Affordable, safe and quiet place to stay if you are traveling from Sabines bus station. 8 minutes walk to the tram station. Very nice staff, clean.

Shocking service. Booked two twin rooms but was told only had king beds. The carpet was dirty. Staff did not want to help. Area was not too great either.
Would not use again.
No breakfast taken so can not comment.

Hotel was great. Clean and comfortable. Only a 20 minute drive to center (with traffic). Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Food at restaurant was great. Area around is a bit shady though. Overall a great staff.

Very secluded, we only stayed because of location to the freeway.

Hotel near the freeway. On the outskirts of the city, it is close to an industrial area, so it is quite quiet. There are restaurant options very close to the hotel. The best thing has been the attention of the reception staff.

Noisy and dirty. Not to be recommended.

Stopped for 1 night on our way to Spain. I have add a note that we are traveling with a baby and the dog. We arrived late, and received the room just in front of the night club. The music was super loud nearly all night, it was crowded. No crib of course (they even do not have it) and extra fee for the dog on the arrival (never mentioned during the booking).
The room was not cleaned good. Below the bed it was a lot of waste from previous guests. Super tiny, 8-9 m2.
The breakfast was the worst one in my life. Literally. The breakfast near the pool where the renovation is being done. Dirty, loudly, dirty tables, forks. 12.5 EUR per person and really nothing to eat there. The shop nearby was the better option.

Clean and updated room. Freshly painted and renovated. However the paint smell was VERY strong, to the point where I had to open the patio door and window during the night to air the room out as it was difficult to breath.
Location is great and and view is excellent.

Very kind attention from the Reception Lady as our TV was not connected to power so she gave us a room with a balcony.
Hotel is excellent located if you are stopping over and there is a good restaurant walking distance (Comptoir Bello)
It’s a 15 minute drive to Montpellier

Everything was okay and as described, the hotel closed all doors (exit and entry) at night. I was planning to leave early morning and couldn't exit. Had to wait toll 7am for doors to be opened. Found this very strange

Room condition was poor.
Rugs with stains, old-style curtains etc.

Hotel is of reasonable quality, but somewhere you're only likely to stay if you have business in the immediate area. No iron available which isn't ideal for a business traveller. Wifi worked well.

My husband is elderly and disabled and we travel with a driver so book two rooms, ours the disabled room. The hotel is very compact and the room was not large enough for my husband to maneuver independently with his walker. The receptionist kindly directed us to a nearby restaurant for dinner which was fabulous so we spent very little time in the room, just one night which was quiet and we slept well and left early the next morning. On our return trip, I did not book this hotel and could not recommend it.

Its good and I could stay here again but not in the middle of summer because the air con in the room isnt cold enough. Its September now so its cooling off but still it was too hot at night. The location is really good because theres lots of restaurants around and theres a really good pizza place literally around the corner. Parking is good. Theres a swimming pool which is a bonus if you want to catch some sun or have a swim. And it was fairly cheap.

Rooms facing road can be quite noisy with big night club across street.

I stayed here for 6 nights in July. This was my second stay at this property and I wouldnt hesitate to stay again. I stay here primarily because of the value and the fact that it is located very near to a highway exit. That allows me to get the beaches relatively quickly or whatever I might have planned for the day. There is a large grocery store very close by and other casual dining restaurants. The hotel is basic but very clean and quiet and has the basic amenities you might expect but it is not a resort. I have had dinner in their restaurant and it was quite good. I did not eat breakfast here so I cant comment on that. The only thing I would have liked to have had was some TV channels in foreign languages. I believe the only channels offered were in French.

Amazingly relaxing overnight stay. We were surprised by high standard of the facilities. Restaurant doesn't work during weekends, but who cares if you could swim in the pool

Hotel was fine. Dark hallway not exactly inviting. Motion detection should activate upon entering hallway, not 1/3 way into...
Although hotel felt safe, neighborhood is a bit sketchy... packs of young men were on the other side of fence on adjacent street blabbering and dealing all night. A little police presence would be nice, but seems that French police would rather enforce behind cameras.

A great value hotel with excellent staff service and very good restaurant on the outskirts of Montpellier. It was last minute booking for accommodation same day and we will happily return there. The room was not large but was well appointed, clean and comfortable.

Got in after dark, but found the hotel ok. Nice room,,small, but decent shower, Restraunt was closed on weekends, but there were others nearby. Chinese buffet had a disco and was very noisy with people leaving until 6:00am. Not the hotel,s fault, but unfortunate. Shower and wifi were very good. Breakfast was good.

Nice hotel, it is bit out side of downtown area but easy drive into the city. Trip to Sete is easy drive and it is a very quit port city to visit, especially if cruise ship is in port all shops and restaurants are open and busy.

It was an ok hotel, really friendly staff. But way too expensive, plus they charged €10 extra for my pet.

Lovely swimming pool and comfy beds but the worst staff I have ever met at a hotel in my life. Plus the location is terrible and tram line not working (July 2017)

Simple and value for money hotel very close to the highway and perfect for overnight stop on your travel from East to west. Personnel is kind. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is OK.

We stayed at La Mas de Grille for 2 weeks. Our plan was to use this hotel as a base while we explored various towns in the area. However within a few days of arriving there was a heat wave with temps up to 35C which meant that we spent much more time at the hotel than we had originally planned. Luckily the hotel is air conditioned and they have a wonderful pool which all helped to keep us cool. Morning "petite dejeuner" on the terrace was always a delight. At night when it cooled off we were able to walk to a cafe in the area or get on the tram and go to the center of Montpellier so we were able to experience the French culture of the city.

Nice hotel and close to major road for travelling. Good food in restaurant. Bathroom was different as there was no separate shower-all one room

The hotel is fine but I get an issue in my room during the night. The toilet starts to do some crazy noise and I had to change room in the middle of the night. I didn't get any compensation for the inconvenience

Reception staff were superb. The receptionist helped us with our bicycles to a secure location within the hotel, and was extremely helpful and friendly, as were the domestic staff. Our French is not very good and the staff were excellent. Great location close to tram stop which was only a 15 minute ride into Montpellier. Excellent breakfast, overall a great choice.

We enjoyed this hotel on the outskirts of Montpellier. We used it as a starting point to visit several cities in the Provence area in our rental car. staff were friendly and helpful, very pleasant. There is a nice pool to lounge by when you need a break. Only downside is there is limited food available in the area surrounding the hotel, although the hotel does have breakfast and dinner if you choose. Room was clean, large and the bed was comfortable. We would return again if we were to come back to the area.

Lovely room, amenities, etc. i really was looking for something closer to the highway- the traffic was a bit crazy. We did discover a huge Carrefour close by - great for buying Anything!

We choose this hotel as it was within our budget, close to a tram stop and had a pool! The hotel was very clean, the only issue was that not everyone spoke english which we sort of expected. The only issue we had was on the last day when we had to settle the bill and were incorrectly charged.
