We known this is a place just to stopover for a night rest but, the management could be a bit more proud, the all place stinks, the rooms are so dirty, air conditioning not working and light bulbs that are just loose and don’t work.
The bed was quite comfortable but pillows are so small that is like sleeping without it.
Bath towels 😳😳😳 so small that if you cover your back you can see the front and the other way around.
Well, we have stayed in this hotel chain a few times and unfortunately is getting worse. Never again.

This hotel was super convenient for the rugby at the stadium which was less than a 20 minute walk for us. Main area of feedback is we were unable to use the self check in machine as it refused all our cards, thanks to a lady who was outside smoking we were given an emergency number to call this was resolved quickly. Room was basic but did the job for the 2 nights were were there, could of used more than one pillow each for comfort. Location wise its a bit in the middle of nowhere, if you are going to the stadium it is ideal but for Bordeaux itself you will need to walk about 15 mins to the Tram stop. The public transport is great around bordeaux

It wasn't bad. It's not the easiest place to find and not a very well pedestrianised area. A lot of people were also hanging around the front so it seemed a bit dodgy. There's also no lift here. Cleanliness was okay. But the stay was quite comfortable, I didn't personally find it too noisy and the breakfast for 5 euros was actually very good in my opinion. I'd maybe stay again if I had less baggage with me

This was a basic accommodation, which i do not mind. What i do mind, is a lack of cleanliness, mildewy shower curtain and a musty, damp odor which was awful. The toilet was deeply stained and looked grotesque. There was no heating in the room and the AC did not work either. Walls are thin.

Nice place

This Premiere Classe has seen better days. Our room had a dirty floor and the toilet could do with a bottle of bleach thrown down it. The brown stains have built up over the years since we last stayed there. Cheapness does not equal dirtyness.
The receptionist charged me for the room although I had prepaid, and he did not wear the obligatory mask as I booked in, even though there were notices advising guests to do so. He did wear his mask the following morning, but below his mouth!
Other guests were not wearing masks upon check in and at breakfast, but no one checked them.
The buffet breakfast was still self-service. Goodness knows how many times the food had been handled by the guests.

Good location- clean and comfortable with secure parking

Basic value-hotel in a nice location - restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Clean. Good value for money.

Easy to find, close to major route in to Bordeaux. The hotel can best be described as tired. There was no sockets for using electrical items or for charging. There was no hook in the bathroom to hang clothes on.
The public area is well kept and the breakfast clean.
Although no fault of the hotel the road noise from the nearby road bridge was horrendous.

This hotel is fine if you have a car. The only problem is the location issue as Taxis would be needed especially at night time only available from the centre, so it could work out expensive if you are traveling alone or more than 3 days etc.

I booked this as it was was close to the Convention Centre and VERY low price. However, walking to the Convention Centre meant walking along a busy road, with no sidewalk and then crossing three lans of heavy traffic.

Finding the hotel was a continuing puzzle. Lots of roundabouts. But the location is near the Ring road so it is very easy to visit the region.
The staff was very helpful.
No soap dish in the shower.
