaning will help you tomorrow amd I had to stay there for one night.
I opened the window but found that toilet was the reason for the stinky room and I had to sleep in a very unpleasant room. Pillows feels like being filled with stones, very unpleasant!
You can hear the noises from every room, so bring earplugs and your own pillow!
If you are given room 508, don't choose it, can't say if other rooms stink as well 😁

Great value for the price. Don't expect perfection, but I really liked the atmosphere and the staff was very friendly.

Dark room, hot day and no air conditioning system…
Main Room light was not working

Very kind staff and nice classic atmosphere inside the hotel. Location is great, 15 min on foot from the trainstation and 30 min from tge main square.
4.1
Pros: location, good restaurant, clean sheets, automatic blinds, elevator, nice receptionist.
Cons: noises at night, poor wifi, dark old building, lack of towels/had to request them, sheets to small to cover a mattress - no mattress pad just a single flat sheet, one pillow and a light cover.

Nice hotel. Clean, friendly good location. Carol the barman was excellent. Very attentive and polite. Food was really tasty and reasonably priced. Would stay again

Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean but tired (well the room I was in on the 5th floor was tired). Breakfast was continental and sufficient (25zt). Public car parking outside the hotel, no payment required between 1800-0800.
Ticket machine about 50m down the street. We just ensured we got a ticket just before 0800 for an hour or so (to cover us for breakfast. The hotel do have minimal car parking at a charge.
It is a short walk (20 mins) from the old square but there are closer restaurants. I would happily stay here again.

Great location and prices. It was warm and quiet place to rest before long flight home. Had some trouble with wifi but if it’s not working in your room, try to log in at the lobby- I had connection after that.
That was my second stay- I will be back!

Staff were helpfull and pleasant. It was late when we arrived so nothing open bar reception . Straight to bed then and unfortunately the double bed only had a single bed duvet ?? Turned it sideways but we didn't get a great sleep as cold! Toilet a bit rocky? Duvet I'm sure would not have been a problem if we had arrived a bit earlier. Roy.

Hotel was ok and location was fine. The room was clean and bed was fine. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We reserved a room for 3 but went up to the room there was only one bed. The girl at reception was very nice and changed our room to one with a sofa bed as well. There were no sheets or towels for the 3rd person so we had to get those ourselves and make the bed. Not really what you’d expect from a 3 star hotel but it wasn’t the end of the world. There was a coffee machine but no coffee or tea, there was a bowling alley but it wasn’t open. There is no air conditioning in the rooms.he price was great but overall there are better options available in Poznan.

Good hotel with a great interior and perfect location.
Disadvantages: no air conditioning in there room and served old rept towels. Additionally, very poor breakfast.

Needed somewhere close to Poznan station, and this was ideal. Great staff, room with a balcony overlooking a park, clean bathroom, several trams close by.
