The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was filthy and in serious need of repair. Water damage throughout the room. The toilet was separated from the floor, the shower didn’t drain properly, stained towels and the floor was uneven and damaged. The heater was also very loud. I will never stay there again!

We had a deluxe room with a jetted tub and king bed. I had not requested this so clearly it was an upgrade that I wasn't expecting. Very nice, thank you. The room was enormous. We ate in the restaurant downstairs and had a very good meal. We were with friends and we had a great one night stay.

The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Even though it is beside a busy highway it was quite at night. They offer a happy hour in the bar/eatery and a great hot breakfast (included in your stay). We stayed in the upstairs suite(no elevator), large 55" TV with jetted tub and a full bathroom. Lots of space to move around and a 2 seat with table balcony off the room. All in all we would for sure stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful in anything we asked for. Everything you need is in the area. Ex. Tim's, MacDonald's, shops , gas and golf courses. You get what I mean!

The motel does not have baggage service. I arrived early and asked to leave my bags in a secure place and they told me to leave it in the lobby and if it got stolen they weren’t responsible for it. We called the managers cell phone multiple times and no response. The room we were placed in had cigarette burn holes in the blanket and stains. The bathroom had 2 spiders that looked like they were living there for a while. The brown lady was EXTREMELY RUDE but the rest of the staff was 10/10.

Price was way too high for the poor quality hotel. Staff was difficult to get ahold of. Rooms smelled musty. Breakfast was terrible. Eggs rubber, sausage burnt.

We had an amazing experience here at this hotel. We stayed here for 7 days while we attended a hockey camp with our boy. The outdoor pool was great for the kids, food was good and the room was clean. We will be staying here again the next time we come for hockey. 😀

The property was close to restaurants, Tim's, Walmart, etc. The property was fairly maintained and parking was plentiful. The staff was personable and polite. It came with free breakfast which was fine, just a little cramped in their restaurant area so scope it out first. The room was spacious, fairly clean and had all the necessities. However, it was very damp and humid in the room. It was difficult to sleep...we woke up and our Birkenstocks would be damp in the morning. The bathroom door wasn't able to close all the way due to the humidity in the air. Also, after pulling it as far closed as we could (but not entirely so forget about locking it) we would have to force our way out of the bathroom. We were mostly in our rooms to sleep but the temperature in the room made it uncomfortable, even with the AC blasting.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed. The uptown lounge had great food! Pool was clean and refreshing.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Unfortunately using Expedia instead of booking directly with the hotel meant we ended up with only 2 beds for 5 people. The staff were VERY accommodating and offered us a cot, but if we had booked directly with them we wouldn't have been put in a room without enough space.
