Excellent(8,267 Reviews)4.5
Our room at the Cosmopolitan was poorly cleaned, there was expired food in the fridge and the bathtub was dirty. When I called room service to let them know they said they were going to send someone to clean it but they never did.

Our stay was amazing, we loved the location of the hotel easy access to everything. We will definitely be staying here again next visit.

We thought it was a great place to stay. First hotel in Las Vegas that you did not have to walk 100 miles to the pool!
4.5
They are a ripoff they see you as a walking dollor bill , to sit at the hotel bar on a table is $1000 min order

Great trip! Room was upgraded to corner balcony, First time in Vegas for the BF and best experience ever!

I have stayed at 20 different hotels over the years in Vegas and the Cosmo has to be the best one. The front desk host gave us the absolute best Bellagio fountain room. Floor 61 room 97. Wow! You never need to leave this property. Amazing shopping, food, high end restaurants, secret speakeasy bars…. Amazing

Terrible hotel ever the service one star hotel!!!
4.5
BEST HOTEL IN LAS VEGAS!
4.5
The food was very disappointing across the board. Both the quick eateries and the supposedly high end restaurants were not good. It is very obvious that the eateries are cutting corners on quality and preparation to keep up their profitability.

A couple things were broken. And the main tv worked but didn’t work so I couldn’t watch tv without it freezing. And the balcony was disgusting and not cleaned.
4.5
Room was really nice, great views. The Deep Soaking Tub was a bit stained, so wasnt comfortable using it.
4.5
Hotel was great. Room was great. Restaurants too notch. WiFi was horrific. If you are coming on business, be sure your phone has good signal to use as a hotspot.
4.5
The hotel is lovely, but check in experience wasn’t great, wasn’t told anything about the hotel or given a map
4.5
Excellent hotel. Quiet and comfortable room. Extremely clean. Pools amazing and great food choices. Plus great location on the Vegas strip!
4.5
The hotel is definitely showing its age. The halls and rooms are dimly lit, maybe for ambiance, but it also tries to hide old wallpaper that's falling off the walls. My friends had to change rooms 3 times (stains on bed, toilet not flushing etc). For the price of the rooms, this really shouldn't be the case. The location on the strip was the main selling point. Also, try not to ask for cutlery or plates. They'll charge you $12.50 delivery fee.
4.5
Great hotel and casino. Plenty of good bars. Walkable to everything. I will definitely stay here again.
4.5
It's a very, very bad memory because the water doesn't come out well, the staff is not kind, it's complicated, and it's a very, very bad memory.
4.5
Friendly staff, awesome Wrap around balcony on the 60th floor

It’s was amazing!

Wendy went out of her way to get us into the room of our lives!!! We always felt safe, had great food experience at STK, and the spa made you feel 10 years younger. Being situated in the center of the strip, it was convenient for us to travel anywhere outside the doors of the Cosmopolitan. If you're looking for an upscale experience, the Cosmopolitan is your destination.

The Cosmopolitan was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. They even gave us a free upgrade to a suite which is a wonderful surprise after being in a not so nice hotel the night before. I highly recommend and will make this hotel of choice moving forward for Vegas trips.

I was able to work on the Cosmopolitan as part of the opening. It was truly amazing and stunningly beautiful. Prior to this trip, I havent stayed there in about 8 years.
This time, the property is definitely in need of a major cleaning. It has lost the sparkle and shine that made it a standout property. Even the chandelier was lightly covered in dust.
The crowds have changed, but the quality shouldnt.
The spa hasnt been touched since opening...and it looks like it. It needs a new decor update.
4.5
Terrace room with Fountain View 40th Floor absolutely stunning. The Cosmopolitan Hotel is spectacular from pools to casinos to access to Las Vegas strip.
4.5
I like this place a lot. I come often, but it is a little expensive for what you get, price-benefit I like Wynn better.

A/C didn’t work. Room was hot

Beautiful hotel, well maintained, and room cleaning was daily and amazing

Cosmopolitan was great, the room was spacious .It was luxurious and modern.I can control the lights with one push of a button. There was different light settings too.Not your regular hotel room. When I wanted something to eat,I just went down to 2nd floor and the restaurants were all there.Did I mention the view.I kind of don’t want to get out at night, have enough of a show by my window.

Long list of issues. Housekeeping never came by during our 4 days. Had to call for towels and trash pickup twice just to get them to do it once. Towels when brought were thrown in the bathtub and old towels were not picked up until a second call for trash pickup. Mold in the shower. 2 lights were not working. A paint roller and cardboard left in the room when we arrived and wasn’t taken for 36 hours. Prior room occupant trash left in the fridge. Room tablet to control the lights and tv did not work. Ac was not able to meet set point even though curtains always drawn (temp was off by 7 degrees F). No water is provided unlike most nicer hotels. A bottle is $11. Go to Walgreens or CVS as it’s far cheaper. Avoid everything in the mini fridge and the snacks. Strangely someone came by the room to check to see if the minibar and snacks had expired. Suspicious as this stuff isn’t something that expires for months to years and why not do this between occupants? Streaming services are not provided. Could not checkout via tv though it appears to have been possible perhaps on the past. When checking out and describing all of the issues, the so called manager was only able to waive the resort fee. He didn’t seem interested in anything wrong nor would he do anything about the issues. The only positive at the property was 2 of the women bartenders at the Vesper bar. They were friendly and quick to bring drinks when sitting at the bar.

Very nice room. Super comfortable bed , hotel did an upgrade plus gas is a room credit .

Did not have a great experience
The complaint with water clogging was addressed after multiple complaints
One of the days the room was not cleaned and someone came in the midnight to deliver towels
We stayed for 5 nights and six days and the sheets were never changed
4.5
Everything was ok for the most part
4.5
Great hotel, got upgraded, great location and view.
4.5
It is a huge hotel, as long as you don’t mind walking then it is a great place. And it is pricey but worth it to experience once!
We got the fountain view suite on the 43rd floor. It cannot be better than anything you can ask for including the balcony view and the comfort of the room. Excellent!
4.5
Receptionist were very helpful and accommodating
4.5
Terrific stay! Right in the middle of everything!

Was a beautiful hotel. Only complaint was spent half my vacation waiting on an elevator. Took forever for one to show up then it would be full. It was a joke among the guests how absurd the elevators were.

Amazing

Good hotel, but expensive

Great location. Great food!!!

The Cosmopolitan was fantastic from check-in to check-out. The hotel is gorgeous. It is basically a little city inside of a hotel, everything you need is at your fingertips. The front desk service on Tuesday July 30th morning, was some of the best I have ever had. The view from our balcony overlooking the fountains was breathtaking. We enjoyed room service and the food court. I cannot recommend The Cosmopolitan enough.
