Within walking distance of the old port and close to the Metro. Clean, comfortable hotel with welcoming staff. Would stay here again? - Yes

Great location, in the center of old town. Very close to metro, easy to walk to old port. Great stay. Best part is 24 hours free coffee :) Staff was very helpful and lovely.

Stayed for 1 night after the rugby. Hotel very run down. Room was infested with mosquitoes. Swatted 6 of them dead but must of been lots more. Woke up with 11 mosquito bites. Horrible smell in the bathroom. The street the hotels located on is like beruit. Avoid staying here!

The room was lovely and suited to my needs. It had a lovely balcony that overlooked the garden. It was in town and a few minutes walk to the marina and beach.

I was given room 701 As I entered room there was a bad odor of mold. I did not ask for replacement as I did not want to get into arguments. Definitely a location to avoid, although located in the city centre.

We were 3 friends who enjoyed our stay and breakfast. Convenient location- clean room. Quiet. We enjoyed breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Able to check in early.

La chambre est très confortable, très bien située dans un quartier très vivant de Marseille , tout est accessible à pied. Le parking interieur par elevateur est très pratique car il est très difficile de trouver de l’espace dans les rues.

Amazing hotel in a great location. The hotel room we had was recently renovated and was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was also really nice. WiFi wasn’t great but did the job. Would recommend staying here and definitely would again!

The only reason why I rent this hotel was because parking. When I arrived they told me there is not more parking, when i asked them what can I do they said they dont know. Really disappointed. I have to walk for almost 7 blocks to find a parking. Beside that, when we ask for a bathroom, they said the one they have in reception is broken but a guest told us to use it because was not and they were right. Really disappointed

This was the worst ibis we have ever stayed. We like to chose ibis in order to not face huge surprises, but this one was dirty, super small room and ugly/dirty reception and elevator. Bed and sheets were comfortable btw. I didnt like the atmosphere of it and wouldnt come back.

Good location 15m walk to both the centre and to the train station, quiet area and friendly staff.The room and lift smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, which is strange as its all non smoking. Bed was comfortable but room is dated. Bring your own soap and shampoo if you dont want to use the dispenser on the wall.

Check in took a while. Apart from a quick nod in our direction to say 2 minutes we were ignored for about 20 minutes. It turned out they had IT issues but this wasnt explained until after they finally acknowledged us. Also no plates at the breakfast. Rooms a bit run down.However the location is good, not far from Port Vieux, supermarket and restaurants down the road. Basic but for our quick stop in Marseille it was ok.

I stayed in the 4th floor and the smell was discusting , a mix of humidity, old and cigarretes. The bathroom smelled the same way, pretty old facilities. The terrace where you can get the breakfast had a lot of potencial , they should take advantage of that. Renovation is necessary .

The hotel is clean and in a very good position. Unfortunately the building and forniture are quite old and the breakfast is poor.

My room certainly could have done with some paint and a good clean. My shower holder was broken at the wall. The room smelled fine and the sheets were clean. The location is handy but might not suit everyone. The breakfast is very limited consisting of cereal, bread, yoghurt and a coffee/juice machine. There was only one plug in my room which was odd for a decent sized room. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. Check out is 11 but the cleaning staff tossed me out around 10.30. Overall it was okay for a short stay but I’ve definitely stayed in better places.
